Ive definitely found my new eye exam doctor! Upon arrival, I realized I should have done paperwork online prior to my appointment or at least shown up a little early, but no one made me feel like a nuisance. From reception all the way back to Dr. Bailin, everyone was friendly, professional, kind, and efficient. Despite my personal timing problems, I was in and out with everything I needed in record time. I cant wait to visit this location again!I also got to see how the employees at this location handle rude clients, and I fully approve. We are far, far past the time when bad behavior should be rewarded, and if you are rude you should expect to deal with the repercussions. I am happy to write more about this situation here if the employees wish or if the rude client leaves a negative review, but otherwise I will leave it at that. Thanks, Visionworks 542!

I had the best experience getting my eyes checked here! Ive had glasses most of my almost 40yrs of life. The Doctor on duty, Dr Jessica Ballin(sp?) was responsive, communicative and explained everything as she was going. All the staff was so helpful and kind. I remember Penny being especially friendly! Had such a great experience yesterday. The entire staff was helpful and friendly and the doctor was excellent. She was really thorough and took time to explain what she was looking for and going over my results. The team in the front of the store were really helpful and patient, I got everything I wanted and needed without being pressured. They really helped me maximize my budget and insurance. I already recommend my family go there next time and will definitely go back.

Went in a little over a week ago and was texted that my glasses were ready.Super clean place, friendly staff; was greeted and checked in, sat for a few minutes then was called for preliminary checks then doc visit, prescription, browsed frames and done.Got my glasses quicker than expected. Ended up also getting custom prescription sun glasses this round, awesome!Thanks everyone!

I have been going to this Visionworks for many years. Never had any issues until this last appointment. I got my new prescription from Jessica Bailin, OD. When the contacts came in, I could tell right away something was off. After wearing the contacts for 3 days, I still felt like something was wrong with my right eye. It was very blurry. I have had a prescription between -9 and -9.5 for the past 5 years. This time, she put my right eye in a -8 with astigmatism correction. Which is a huge jump. When I came back in to fix it, she just said you have to give it time. You were over prescribed before. Although I never experienced issues to this extent prior. Another day goes by and my vision does not get better and its very distracting. Clearly something was off. I decided to call back again to see if maybe they would do the exam again, she continued to be frustrated that I hadnt given it enough time. But thats not even the bad part. She puts me on hold to get the General Manager on the phone who says We can no longer continue services for you like I was harassing them or doing something criminal. All I wanted was to be listened to! I never raised my voice or said anything unkind, only that I can feel something is not right with my vision. I have never been treated so terribly by a professional doctor OR a manager in any business. I have also never written a bad review. This type of treatment of a long time customer (or any customer for that matter), is appalling by both the doctor and the management.

The store manager is very rude, very unprofessional. I honestly dont know how or why someone made him a manager, I dont think he even qualifies to clean the windows. Today I picked up my pair of glasses and I was trying to buy lenses for another frame that I brought with me, during that conversation he told me to leave the store 3 times. He also said that hes going to make his employees not to offer me any promotions that are offered to others. It would be great if I get a call from the corporate office. My number is in the stores database.

This is the first eye doctor that explained my prescription to me in terms that I understand. They made me feel comfortable as understood my insurance benefits to help me get the best use of it. I highly recommend them! I didn’t get glasses this time but they had a great selection!

This Visionworks location is top notch i.e. professional friendly staff. I had my appointment June 2, 2021 as a walk-in (no problem) The Manager Jesse Miller explained all charges to me with a respectful golden rule spirit. Had eye exam by Dr. Jessica Bailin who took extra time to explain exam results to me. She is truly a jewel of a Dr. The testing equipment was also state of the art which impressed me. This location is so nice!! The staff was super helpful and Covid procedures were followed to a T. I came in without an appointment to look at glasses and they gladly took me in, the lady that helped me was very knowledgeable about the products. Now, I’m giving this place 3 stars not because of an issue with the staff but with the lack of staff. You could tell that the two people that were there were so busy answering phones, checking people in, and helping the 3 or 4 other customers in the front. I ended having to wait at a desk while they were both finishing up with the people that came in first, so I had to leave after I got my quote because I didn’t have the time to stay and finish the process. I wish I could remember the two staff members names because they really were trying their hardest. One was a black haired girl and a sandy blonde haired man. This would have been a 5 star review otherwise!

After an eye exam with a super friendly and cheery doc, I was helped by Jeremy (Jerry). He offered me several options which I politely declined and told him I was on a very limited budget. He went out of his way and spent nearly 20 minutes figuring out my insurance and how to get me the best deal possible on contacts. I walked out paying only for the eye exam itself and a full years supply of contacts! The dedication and care he showed was above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend Visionworks and Jeremy for anyone looking for contacts or glasses! ❤️

I purchased eye glasses and have had them for less than a month the left lense is falling out. My prescription is the same as my prescription five years which means I cant see any better with my new prescription than I did before I received my new glasses. I called to request a an adjustment to my bill and was told by one if the employees he would call me back in 30 minutes. Its been three weeks and I still havent heard from him. I think this will be more first and last time I use their services as an eye care provider.

We have used this office for five years. I have a family of five and we all wear glasses or contacts. We are very loyal and drive out of our way to come to this location. My son broke his glasses four weeks ago and we are still waiting for the new pair. The gentleman working the front are not good communicators, we have been told multiple times we will call you back in twenty minutes. Two days later we finally get a call back. They wouldn’t take the time to review our insurance and told us incorrect information. Our insurance finally called to explain our coverage and yes the second pair of glasses are covered. My wife has made multiple visits and still no glasses. Loyalty only goes so far, it’s finally time to save on gas.

This is a very well run facility. Dr. Bailin was great, the front office was great, and I walked away from there very impressed.I appreciated that Dr. Bailin took the time to review the imaging results with me carefully. And the woman running the lobby (shouldve gotten her name as Id like to give her a shout out) talked through everything - my various options for glasses, insurance, etc.The Arapahoe Visionworks facility has that rare blend of professionalism, competence, and friendliness.If youre in the need for eye care I would highly recommend Visionworks @ Arapahoe. I took the day off to get my eyes checked so that I can get a drivers license. The location in aurora is booked till next month so I decided to come here. When I went to check in they told me they could not run my insurance (probably because Im a sap with medicaid) nobody called me to tell me this. Very unprofessional! I will take my business elsewhere and I dont mind paying cash if I have to. Thanks for nothing.

I get nervous at the eye doctors. Its always been a place where you end up spending more money than you wanted to. But this was a good experience. I got an eye exam to renew my drivers licence. My prescription hadnt changed and I felt no pressure to buy new glasses (huge plus). Everyone wore a mask and the Doctor was friendly. It was not crowded and very quiet. They also take Care Credit. My appointment went exactly how I wanted.

I love the eye doctor here. Really fabulous and thorough. She was worth the unprofessional front office staff. Over 4 years going here and i have received the wrong contacts twice, a pair of glasses was forgotten to be ordered and it took a month to get, I had to keep calling to ask for them, and being pushed to buy glasses or contacts that I told them were out of my budget refusal to fix glasses that were bent even though when I bought them I was told I could bring them in for adjustments. But because the doc is so good, I kept dealing with it. Today was the last straw though-i was 5 minutes late for my appointment (and I know that is lame, and hard to deal with, especially during covid times). But the young man at the front desk was rude, condescending, very unhelpful, would not take my appointment, did not offer me another time/date told me my option was to wait to see if the next appointment showed up and I guess thats your only option. Guess business is good enough with their overpriced frames and lenses that they feel ok about the $700 i was going to spend today walking out the door.The doc is really great. Shes worth 5 stars so the negative stars Id give the front desk and optical service people brings their rating up to a 2.

Not a big fan of Jeremys customer service skills. He is a very rude and has absolutely no business dealing with customers. Period. Went in to purchase glasses and was not assisted at all in helping to make an appointment. Also refused to answer the phone for nearly an hour when I tried to call & make that appointment. I am almost afraid to do business at this location because I feel like he will sabotage my order.Jeremy is a liability to this location. He drives customers away. I am here to warn others of his terrible attitude and lack of customer service skills. If you like dealing with a rude, condescending jerk - then Jeremy is your guy.

After I walked into the office, the manager said my mask was not over my nose, which it was. I told him that my mask was over my nose. He told me that I have an attitude and told me to leave. After I insisted on keeping my appointment, he called a police. I have never been treated this badly in my life.Have tried to reach a corporate office, nobody picks up the phone, nobody is on the chat line either. My email to corporate office it only a generic response. Looking through reviews this manager, Jeremy, was rude to other customers in person and over the phone. I have tried to ignore the 2 hour wait in the lobby, double booking, wrong prescription for my glasses and long wait for contacts shipment in the past 6 years. But now I am truly done. Harassment of a heavily pregnant woman was unprecedented and unexcusable. I hope the owner is reading this and responds to my email.

Dr. Jessica B is an amazing optometrist and the rest of the staff is exceptional as well. Im however giving 4 stars for the markup price on the frames. I just found the frames I was charged 249.09 for on multiple outlets for 119.00. Thank goodness for insurance!!!

He definitely needs to learn what Customer Service is and how to communicate with Customers to make them happy and return to the store next time. Ive been going to vision works for years. This was the worst experience Ive ever had before. The doctor sent me off with contacts that werent even my right prescription, and or the correct axis for my contacts. I returned a week later to try to get ones I could actually see out of. Im still wearing a trial pair almost a month later. Still no one has called me to have me come back in to make sure the trials were correct. I just want to get my correct prescription so that I can order new contacts... After that I will never return to this location ever again!

I will never return to this vision works location. For as much money I spent on contacts, new frames, and an eye exam I am very disappointed in the customer service. I had a 2 week promise date (2/7) for my contacts and new glasses. In the past, Ive never ever waited the full 2 weeks for my stuff to be delivered. Well here we were FOUR weeks later and still only have received only the contacts. So contacts were delivered on 2/10. After placing a call to the store to check order status on 2/7 ( which was my 2 week promise date) And the representative told me my shipment hasnt arrived due to the snow storm. Well funny thing about CO is snow melts by the next day and roads are clear. So not sure how a day snow storm delayed my contacts past 2 week promise date. In the past, after I place my contact order I dont ever wait a full week. So on 2/14 I called the store again to ask about my glasses. The representative was so rude and very unhelpful. She checked to see if they were in the store and said she only found my contacts and my glasses should arrive in a few days maybe over the weekend. Well here we are another full week has passed. When I asked her what the delay was for them arriving she said we have no control over our orders once they go to the distribution center. So I told her I have never waited this long and all she said is sorry to hear that. And her tone of it wasnt very pleasant. Plus, she could have offered to call the disturbution center to check the status and see why there was a delay. This is my money I spent and I deserve to know where my product I purchased is. If anyone tells me they hope I give them a second chance, they have already had their second chances for the TWO times I had to place a call and both times no one wanted to do the research but check a drawer to see if they were there. Also, even if it was a mistake that someone forgot to place my order I would have accepted someone saying, there was a mistake on our end we apologize but we put a rush order on your shipment. Id rather give my money to a company that will take accountability. I have always gone to vision works since a kid and now I will be searching for a different place.

Back in June of this year i went to visionworks for the first time as i couldnt get in to the place i normally go, my experience at that time was ok. Id give it 3 stars. The Dr was wonderful and explained everything very well. It was expensive to get the glasses... However for an emergency situation it was fine. I got 2 pairs of glasses ordered, the first pair arrived in a timely manner.. It took almost a month for the second pair. If i would have done a review at that point id had given them a much better review. However the first pair of glasses came apart within the first month. Due to covid and life in general i just used the second pair and put taking the others in on my to do list. Well the second pair fell apart yesterday! My fiancee took both pairs into the office today and was treated horribly!. They told him because he was not me they wouldnt do anything and that if i bring them in they will have to ship them out. Seriously?? For a screw? I will never return to this store again.

After a horrible experiance at Americas Best. One call to Penny and she was able to squeeze me in. They did not know my horror story, and I still got the red carpet treatment. Every person there was nice, professional, and very experianced. They dont take my insurance unfortunately, but I will still be going back for my testing. The testing was in depth, and asked all the right questions. Turns out the vision that got better per Americas best was in fact not the truth. I now have contacts to help with my astigmatism.

I didnt have much time to research optometrists so I called the closest one to where I was. They fit me in the same day. They took incredible care of me and the Doctor was so kind and thorough. I broke my glasses and I have a slight astigmatism that affects me in the morning and at night. I will continue going to this location. Ive already recommended several friends! Thank you to the entire vision works team you guys knocked it out of the park. Thank you for taking such great care of me. We only get one set of eyes and theyre so important. This is my first visit to Visionworks in general, so I cannot speak for the company itself, but I am sure glad I came here. The entire staff was friendly and efficient. I only had intentions to visit and get my eyes checked, but I also got optomap which is a new way to dilate your eyes.They also had an amazing deal where I got a years supply of contacts and a new pair of glasses for an insanely good price. Brian assisted me in the payment/insurance process. He took the time to break everything down and ensure I got the best price. Poorly managed best describes this place. I never write reviews but this place pulled one out of me. One employee servicing four people while another employee sat there doing nothing. They took all of my information on the phone prior to the appointment and then asked for all of the same information once again at the appointment. Prescription was too strong and when I told them this they said I had to wear them for two weeks and then come back. Trying to save a few dollars ended up costing me several hours of my time and a lot of frustration. Please go somewhere else.

Terrible, the absolute worst. Day 1: Called about getting my prescription extended. Said they would give a note to the doctor and to expect a call back shortly.Day 2: Called back to see if it had been reviewed and told the doctor is very busy but it is on her desk, We will call you back ASAP. Very rude attitudeDay 3: Called again. Was finally informed that the doctor has been out on vacation, and will be for another 5 days. The Manager cared very little, if at all, and made this very clear with her attitude.With their frame selection that went out of style years ago, that are CONSTANTLY on a buy one get 23 free sale, you would think they would at least TRY to have good customer service. Nope. They will never get another dollar from me.Update: I did receive a call back from the General Manager, who was friendly. However after waiting 3 days with broken glasses a nicely worded explanation is insufficient. There should have been a solution offered.

Everyone here is very friendly and so helpful! Its visually clean and precise. See Emily and Melissa when you go, two beautiful ladies with personalities to match!! It was one of the best experiences I have ever had, and Ive worn glasses most of my life and contacts for 14 years now. Oh and btw, they will tighten, replace screws for free so dont aggravate yourself by trying to do it yourself, visit Visionworks and enjoy present conversation with some wonderful people.

The staff is friendly. Dr. Gallegos is wonderful. I thought I couldnt wear contacts but the doctor found the issue and helped me correct it.They are surprisingly inexpensive, too. Youll like it here.

I had my exam and ordered contacts in January. I was supposed to have the contacts mailed directly to me on or by January 29. It it now February 19th and I have no contacts. I called the store twice. The first time I was told the person who handles contact orders was not there and would call me back. After another week without contacts. I called and spoke to the person who I think name is Claudia. I explained to her that I have not received my contacts. She basically told me there is nothing that they could do and I would need to contact the post office. And provided me with a tracking number that the post office says they have no record of. Super frustrated, blind and disappointed. I have been a customer at this location for years. Never had such poor customer service.

Wonderful experience at the Aurora store on E Mississippi.I took in 3 pairs of glasses to be fixed and was waited on by Katalina, she was so nice and experience at what she did I had a very good experience.

Amazing! Must write about my excellent experience here. I was with a friend picking things up, didnt buy anything. The nice guy cleaned my lenses and tighted my screws and sent me on my way with a handful of cleaner packs knowing I wasnt there to buy. My friend said his glasses were great too. These guys know customer service.

Five Star Review All The Way for the Team at Visionworks on Arapahoe Road and Parker in Centennial!Emily greeted me with a warm smile the minute I walked in the door! She was very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable, this young lady helped me find exactly what I was looking for in a matter of minutes! I wanted both reader and distance glasses and together we found 2 very high-quality frames for under $70 each! Doctor Mangers is an exceptional eye doctor! She was quick, efficient and very kind! Both of my prescriptions are perfect! I have to mention the office manager JoAnna this woman has got it together! She does a fabulous job and it shows in the reflection of the entire staff, Kudos to All of You! if your looking for Quality Glasses or Contacts at a Great Price look no further this is exactly the place you want to be to buy your Visionwear!

Called to make an appointment and I tried to give my insurance information and the Male that answered stated he don’t have time to verify my insurance. So basically he doesn’t want business for Visionworks. I’ll take my services elsewhere and it won’t be a VisionWorks company. The manager name is Jeremy and he was the person that was rude.
