The staff are on time, knowledgeable and very friendly. They never make you wait. The doctor is thorough, patient and very kind and takes time to do a very thorough eye screening for both glasses and contacts. They have all the best technology to diagnose not only visual needs but macular degeneration, glaucoma and dry eyes to name a few. They also work with your insurance company if needed and if you are not interested in any of the tests, they are not insisted or pushy. I am very happy with their service!

Got my glasses yesterday, and I’m really disappointed. The prescription is way off. I got progressive lenses that I’m unable to read with. I mentioned it to the store associate who answered that some adjustment time for the new prescription is needed, but this is way beyond that. Additionally, she didn’t take the time to adjust them to my face, so they sit lopsided. I’ll be driving the30 minutes to take them back.

I ordered contacts over a month ago, and they still havent arrived. My last eye appointment took around two hours, and I was left simply waiting for most of that time. When the doctor finally arrived, the actual exam was rushed.

If you can find a better place, I will give you 500 Euros, yes, not cheap USD, but EUR! Staffs here are amicable, affable, gregarious, prodigy, scrupulous and consummate. I have been coming now to this Pearle Vision location since 2015 they provide outstanding service and are truly so caring its a genuine experience each yearly visit!Unfortunately, the Tory Burch blue and silver cat eye tortoise shell is no longer being manufactured any more I was looking to get a fresh pair new pair with updated lenses.I was still able to find the same frame in a maroon and silver thankfully. I felt comfortable with mysmy as well and didnt feel rushed or compelled to just leave with something.Each yearly visit its genuinely a wonderful experience! Theyre giving me the gift of seeing clearly and being fashion forward!I love it here and recommend!

This location is one of the best eye exam places to visit! The staff were really nice and accommodating, especially Kaitlin. I had so many questions, but she was respectful, comforting, and helpful to answer all of them. Really good to know there are still people out there who like to help, and who take their career seriously, other than act like its just a job! Very clean space and the location is in a great area to be in. Im really impressed with the caring services they provide. If you need to get medical eye exams, and you are around the area, I strongly recommend you give this location a try!

I called to see the status of my new contacts. Its been delayed for about a week. I was concerned because one of my monthly contacts feels itchy and doesnt sit right anymore. They were able to get a fresh set of monthly trial contacts the same day! No additional fees either. 10/10 would recommend.

The office staff was very professional, helpful and and organized. I was a little early but this did not both them. They went right to work to get me in and get my appointment started. Doctor Xavier was very informative, professional and enjoyable to talk with. I would highly recommend this store, the people who work there and the doctors.

Today was my first visit. They were quick to get me set up as a new patient and quick to get me in with the doctor. They explained everything to me and did what they could to make sure everything looked great on my end. They explained prices. Compared to other places Ive gone their prices were more than fair. The girls working there were all very kind and very welcoming. I will definitely be returning.

Amazing. I am 53 and have a very high script and detached retina 25 yrs ago. Have struggled to see every since. Made a same day appointment online and was seen by Dr. Woo. Best eye doctor I have ever had and took the time and then some to make sure it was perfect. Very knowledgeable and actually learned new important information that I was never told that will impact my daily life incredibly and future vision decisions. The office staff was amazing too. Staff and doctor are all super friendly, and we were in/out in an hour for my sons first time eye exam and selecting his frames. I did not appreciate one of the techs speaking negatively of a competitor -- this just makes you look super unprofessional, and as a consumer, we have a right to choose where we buy glasses without being ridiculed. Other than this, it was overall a very positive experience.

The team here is great. Needed readers and was having a tough time finding something off the shelf that lined up my eyes correctly for working on the computer. The folks at Pearle Vision whipped me up a pair of custom readers that work great and werent expensive. I may be getting old, but my eyes feel much better now. Thanks!

Hands down the best vision place!! They got me my glasses and contacts. Got me into a pair of contacts that day. Then a few days later when my contact got a crack in it, they gave me another free sample. Then when I told them that I noticed the difference between the two contacts and that the ones they ordered I did not feel were going to be comfortable enough, they ordered the pair that I was comfortable in even though mine had already come in. And they gave me another contact to replace the uncomfortable one. That one got a tear in it within 2 days and so they gave me another contact lens to replace that one while my new order came in even though I already had my glasses and they didnt have to. They also ordered my strength in the trial size just in case I needed it. They have top-of-the-line equipment including where you dont have to get that puff of air blown in your eye they just scan it with this neat little device. They are all so nice there and I highly recommend that you work with Dr of optometry Lisa Hamilton, and the two best Opticians Sean Larkin and Allie Davis, who went above and beyond for me!! And were ALWAYS sweet about it. They both helped in my decision for what glasses to get and were spot on! Love these guys and wont be going anywhere else!! HIGHLY recommend!!

I cant say enough about the staff at Southglenn Pearle Vision. Dr. Hamilton is absolutely the best. She has been so wonderful in caring not only for me but my mom. The staff is attentive and professional. I was so impressed by my first visit where I was greeted by Sean and was immediately wowed by him, his honesty and willingness to help me (it was NYE to boot)! I returned to be a patient AND brought my mom with me. Dr. Hamilton is so sweet, trusting, caring and a FABULOUS doctor. She has been a lifesaver for me caring for my mom and her recent vision problems. And, if all thats not enough to write a glowing review about they are open on the weekends which is beyond convenient.

This review is written for my husband who recently visited this Pearl Vision site. Allie, the Optician, went out of her to find the frames that he wanted to purchase. The prescription came in accurate and he was able to get his frames fitted. My husband is very satisfied with the service and would recommend Pearl Vision Centennial to other people.

I went to Pearle Vision to specifically see Dr. Hamilton who was recommended by professionals for my vision needs. Dr. Hamilton was extremely helpful and worked with me to get the optimal vision correction I sought. While being examined by Dr. Hamilton, she found that I have macular degeneration. As a result, Dr. Hamilton spent quite a bit of time educating me and discussing the alternatives and what I might expect as time goes on. The Pearle Vision team were all very helpful and I found them to be very personable and extremely good to work with. Better than any other vision group I have gone to.I visited a lasik clinic as an incentive program for a friend of ours who worked at that clinic and they discovered I had the beginning of cataracts. I felt I was just a number and was being handled through the system. They actually had me almost scheduled for cataract surgery.I wanted to get a second opinion, so I went to see Dr. Hamilton again to discuss going forward and my options. Dr. Hamilton was extremely helpful and instructive in helping me understand questions that I had. We actually determined that I do not need to have cataract surgery, maybe for a long time, which gave me great relief. Time will tell. Getting your eyes examined is much more than just getting glasses. Dr. Hamilton and the Pearle Vision team are extremely competent and make the experience of vision care awesome.

The staff was so friendly and helpful! They went the extra mile to make sure that my glasses fit me the correct way. When I noticed that the lenses werent as strong as I needed, they changed them out free of charge. I would recommend stopping in if you need a new pair of glasses or need an eye exam!

Sean and Dr Hamilton were AWESOME! We had exams and filled 10 (yes 10) pairs of Rx today.We’ve been to a number of optical places over the years. The service and attention to detail here I’ve never been exceeded even that expensive boutique shops.As a physician and surgeon, I absolutely appreciate Dr. Hamilton’s care especially with my wife and her issues with dry eyes. Her education for basic I health and macular degeneration we’re complete even though it was a super busy Sunday and you might expect to get shorted.Absolutely found a shop that we plan to come back to for many years. Highly recommended and they do take our VSP insurance as a provider.

The optometrists here diagnosed my early macular degeneration not found at my opthamologist.. Excellent technology at Pearle Vision helped me get an early diagnosis. Thank you.

This place is great. Fastest and most accurate eye exam Ive ever had. I left with trial contacts that are the most comfortable Ive ever worn. Dr. Watters is really good at what he does. He was able to do the eye exam around my 3 month old baby on my lap. Then held her while I put in contacts. Nice selection of frames. Staff was sharp and knew the answers to all my questions. Ill be back next year.

This was my first time at Pearle Vision. The staff was very friendly as well as professional and informative. I saw Dr. Pallagi. I’m a post refractive surgery patient and developed dry eye. Dr. Pallagi performed a procedure to open up blocked glands that were preventing my eyes from producing those crucial oily tears! I’m very encouraged to find a doctor who is focused on getting to the root of the problem and not just treating the symptoms with expensive pharmaceutical drugs! I highly recommend Dr. Pallagi as well as Dr. Hamilton!

A couple of years ago, I broke my glasses and I can’t drive without them. I called this branch to see if they could work me in and they told me to come on in. They got me in almost as soon as I arrived, the staff was and still is very friendly and their prices are fair. I accidentally stepped on my glasses a few days ago and yesterday I stopped by and they fixed them and even replaced the nose pieces at no charge. I very highly recommend!

I havent worn glasses for many years but my vision has been deteriorating and I had lots of questions about what to do. I went to this location only because of its proximity to my home, but I am SO glad I chose them.Every single staff member was incredibly helpful and friendly. Im not embellishing, even a bit. Becky, Alli, Sean, and Dr. Pallagi were fantastic from start to finish. Dr. Pallagi answered all of my innumerable questions, and Sean, Alli, and Becky helped me with insurance info, prices, and even helped me pick out glasses frames when I was unsure. They were all involved and engaging and I am so impressed. I havent received such great customer service from anywhere in a very long time. They truly stand out.I cannot recommend this store highly enough.

I have to say that the staff was very professional so thats the 3 stars. I would offer a testimony on the product but I cant because I dont have it. I was told at the outset that the glasses would be ready in a week and a half. No problem because I didnt need them until then. When I didnt hear by then, I called and was told they werent in yet. So I called back the following day. Told it would be tomorrow. Then called the following day. Told it would be tomorrow. By then the first thing that I needed them for had come and gone. Called the following Monday because I needed them again Monday night. Told it would be Tuesday. Called Tuesday. Was told my glasses had been broken and that they would be ready Wednesday. Called back Wednesday (today). Was told it would be tomorrow. I sense a trend. If I dont have them by tomorrow, I think I will ask to cancel the transaction and ask for a refund because, honestly, at this point I have ceased to believe that the glasses actually exist.

This is by far the place best in Colorado to go to for a eye exam. The doctor I saw was very kind and knowledgable, the staff was amazing. Shawn who helped me pick out my glasses was great! IMHO Mediocre service has become the norm. That is NOT the case at this Pearle Vision. I am fortunate to have easily corrected vision so I typically keep my glasses for about four years and Im not rough on them. My employer makes available a good plan (EyeMed) - which I contribute to - that I was able to use. I add that because I couldnt use the plan at either Costco or Visionworks. The folks at Lencrafters were nice enough but had very little product knowledge, or interest in my business. Again. NOT the case here. Allison Davis has got snap! Not only is she a consumate professional but shes easy on the eyes too. (See what I did there?) Sean is another member of their team who goes above and beyond. Their selection of frames is just right regarding selection and pricing. Ally (Im taking liberty here), after listening and considering what Id said, virtually tractor-beamed me to the exact glasses that fit appropriately, I could comfortably afford, had the features I wanted AND were/are titanium for reduced weight that I desired. If all of the above werent enough I was told my new specs would be in around 7 - 10 days. Five (5) days is all it took! I can see clearly that Ill be a long-term customer. (See what I did there?) Thanks to the good folks at The Centennial, Pearle Vision.
