Dell children Ophthalmology is simply the best; great providers, clean facility and attentive staff all around!!!

Dr. Hoang & her staff were very nice but expect a long wait . 2 hours for a recheck appointment - an hour & a half before we actually saw Dr. Hoang.I recommend Dr. Hoang - she is knowledgeable & kind - just seems to be a over- scheduling issue with this practice .

She was very professional and thorough. She called the next day to share test results and check on my condition. She also took care of a concern I had. I am very pleased with my experience.

Dr. Hoang and her staff are truly nothing but fantastic. My son is 3 1/2 and has a pretty sever case of strabismus as well as amblyopia. She is always so kind and patient and is willing to take as much time needed to explain things that previous doctors we have seen skip over. He will be getting strabismus surgery by her in the upcoming months and I feel comfortable with her preforming it.

Took my 4.5 year old son to see Dr.Hoang. I was nervous about the experience because my son is pretty shy and is incredibly emotional about many things, especially the unknown like doctors visits. The thought of dilating his eyes sounded like a nightmare but it went so well. The nurse was awesome and the games they used to test his eyes were great for his age. Definitely recommend!

My daughters appointment was at 2:40pm, they had her point to some pictures and dilated her eyes. Said to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes, it is now 4:10pm and still have not seen the doctor!!! Was told their waiting for a room to open up. So why schedule for 2:40pm if there’s no rooms available???? Worst service here

I am so incredibly thankful that we found Dr. Hoang. She is kind, caring, really takes her time and provided us with more information on my daughters eye conditions in our first visit than we received from our previous specialist of 3 years. Dr. Hoang takes time to explain and make sure we understand everything from diagnosis to therapy to surgeries, side effects, possible outcomes- everything. You can tell she is really invested in helping her patients. We have been seeing her for about 2 years now and I still feel so grateful to have her treating my daughter!

She was really great with my children. Her office staff is also very kind. My daughter has strabismus and she helped correct my daughters vision so she wouldnt need to get surgery.

I have twenty years of experience with pediatric ophthalmologists. I have two legally blind kids, (one is now in college) and I can tell you from a whole lot of experience that Dr Hoang is an excellent doctor who is kind, intelligent and well worth waiting for an appointment to have your child see her. I don’t normally write recommendations, but my heart goes out to new parents who are trying to find help, and I want to wish you the best of luck from someone who has been there.

Awesome yesterday with my 14mth old daughter. Staff was also wonderful

My daughter had her first eye appointment today. We showed up at Advanced Eye Care and the front desk tells us that Dr. Hoang was sick. So, I informed the desk we should have been called. Then she lets me know Dr. Hoang is separate office so they call them. Speaking with the representative from Dr. Hoang, she says they next availability was February 1st. I kindly declined and said we will find someone else.They did not even have he common courtesy to come out to the lobby to speak with us and show interest for inconvenience. I guess Dr. Hoang has a plethora of patients and we are just another small fish in the pond. If that is an indication of how her office does business, I will definitely pass as I want the best for my daughter. We went there because her school recommend her. Really disappointing how people do business today!

She is always so great with my daughter and patient when she isnt ready to be checked. Thank you!
