Dr. Pegany is an internal medicine specialist and also was my primary care physician. Im confident in his diagnoses, hes a good listener and takes the time needed. However I had to give up on him because of the high error rate of his office, ARC Cedar Park. Straw that broke the camel’s back. After waiting 4 months for an annual physical exam, which was confirmed by a request for extra forms a few days ahead, this happened. After a long wait I was told that my physical had been changed to a regular appointment and that they couldn’t do the physical. They couldn’t tell me who made the change or why nor did they offer to reschedule it. Too much in addition to the small Rx errors and inability to fix errors in my medical records. One irritating repeated reminder, for I vaccine I already had, that I was told at Cedar Park they couldn’t fix, was fixed in 30” at another ARC location.

Im very critical of doctors, dont usually trust them, but Dr. Pageny is one of few I feel that Im in good hands.

Dr. Pegany is amazing! Rarely do I look forward to speaking with a health care professional but with Dr. Pegany its like talking with an old friend. This is how health care is done.
