I enjoyed the professionalism of the staff while during my office visit. I have been to a few optometrist during the last past years. Their interactions with me was business like and lacking in a humanistic approach, but Doctor Gohel was so friendly, interactive and professional. Ive finally found a very good optometrist for my visual care.

Glasses are way too expensive even w/insurance. Coverage should be applied to the actual glasses instead of the frames; thats were the cost is. Frames can also be cost prohibitive. Personally a piece of metal/plastic should not run into the hundreds. I personally would go with a low cost frame and apply my benefits to the cost of the glasses themselves. Plan to suggest this to my insurance. What good is the insurance if you still end up paying $200 or more for the glasses you need. In addition line bifocals are antiquated. You need to step up to modern times...progressive lens should be the standard not line bifocals.

I have been going to Master Eye Associates for 6 years and had a different OD every time. They have all been exceptional with yesterday being the best yet. Dr. Gohel was amazing, I would not thing of going anywhere else.

Dr. Dworsky is worth going out-of-network for! He is the only eye doctor I trust 100%, and I have been seeing eye doctors for over 40 years and in 2 different states. He cares and truly listens to my concerns. Everything was wonderful at both of my appointments thanks to him and his awesome staff-Tabatha and LaJoslin. I am so happy to be back.

Completely Awesome experience! This team of eyecare professionals is amazing! I came to them with a difficult situation, and Tabitha immediately took control and went to work to get me where I needed to be. I can tell you that I have never had a more thorough eye exam than with Dr. Dworsky. I knew when I got my eyeglass prescription, it was 100% accurate, without a doubt. I have so much confidence in this team that I will continue to have my eyes evaluated only by Dr. Dworsky and his crew. I was overwhelmed by the customer service, patience, and the professionalism shown by both Tabitha and Dr. Dworsky.

This was a pleasant surprise when one of the Doctors called me and explained they discovered I had been mistakenly over-charged and they would arrange a refund.I am glad to continue with Master Eye Associates for my future eye exams.

I found out a lot about my vision at my visit

I scheduled a eye appointment with Visionworks (Lakeline Mall). It was just my yearly routine checkup. $10 copay is all I usually have to pay. Master Eye is next door and does the actual exam.When I arrived neither had information about my appointment being scheduled. They acted like I made the mistake. They did get me in though. However, Master Eye charged me for a procedure (Fundus Photography Screening) that was not covered by my insurance. They provide you with the document about two different procedures which is very misleading. They dont take the time to discuss with you the options you have and whats covered and not covered by your insurance. I thought I agreed to the lower cost procedure, but was charged for the higher procedure. Very disappointing.I would not recommend Master Eye Associates. If you choose to use them, be very careful and dont let them mislead you.

This place is amazing!! I’ve definitely found myself a new place to call home. I’ve been here a couple times now and each time has been so pleasant. Tabatha, the receptionist, has such a friendly personality and always makes me laugh. Dr. Dworsky is extremely patient, has a kind demeanor, and takes the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. He makes sure that all is taken care of! It’s super easy to schedule online, which is convenient too. I highly recommend if you’re looking for an eye doctor!!!

I have visited Master Eye Associates in Lake line Mall at lest three times for my eyes and each time has been very pleasant. The staff there has been great, I did not have to wait long, I was able to get in and out at reasonable time. I will continue to make them my eye doctor.

This office is amazing!!! They always have time for a quick question or help whenever there are problems. I tried to go out side of master eye for insurance reason and have not been able to to anywhere with such great service! Went back to master eye for their friendly staff and kind doctors

Went to the Lakeline location. Gotten taken care of quick. Friendly staff and doctor! So why such great comments and one star? If you pay your copay with your credit card and you think your signing for it to authorize just for your copay. Watch out there is more to it. They keep your signature on file, to automitiaclly charge your account if your insurance won’t pay or whatever reason. They will automatically charge your card up to $400! I’m very upset that I wasn’t told about this! And to cancel that you have to write a handwritten note and drive all the way there just to have that terminated!

Terrible customer service

I took my family (boys ages 8 & 9) to Master Eye Associates at Lakeline Mall and they were absolutely A-MAZING! Not only were we seen at our scheduled time, the staff was genuinely super sweet. This is definitely a place to take the whole family. We all saw Dr. Alejos. She was professional, patient, and answered all our questions. Thank you Master Eye Associates for making our visit wonderful. I will recommend you gals to everyone I know.

Great experience start to finish. Lindsey and Tabatha were very kind and helpful with my questions. Doctor Alejos was super friendly and got my new prescription spot on. Would recommend anyone to go there!

Ive been seeing Dr. Dworsky and Dr. Alejos for a few years now, as well as my eight year old son. The staff is hands down the best Ive had the pleasure of dealing with in the optometry field. Both doctors as well as the amazing staff are extremely professional, prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive to the needs or concerns of the patient. I recommend them to anyone who asks, and I plan on continuing to use them for all of my optometry needs.

Ive been seeing Dr. Dworsky annually or every other year for over 10 years. Hes been very attentive to a couple of eye problems that need to be monitored to determine if further degradation is occurring. We live in CO but spend some time in Cedar Park each winter with family, and seeing Dr. Dworsky is much easier than going to the eye doctors back home. I have always found his examinations and analyses to be very good. And the office staff has usually been very good as well.

I would like to start by saying the actual doctor was very nice and professional. The office staff is a bunch of young girls who seem like they hate thier job and quite frankly dont know what they are doing.I came in for an annual exam and the first issue I had was exactly what another reviewer said. ( There is an optional eye procedure that they make very confusing to decline and they do it anyway and try and charge you at the end)I told them that was incredibly misleading and they eventually waived it for me.I was ordered a trial pair of contacts that me and the doctor agreed we wanted to try. Unfortunately they did not have them but said they would be there in a week.I called in about a week later and the girl I spoke with seemed like I was bothering her by even calling asking. She said she didnt know anything and I should call next door which I actually had accidentally did right before calling her and they told me to call the doctors office. She then said she didnt know anything and she had this bratty attitude like she was very annoyed to be doing her job. I think her name was Alexa or Allisa or something with an A. Anyway, Its been a month, Ive called 3 times and still no TRIAL contacts. I certainly will NOT be coming back. Waste of time and money.

Dr. Dworsky was very professional. I was seen in a timely manner, and all of my questions were answered. I would highly recommend him.

I have been coming to Dr. Dworskys office for a few years now and I just have to say how absolutely amazing they are there!!! Everyone is super friendly, professional, and patient. I have 3 children two of them have had Dr. Dworsky, and my oldest has see Dr. Alejos. Both Doctors were very kind and sweet to my children, joked with them and made my youngest feel better about being scared of what to expect. I would highly recommend both Doctors to anyone!! Also, front staff was very helpful with understanding my insurance and even printed out coloring pages to entertain my children while we waited. Thank you all so much!! My whole family has been going to this location for years. This will end now. We had an Emergency that needed attention and I called them up. I reached an employee who identified herself as Yasmine. She was extremely rude. I told her my problem and requested they fax my old(over 1 year) prescription to Visionworks next door. Yasmine told me she couldnt. I would need to come in and get my eyes checked. I explained to her my dog destroyed my glasses and I cant see. Its an emergency and I needed glasses. She told me it was illegal to fax the prescription over. She continued to argue and even laugh at me. So I requested an appointment. They were open for another 45 minutes. She told me the doctor couldnt see me. I requested to speak with the doctor. Yasmine refused and continued to speak over me as I explained to her the emergency. She laughed and stated, give me your number and Ill definitely make sure the doctor calls you. It was said with arrogance as Yasmine laughed. She continued to argue and attempt to antagonize me. She was speaking for the doctor telling me how my eyes have changed and I need to see a doctor. This was about replacement glasses, not a lecture on how i need an examination. She was extremely rude and obviously thought this was a joking matter. I interrupted her lecture and requested she take my phone number. Yasmine hung up the phone. Wow. I called back and gave Yasmine my number demanding to speak to the doctor. She continued talking over me. I asked her to repeat my number and she couldnt. I repeated the phone number a second time. She laughed and said, Im sure the doctor will call you back. 35 minutes went by with no call. I called Master Associates back. This time Yasmine put me on hold for 5 minutes, came back and stated the doctor will extend my older prescription, and she will fax it over to VisionWorks. I asked about the comments she made about it being illegal to extend a prescription. She told me thats the doctors decision, but its illegal. How horrible is that, she spoke for the doctor earlier in the conversation and now she throws the doctor under the bus, insinuating the doctor can do whatever she wants. What a lousy employee. She stated she was faxing it next door to Visionworks.20 minutes later Yasmine calls back and says, you didnt give me a fax number. I reiterated that it was Visionworks right next to you. I told her she could walk it over or fax it. It was obvious she was calling me back to harass me and attempt to argue some more. Who needs this type of treatment and harassment.Bottom line. Master Eye Associates just loss 4 loyal customers because of Yasmine. Dr. Constance never returned my call and according to Yasmine she was to busy to speak with me. We are done with this place. I will make sure to spread the word to friends and family who are patients of Master Eye Associates. I will utilize Social Media to spread the word.Note: Visionworks next door was my life saver. They took care of me and reordered the old glasses. Thats customer service. They Rock!!

I recently visited Dr. Dworsky, he is a good optometrist and he got my eyeglass prescription right. I would recommend him if you are close by and you have a simple, easy prescription.However, I had some problems with the lenses when I got them, I was seeing a double image out of the right eye. So, Dr. Dworsky checked my eyes again, no cost, and gave me a slightly revised prescription. With 2 prescriptions and glasses that werent working, I wanted to make sure that I had the absolutely correct prescription. So I went to another optometrist to make sure I had the correct prescription.At the other optometrist they came up with the very same prescription that Dr. Dworsky had given me the first time. But their equipment must have had much better lenses than Master Eye Associates, because when they dialed in the prescription on their machine I had 20/16 vision when looking at the eye chart, very good vision. When I could see the chart that clear, I had the very same double vision in my right eye, same as I had been seeing through the new glasses. At Master Eye, looking through their eye checker I barely had 20/20 vision, it was marginally 20/20 and it was blurry, their lenses must not be as crisp. With the blur in the machine at Master Eye I never noticed the double vision.So, the fix was to take some of the astigmatism correction out of my right eye. It made the image in the right eye a little bit blurry, but it corrected the double vision, which improved my overall vision. I know now that an injury to my right eye, an embedded spark a couple of months ago, has now caused double vision in that eye. But I didnt realize this until I got new glasses and sharp vision.The other optometrist also had test glasses that they dropped lenses into and let me try on to see how the prescription would work for me. That is where we really dialed-in the best prescription. And they even had progressive lenses so that I couldve seen exactly what my progressive bi-focal prescription lenses were going to look like before I ordered them. Then they had a person who could trouble shoot and tune-in the frames to make sure the lens position and angle was not part of the problem (which it was, I needed to have the frames fit to my face, and I needed to have the focal point of the lenses lowered by 2 millimeters).So, Master Eye Associates is good, but they are not great. They are convenient and they are good for simple prescriptions. But for complex vision problems, or if you are thinking about progressive bi-focals, I would recommend finding an office that has a set of test glasses and a complete set of progressive bi-focal test lenses.

I was able to walk-in with no appointment and see the doctor right away. The whole vist took less than 20mins.

Made an appointment for 1 pm- when I arrived the lady at the front desk told me to go shop around for a hour bc some walk ins came by...wast of time rude rude staff
