RING CUT OFF. I went in at 2pm on a Sunday with swelling and a new skin condition beneath a cheap ring. Thanks to Andrew J, I was done and walking out in UNDER 30 minutes!!! He was kind, compassionate and very focused.

I went to the ER Saturday approximately 11:00 AM So I think this helped me to be seen ASAP due to low patient load. I was taken back in a couple of minuets and help with about 5 various of the medical team. It all was amazing fast for something that was not a trauma.

Absolute worst wait time i ever experienced at a hospital. The wait was worse than a hospital on its worse day. I am doomed if I ever need to have my life saved quickly at this hospital. It took them 5 hours to get me to see a doctor for a clogged ear. I pray i never have to go to this hospital again! Another person was there for a heart issue and had been there from 7:30 and hadn’t been seen until after i left at 4am. PLEASE FIX THE WAIT TIME TO SEE A DOCTOR! It will prevent loss of life!

ATTENTION!!! Only come here if you dont have an emergency because you will NEVER be seen anyway, BORED and love sitting in uncomfortable chairs, or if you are looking for a quiet place to peacefully DIE! Doctors and nurses at this hospital dont care and show it. I seen multiple people yelling and screaming at the doctors because they literally were not being helped. And while I waited for 4 hours with my 2 year old who had a swollen leg from a insect bite. Luckily it wasnt as serious as I thought; I ended up having to leave because it was so late and when I did the nurses looked at me like i was an alien, didnt ask my name or anything to take me off their list? But I got AMAZING care from urgent care the next morning. To let EVERYONE know DO NOT go this hospital there are other er locations!!!!

Was here last Friday for lightheadedness/dizziness.Went in at 4:45pm. Check-in was quick and they had taken my vitals by 5pm.After this was an hour long wait. 6pm I had a blood sample and a covid test taken.After this was a 4 hour wait. Well past dinnertime. 10:20pm I was called into another room and asked to wait for the doctor.10:50pm by the time the Doc came by to see me. By 11pm the Doc gave me the all clear to go home.It was 11:30pm by the time the staff handed me my release form and I could finally leave.The staff were professional and courteous. The few minutes with them were very goal oriented.Having said that it was disappointing to not be told a definitive cause for my disease despite my 6+hrs spent at the facility.Most of my waiting time, I felt that some rest, food and sleep would be best for my recovery. However having taken the decision to goto the ER I decided to wait until I saw the doctor.In hindsight, staying home would have given a faster and more comfortable recovery.

Horrible I’m not even sure why I keep coming back I get the wait time is longer but others who came after me shouldn’t be seen or leave while I’ve been waiting TWO HOURS! Wost hospital ever never I’d rather drive an hour to see someone else who is better qualified! It’s not busy today 6 people ahead of me and been waiting for nothing I’ll take my chances at home !!!!!

Worst ever experience. No doctor available at site. Patient has to wait for hours to meet doctor. Nurses are horrible, no one stays with patient. I recommend never visit this urgent care.

My experience at this Hospital was great, minus the long hours of waiting. All the staff members were professional. I would recommend this Hospital to others. The Doctor listened well , I felt I was in great hands.

This place is trash. What I mean is the wait is horrible. I got to the hospital @430 am 11.30 am Im still waiting on a doctor. This place is trash compare to other E R in Charlotte.

I went in for a bad tootch ache those kinda tooth aches that drops elephants. I cried and asked and begged for help and they wouldnt help me. My chest was hurting my head everything and still nothing. They took me to the back and my name was misspelled on my wryst band so they took me back out to wait. And help never came so i just went home. This place is so unproffecional and whats worse is they have no sympathy for human life. I dnt recomend it to no 1

This place is totally trash after 4 hours of waited nothing been seen we left not once but twice happened to me!

I’m not exaggerating when I say if I got shot in their parking lot I’d get in my car and drive to another hospital.Took my girlfriend here for a crushed hand injury, while not immediately life threatening loss of digits was a real concern.We ended up driving to another ER after 3 hours of zero progress.She had X-rays done, and a hospital room where the injury was cleaned and accessed in the same amount of time that it took for triage to even call her back at this ER.The only silver lining in our visit to this facility was that we now know to avoid this ER in case of another emergency.

Eveyone that treat my condition was professional, kind, and went over about my condition in great detail and answer questions related to it perfectly. The waited was only 5 mins and took 6 hours to check my condition up to doing my surgery.

Thank you to each and every staff member for the great medical services you provided me with.The Nurses and the PA took great care of me.After 2 days of my visit, I am feeling well and I am taking care of my family.Thank you for such professional support👏

They refused to tell me how much it would cost to let me in and monitor my breathing while I was having trouble breathing. The guy at the front just said this is a hospital so apparently they can charge whatever they want so I’m waiting in my car to see if issue gets worse

Since I when to take the covid test, everyone were so nice, they call me as soon as they got the results, explained everything that I need to know and do in order to be and make someone else safe.They kept monitoring, how I feel ,how Im doing, I really want to thanks all those heroes that fight on other kind of field, against kind of invisible enemyGod bless then all , and keep them safe, give strength, knowledge to keep helping and saving lives

Cancel the emergency room at 6:00 PM didn’t get to the back until 1:00 Am for them to tell me that the urine sample that I gave they were unable to use because they set it out to long asking can I redo the process at 2:00 am.

I don’t even know where to begin explaining how horrible an experience I had at this hospital. Did not monitor me for the first 5 hours even while administering meds, did not come the only time I pushed the nurse button in the 7 hours I was there. Did not check IV fluids and it infiltrated in my arm. Did not offer to wheel me out or escort me to check out even though I was recovering from surgery and dizzy. Doctor misdiagnosed me and prescribed an antibiotic I reacted to and had to return to another ER. But did not go back to this hospital even though it was the closest. Do not go here!

Im very happy to express and to have had thoughtful, professional medical service from the entire emergency room department. Thank you Lord 🙏 and Jesus Christ 🙏 Our Savior for your blessings delivered through them to the community and me, Oh Lord and Savior.Amen.

I got admitted Friday night for appendicitis and the entire staff, from check in, my nurses and techs, the surgical team, everyone, were really great.

Worst experience ever. Took 8 hours for a small test.. Literally 8 hours..

Best hospital in Charlotte.very well run and staffed.

Its all of 6 people in the waiting room and we have been waiting for hourssss its sick i came to make sure my pregnancy is going well but yet still in the lobby this is always the worst hospital to come too always

If you wanna die, this is the place u need to go. Spent 12 hours there, needed just 2 10 minutes test. 12 hours!!!! Worst experience ever

Good, friendly people. From security to check-in to triage to blood, urine tests to EKG to radiology to ultrasound to diagnosis; everyone was very kind to me. Thanks!

This place is atrocious, my 5 year old son split has had open on a rock and we waited almost two hours to be seen as he bled in the waiting room. So apparently bleeding isnt enough to get you seen in this ER. I wish I could say it was busy or understaffed but it wasnt. Ill definitely will be going elsewhere.

So i came here still here no one in waiting room ok then about every 20 min people come in and get called back right away I understand severity 1st but 7 people walk in 20 min in between each other later than me and Im still waiting I am a person too
