I was helped into and out of the office. Staff placed my walker in my backseat. They asked me to call when I was back home. Attentive service by doctor and his staff.

I was very satisfied with my visit. The staff was excellent and very efficient. I went right in to see the doctor on time, maybe even a little earlier. I really liked Dr. O, she was very thorough and professional, yet I felt as if she had been my doctor for years. She was very detailed when she explained things to me and always asked if I had any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend Dr. O and Austin Primary Care to anyone.

Very friendly and helpful. Extremely easy to use patient portal which helped alleviate paper work for the first time. Dr Argarwal was very nice and informative, even going so far as to fix a mistake on my initial request which was for a physical, but then got crossed off when I requested a different check up, he went a head and did the physical anyway.I only gave the four star rating because It was my first time visiting, but if my follow ups go as smoothly, Ill definitely give it five stars!

Dr Ordonez is super! She is a well informed primary care physician. She listens well and responds carefully. She pays attention to detail and is very compassionate. All the employees are kind and courteous. I highly recommend them.

Over the course of the 2 years my Mom has been a patient of Dr. Agarwals at Austin Primary Care in Cedar Park. She is moving to New Mexico tomorrow and had her last appointment with him yesterday. For 83 years she has seen countless doctors. Dr A is hands down been the best Doctor to ever treat her. They have a wonderful support team as well. I would recommend Dr A to anyone. He is an extremely kind and amazing Doctor with a bedside manner not found in the world of medicine today. Night or day, he was always there for her. She will be lucky to find a Doctor with half the skill of Dr A.

Dr. Ordonez is very friendly and has great bedside manner. Ive been seeing her for 3 years and have been very satisfied with the care shes provided. In addition, shes very responsive on the online portal which is nice if I have a quick question or need a lab request submitted. I would highly recommend her!

Dr. Ordonez is not only my primary care physician but a wonderful second opinion or when I need to run other things past her that. I feel fortunate that she is open minded and willing to work with me on all issues ad concerns. She truly listens to me and hears me.. She is willing to take the time to explain things that maybe Im unsure of. In this day and age with health costs and insurance being astronomical and rarely affordable its critical to people to have a health provider that understands the struggle and accepts and works with many insurance providers. Ive been going to Austin Primary care since I moved here to Austin and have had nothing good to say about them until now. Just recently I got a new health insurance through my job which operates as an open access health plan which basically means theres no network and the company will payout to ANY provider. Austin Primary DENIED the insurance claiming they dont take open access, only in-network. What the hell? Your getting paid, you can file electronically whats the problem?? I thought I could trust Austin Primary to provide good service but now I have to find someone else. Definitely wont be promoting them to anyone else.

My recent visits to receive therapy on my legs has been very good. Dr. Agarwal and his staff at Austin Primary Care Physicians have been very caring. They make me feel very comfortable and that they care about me. I feel a part of the family!

I first visited Dr. Ordonez in December of 2017 at the Cedar Park Location. From the moment that I selected her as my Primary Care Physician the interaction with her and the medical staff has been excellent.I always feel that I can ask any question on the easy access patient portal site and know that my question will be answered in a timely manner. It was refreshing to see an internist who focused on me as a whole person. I wanted to address preventive health issues and always worry about getting the “you need to lose weight lecture”. Dr. Ordonez put me at ease immediately with her kind, nonjudgmental manner. She was very positive in her approach, stressing the power of making even small behavioral changes over time. There was never any shaming or pressure. I look forward to working with her and benefiting from her holistic practice style.

Terrible customer service. I have tried twice to make an appointment with one of the doctors here. Both times I was treated with attitude by the receptionists. Don’t even bother asking a simple insurance question regarding their institution or doctors. Because the doctor I was inquiring about (Sanchez) was not accepting new patients, I asked if there was another doctor who accepted UHC. I was then snapped at stating that she wouldn’t know and it was my problem to find out from my insurance who’s in my network. I had no idea asking a simple question for them to earn my business would lead to such rudeness and disrespect.It’s a shame as the doctors here have such high ratings, but with the attitude from the front desk.. I’ll pass.

Dr. Ordonez is very professional and attentive. She genuinely cares for her patients. She listens to the problems and voices her concerns in a manner that is so calm and reassuring that you forget your talking to your doctor. She is such a sweet and caring lady. Dr Agarwal listens to and patiently answers all questions asked. I normally see him within 5 minutes of arriving at the office. It is a very well run office and the best part is the availability of test results on the patient portal!

Will my husband and i both had appts one right after the other with the same doctor. We got held up in traffic in a school zone we were 7 minutes late. We were then told they could only see one of us. So I wanted my husband to be seen. But they ended up seeing me also for a few minutes. I just feel that we should have been told that if you late and a new patient you will have to reschedule. I will say that I do like the office and we both like Dr Agarwal.

Dr. Agarwal is a very caring physician. He’s has been so kind with his words and encouragement to my 89 year old friend who is experiencing early signs of dementia. She takes time to listen and to explain all of the plans and processes . She has consulted and referred to specialist as needed but has personally followed up with review and consolidation of those notes to ensure I have a team of doctors working toward s common goal , improving both my health and quality of care .Thank you to the entire office staff but I am especially blessed to have formed what I hope to be a long term relationship with Dr Ordonez .

I have been seeing Dr Agarwal as a patient for. about three years. i am picky about my primary doctors, having had two in 15 years only changing due to insurance, etc. I have worked with many physicians and other providers n the healthcare field for 30 years. With those two things in mind, I would 110% recommend Dr. Agarwal for many and all the important reasons. First and most importantly, as as an excellent physician who knows what he is doing and stays up with the current medical information, and refers you to a specialist when needed, or agreement if you want to and appropriate.. He is very involved in your care and makes sure his staff is as well. . He is appropriately and honestly compassionate. He is down to earth and you leave there knowing you were talking to a person who excels in their knowledge and understanding, is listening and cares, and he is not just a physician who has this job and in a rush to see his next patient. I called to get an appointment with Dr Ornandez after Dr. SULUR dumped all his patients and I was actually recommend to Dr. SULUR by my heart doctor. I called and Mario said she had to see if Dr. Ornandez would even choose to see me. I am having appendix attack symptoms. I never heard back from Marion. I called back and they give me a story about not having appoint9until November. They dumped me and I need care.

Dr. A is the best doctor I have ever been to in my life. I am 80 years old. I was in the military for 23 years and lived in many countries. I have a multitude of health issues, too many to list here. Perhaps 50+ including family doctors, Cardiologists, Neurologists, Internists, ENT, Audiologists, Ophthalmologists, Optometrists, Radiologists and finally Dentists (yes even Dentists). Civilian and Military. US and overseas. Dr. A is the best of them all!He is first and foremost CARING. Imagine that? He is genuinely concerned and interested in helping me to get BETTER not prolong the problem by doling out pills. I am not naive - I am 80. But I take much comfort in knowing that I have after all of these years finally found a doctor who is compassionate, passionate, personable, possesses unreal medical knowledge and is committed to making me feel better even if he cannot undo the ravages of time on this old body.Oh yes, his staff are friendly, efficient and personable. They keep me organized when I forget to some times. The customer portal online is most useful and kept current - as in same day - for post appt reviews & billing. And also for viewing past and future appointments, meds etc.I thank God he finally sent me to this caring health professional.
