I cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience was here today. I brought my daughter in for a neurological evaluation and everyone from the front desk to the nurses and Dr. Singleton were absolutely amazing. So very attentive and friendly throughout our entire visit. I would highly recommend this facility for any emergency related needs.

I have updated my review from a previous lower score based on my most recent experience because I believe the issues that lead me to leave a low score in the past have been resolved. I have a rare disease and they were able to help me manage a complication on a weekend so that it didn’t get out of control before I was able to get in to see my regular doctor. I was seen quickly and the doctor and nurses were very nice.

The experience was excellent...from the front desk to the doctor to the security guard that helped my wife to the car and everyone else in between was exceptional. There was compassion...empathy...the service was all above and beyond...this place needs to hold a training class for all other local ERs. Thank you all!

I cannot say enough good things. I have unfortunately had so many stomach pain issues due to dermoid removal and partial hysterectomy. The staff here has gone above and beyond. Not once did I ever feel dismissed or as if I was a bother. The front desk, nurses and dr’s are great! Everyone is 5 stars. I appreciate all they do.

I have an open wound on my abdomen that a wound care team has been helping me with. On July 26, 2021 I discovered a flap of dead skin hanging from this wound and called my wound care team who then told me to go to an Atrium E.R. I chose this one based on its low wait times. When I was called back (alone, my mother wasnt allowed to go with me) to be seen by Dr. James Mullins, I was literally told I dont wanna touch that and then sent home in the same dirty bandages I had arrived in. I will not be going to this facility again and I would not refer anyone else to ever go here.

I chose to visit this ER after receiving a deep cat bite in my hand, based on its good reviews. Everyone I encountered was courteous, and the facility was spotlessly clean. The team took my concerns seriously and knew exactly what actions to take. I am thankful for their expertise and understanding; Ill definitely choose this ER next time myself or a loved one is in need of urgent help!

Incredible ER! I’m sure it’s the best in the US! Staff is kind and comforting. They do not make you wait! It’s an ER and every case is truly treated as such. Wonderfully efficient and capable doctors! The place is god sent!

I came into the ER with very bad shoulder pain. So bad I cannot lift my arm. Nauseous and an extreme pain. The staff upfront was great, but what’s frustrating is being in pain and they offer you Tylenol. It’s ridiculous that they are just OK with you being in excruciating pain and only giving him Tylenol and a lidocaine patch. I understand that they have a problem with people be addicted to pain pills but I also don’t think it’s fair for the people that actually need it and can’t get it. I feel like this was pointless for me to come in here and I do not help at all. So with that I gave them one star.

I came in for intense shoulder and neck pain, that progressed to hand numbness and whole arm weakness. I was referred here by a nearby urgent care for some tests. Told it might be from laying around in the hospital the week prior but this is a lot and I honestly dont think it had to do with that.I tried suggesting something else but kept getting shot down. I know my own body. Ive had whiplash and pinched nerves before. This is a pain I havent felt before and its enough to bring me to sobbing and unable to use my arm. They insisted it was the hospital stay over a week ago and wouldnt even consider anything else.I know Im not a doctor but Im a person with pain and emotions and it felt like I couldnt get anyone here to listen to me. Definitely will be seeking future medical help at a different hospital.

By far the best ER I’ve been to. Wait was short, they actually listened to me, and the doctor and nurses were kind. I’ll be going back to this location if I need an ER again.

I went with symptoms of covid and no one took the test so I went elsewhere and confirmed the covid, just spend money

The doctor that attended me there is the definition of a good doctor. His name is James v Woodson, you can tell he cares about his patients and their well being. I felt good and safe in his presence and he was able to diagnose what was wrong with me and put me at ease. My nurse Lisa “Gus” is a good nurse as well. She did her hardest to keep me calm and make me feel comfortable. I went there last night for my first time and I like this er the best. Posted April 9, 2021.

I have to admit I rarely do a Google review but as soon as I left the ER at Atrium Health Providence I made a mental note to do so. I have a condition that causes excruciating pain and if treated urgently can be relieved in a short period of time. Their website will show approximate wait times to be seen. The facility was spotlessly clean. The front desk staff were very attentive and polite. I was seen very promptly - waited maybe 5 minutes. The nurses were kind, professional and caring. The room was meticulously organized and immaculate. The physician Dr. El -Kara was very skilled and had a wonderful bedside manner.As a registered nurse who has worked in acute care settings in the past including a shock trauma center in Washington, D.C.- the quality of care was outstanding.

GO HERE for your Emergency needs in South Charlotte - what a wonderful experience! The care my husband received here was FAST, efficient, and helpful, and the facility was new and clean. He is not quick to give out compliments, but said the nurse was fantastic. Every time we have gone to Pineville ER, we have waited 8-10 hours to be seen, even with truly emergency situations. We will drive 10 extra minutes to go here moving forward. Thanks to the awesome staff for making it such a positive visit.

I have had to go to the ER 5 times this year and 4/5 times I went to this one. They are beyond kind and helpful and they are all such an amazing staff from the nurses to the front desk to the policemen. They always make sure you are comfortable and have all of your questions answered. The wait time is so little and when my mom couldn’t move the car the policeman offered to move it so she could come to the back with me. I absolutely love this ER and plan on going here in the future in the event I have to go again.

Best and quickest ER I have ever been to- competent doctors, nurses, staff. No wait.

1. Too many staff there that were not qualified and/or did not care. 2. no continuity in care 3. High employee turnover

I had an outstanding experience. Everyone was super friendly, made me feel completely comfortable, and I felt I received the highest level of care, even though my situation turned out to be ok. I was reassured that I made the right decision to come to the ER. No wait time at all. Nurses and staff we super friendly and made me feel at ease and Dr. Montoya was awesome at explaining different options for me. Thank you for making my experience so easy!

Would highly recommend going here for any medical emergencies. Everyone here is amazing. You will definitely be well cared for.

This is the absolute best place ever! They are all so personable, caring, and attentive. Even the security guy at the front had such a great sense of humor and was wonderful with my parents. You can tell that all their staff was so carefully chosen. Best care in Charlotte!

Unfortunately after suffering a seizure and a lot of pain I was sent home worse than the way I came Dr.Johnson decided to prescribe me meds that clearly say iam allergic to now I HAVE VOMITING BLOODY STOOLS AFTER I TOLD HER REPEATEDLY IT WOULD HARM ME PLEASE TELL ME HOW AND WHOM DO I NEED TO SPEAK WITH ABOUT GIVING PATIENTS ALLERGIC MEDS THAT ARE STATED BUT IGNORED IM MY CHART WHEN I ASKED FOR PRINT OUT WITH MY DISCHARGE PAPERS SHE SAID THAT WASNT AVAILABLE FOR ME THE BEST WAS TO WRITE WHAT WAS GIVEN I NEEDED THE DR TO INTIAL OR SIGN THAT WAS DENIED INSTEAD THE POOR NURSE PUT HER SIGNATURE INSTEAD . SO HOPEFULLY I WONT SUFFER ANOTHER SEIZURE SINCE NOW I HAVE BLOODY STOOLS NO THANKS TO DR ANGELA KATEYLN JOHNSON WHO GIVES PATIENTS MEDS THEY ARE ALLERGIC TO I MAY NEED TO CONTACT LEGAL HELP

What a wonderful experience. Everyone here isawesome, from the front desk to the back of the house!!!. My nurse Jigar was very attentive and made sure I had everything I needed at all times. Dr. Woodson was very thorough and pulled out all the stops to make sure I felt better before I left(Crohns exacerbation) 😫I’m closer to Pineville Atrium but I’d drive all the way here any day or South Park. 👍🏾👍🏾💛
