AWFUL customer service!!! I had a terrible experience with Karen, (I know go figure) at the front desk. I was wearing a cloth mask and SO WAS SHE! She made me put on a surgical mask even though many others were wearing cloth masks too. Mind you, I’m also standing behind plexiglass. We had Covid last month and I even told her I have antibodies. I then pointed out she was also wearing a cloth mask too so then she switched to a surgical mask. Hypocrite! She was basically a bully to me! What kind of sense does this make?!!!On top of this terrible experience, the customer service of ARC over all gets worse and worse. We’ve been patients for years and they used to be great but now they’re just focused on growth. We’ve seen some wonderful pediatricians here but most ended up leaving. Very long wait times on the phone, hard to get in touch with your actual office as they send you to a call center and 2 day waits just for simple labs for my kids. Unacceptable and we’re switching to another local office who has wonderful service. Take your business elsewhere!

The doctor is good, so are the staff members there. They seem to work so very hard. But certainly not the ARC system. It takes forever to get across to anyone, leave alone a nurse. Please can you do something to offer a better service for us please?Dont take it as a complaint, but as a strong suggestion from the patients. Thanks.

Went to lab for testing. Lab receptionists were rude. First, Lab receptionist asked me to fill out a form. As I did so, her colleague peppered her with questions about me, my insurance, my last doctor visit without ever talking to me. When I asked her to address me directly, she apparently got resentful of my request. Next thing I know, the same woman same literally screamed my name across the waiting room about the type of testing being done on me for everyone to hear. I guess she was attempting to embarass me. She picked the wrong one today. I addressed her rudeness by asking pointedly if she would care to use the PA system because not everyone heard her. 😂

I have gone to this ARC cedar park two years now. Both years the doctor cannot order the annual blood tests properly, and had to go draw blood twice to get it right. I think these doctors need to slow down some and attend to the patients need properly. This visit 2 weeks ago, I had to wait over an hour from my appointment time. That is no excuse. There is no need for an appointment if we had to wait so long anyway.. Urgent improvements need to be made in this area.

The Doctor’s are good. The sad part is the staff doesn’t get the support they need. The doctors, nurse practitioners, assistants, techs, etc. have all been short staffed & it’s resulted in crummy services. You can wait on the phone over 35 mins & still not have anyone answer. Another time we waited 47mins before someone picked up. It’s a joke. What has happened to service

Horrible! I had an appointment scheduled with Dr Khunti in April, they called me to reschedule as the incorrect appointment had been scheduled, new patient vs a physical. Ok that happens, I was rescheduled for July 23. Well they called me today to reschedule the appointment on the 23 as Dr Khunti will not be available and doesn’t have availability until October. They offered me something on the 16th at a different location with a different doctor. No thank you. I am also in the medical field and I can’t take time off at the last minute, it has to be scheduled well in advance.

I went to ARC today to see Dr. Eric Hughes for some cold/ allergy symptoms I had been experiencing. The beginning of the appointment was great! We were talking about my symptoms and the medicine he was going to prescribe me with (I thought the appointment was over at that point) - mind you I had already been asked the typical COVID questions when checking in and none applied to me. Then he proceeded to ask me about vaccinations, etc. I told him I had not gotten it yet due to reports of people getting sick/ dying and the fact that it isn’t FDA approved yet. I simply want facts and not opinion. He told me that my apprehension was valid and that I was correct in the fact that it is NOT FDA approved. He then got personal about the situation and told me that he thinks I have covid and I need to get a covid test, I told him I would take one but not the one that goes up my nose. He said that I “have” to take that one. The room was silent for a minute and then he proceeded to say “You know because I have to meet my quota for the W.H.O. and putting chips into people or else they fly their little black helicopters over my house.” — joking or not, that was the most unprofessional, uncomfortable, disrespectful experience I have ever had. I thought doctors were there to inform you so you can make an educated decision when it comes to YOUR body? Not belittle you and get mad when your curiosity doesn’t line up with their “facts/opinion”. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!

It really feels as though some really ignorant and outdated points of view are being brought to the forefront. Its so completely unacceptable for workers in a medical field to act this way; This should be a safe place to discuss your unique medical situation, but clearly its not.I wont be going back again.

They told me to have a seat though. This took forever just to get something that should’ve been maybe a minute or less. Meanwhile my child is screaming & crying while a creepy old lady kept getting so close to us, staring at us, even walking past us constantly the entire time. Nobody did anything about this either. We were completely ignored after being told to have a seat. They didn’t even try to get a hold of my doctor. I ask her to stop, slow down and explain the results because I would like to write them down. She seems irritated. She does slow down and let me take some notes. The nurse for Dr. Khunti was super friendly and sweet. Dr. Khunti herself was amazing. I have been to this clinic for the past two years. It has gotten better, but you must be proactive about your health. Not like the old days. I am 71. I know about the old days. You can not just have blind belief in the medical community. You get what you are proactive about. The calling and contact portion of this clinic is still in need of something. Privacy laws impeed a great deal of that. Its like calling the main Medicare office. You will NEVER get the same person you taked to in great length the first time. So on the follow up call, each person must hear what was said the first time you called. Just to get to the next level. Frustrating. Emails are just part of your care now with your local health care provider. Telephone calls are not your first line of communication. ie The old days way. It is so plesant to have your doctor call you personally. It would be a better sytem if there was actually a caller ID attached to whatever they are using to call you with. ie The ARC Cinic. Robo callers are rampant. Many will not answer a call from an unknown caller. ARC, Cedar Park, your main health providers are doing a better job. Your front line of phone people, not so much. Probably the system they follow. There is a reason you have fewer stars at Cedar Park, than the other clincs.

She takes time to listen to my concerns even when they are different than the reason I came into the clinic in the first place. I have no problem getting appropriate referrals to specialists. My experience overall with family practice and pediatrics has been great. Occasionally in after-hours I have a doctor that I dont click with, but that is the reason you find a primary care physician who suits your personality. The phlebotomist was ever so gentle with my son as he got his blood drawn. So on Dec 1, 2018, I receive a letter from ARC stating that I am due in Feb 2019 for my well-woman visit. Around the same time, the last doctor I saw left the system and no one had taken over his files or had bothered to order bloodwork for my thyroid meds. As a teacher, I try to schedule all of my appointments during summer, so I scheduled these for July. Then the fun begins. I get an email from the office staff telling me that I’m trying to schedule the appointment to early. After several emails of my trying to explain that according to THEIR notifications I am well beyond past due, the only place I got was that I would have to set up two different appointments within a month of each other for these things.Um no. Scam much? The nurse - Veronica - called to get more information. She didn’t apologize for the confusion but instead treated ME as though I was the one confused. I’m not at all confused. I told her I would not pay for two different appointments when they’re the ones dropping the ball. Her response: ”Ma’am, before you get all excited.” Absolutely unprofessional. I had to hang up on her so I wouldn’t lose my cool over the phone.Too late. Way too late. I’m am far beyond excited. They either have a broken system or they’re trying to scam people. And while I’m at it: why on EARTH are their regular hour doctor visits - just the office visit charge with nothing else - more expensive than their after hours?Furthermore, my husband was prescribed a steroid for nasal congestion that caused irreparable nerve damage (as per a specialist he saw) by a Cedar Park ARC doctor. Though this happened a while back, it is still worth mentioning.

Minus three stars for their nurses and customer service/billing department- neither are warm or friendly... almost robotic and overworked. Since nurses are a big deal for kids, if they suck, your kid is not going to like the doctors office. And since customer service is a big deal when you are dealing with billing issues and making appts, it leaves a bad taste in your mouth when it takes forever to get someone on the line or you’re transferred back and forth.

I was prescribed a nasal spray despite the fact that my lungs feel like theyre on fire and my cough is started to get pretty bad (mind you today is the first day ive even had symptoms). I understand that Im on the early side of illness but to tell me try this nasal spray, youll be real contagious in a few days though, good luck! is beyond how Id prefer to be treated. To the big wigs at ARC, your reviews have a bimodal distribution (see Im pretty intelligent as well! She wasted my 1 hour explaining nothing but rude answers.Incident #2: I changed my physician from Cedar park family medicine to ARC for lesser commute. For the first time, I visited Dr. Ferrero for a wellness checkup. I felt the checkup was very superficial compared to Dr at Cedar park family medicine and the fun part is Dr marked it as Diagnosis office visit when it was just a wellness checkup and again charged $$This time, I enquired customer service phone(instead of incident #1 office accounting person - due to her rude behavior) about $$. I was pretty shocked, when the accounting CS rep, didnt even let me speak and directly said that nothing could be changed.Dear ARC,If you are reading this- being in service sector, its high time to change the account reps both at Cedar park and customer service. The rude behavior is intolerable at any instance. As a patient, I need to know each and every details not only on diagnosis, but also on billing, since YOU DONT TREAT PATIENTS FOR FREE!!

Answers to messages, questions and Rx refills are not done in a timely manner. If electronic communication is mandated as perferred to calling. The ball is getting dropped on the clinics side. I have more than one complaint to list, but I see no point other than social media will blister this place, as you can read. 2 days ago I put in for a Rx refill for a daily med. The ARC chart said it was done. Nope. Then on the 3rd day, today it said the clinic handled it yesterday and it did not fully go thru I questioned exactly what does that mean? Was there an electonic, problem? Did some one mumble? or was the Rx handled by a Philippine call center? No response. Good luck folks.

She works with ARC and our son’s pediatrician is in the same Cedar Park office so we figured it would be convenient. My wife had a serious concern which seemed to be dismissed by Khunti but in the end my wife filled out medical records release forms so that Khunti could make a better decision as to the direction she would have to take with my wife’s care.A week passed by and no contact from the DO or her staff. I call them and they are unaware of the medical records release form or that there was even a need for one. Another week and I get the same story when I call. My wife, rightfully upset at this point, decides to go back to her old Dr despite the distance. The concern was confirmed, test after test ordered and performed. Now we are seeing a specialist and had we been waiting on Khunti we would still be twiddling our thumbs because all the way up until now, we have not had any communication from her or her staff. I sent her a message over a week ago complaining about the stress load that I am dealing with and asking for help. Its like speaking to a brick wall. No response, that is, until now. Today I call and complain about the situation to a clinic manager and, by some miraculous quack magic, suddenly the DO responds to my message (the one I sent over a week ago). Ms. Khunti, have you ever heard the phrase Too little, too late? Try treating your current and future patients better than this, they deserve it!

Arrived 10 min before my appointment at 10 AM. Did not get called until 1040. Almost 1 hour wait time before even being called back to see a doctor is unaccpectable. ARC Cedar park, you to rethink the scheduling. I know that delays happen but waiting almost 1 hour before you are even taken back to an exam room is poor service. My family and I will be looking for another place to get our health related needs.

My visit to ARC at Cedar Park was not positive. My 3 year old was showing Flu like symptoms (very tired, fever, cough ) and we took her to see Dr. Charuben C. Pandya MD. After checking our daughter the Dr. expressed that it did appear to be fly like and gave her a flu test culture. I of course was worried that if it was flu how can we best protect the rest of the family (husband, myself and other two children) from contracting it. So I asked her how to protect the rest of the family. Her answer surprised me: and I quote you have to talk to your doctor about it. I responded asking should we all take tamiflu; will it help us not to get it? and she said again you have to talk to your doctor about it. Her curtness surprised me and lack of helpfulness. I guess it was way to all businessy for me.

Dr Poage is just collecting a paycheck and does not care about his patients. Rest and take pain meds! What a uncaring jerk, thats what we did before coming to see you!!! Only went because no improvement and pain had increased. Do Not Go to this clinic, I get better care at the after hours at Far West!!!

Dr. Alison Ziari is absolutely amazing!!! We met her at the after hours client in Round Rock. I have been with ARC for 11 years. My 12 year old has been treated by his pediatrician at ARC for back pain for over a year maybe even 2 years (wont mention her name). Anyway...she has been telling us that it was muscular and one time even growing pains. So with that being said...we have paid a ton of money with our high deductible insurance and money out the window for physical therapy that he never needed. MONEY WASTED!!! Dr. Ziari knew right of way that something is not right. She ran several tests and sent us for an ultrasound first thing the next day. We then found out that one of his kidneys was not functioning correctly and within 2 weeks he was at Dell Childrens Hospital having surgery. Dr. Ziari personally called me within 2 days of visiting her on that Thursday night to check in with my sons condition. I wish she practiced in Round Rock. She is one of not many doctors that treat you like a real patient and not just like another number. THANKS AGAIN Dr. Ziari!!!!

I needed a Biometric screening which is only my blood pressure, total cholesterol, and height and weight. The first time I went in the lady and the counter looked at me like was dumb and kept asking me what I needed. The following day I called and the lady who answered my call was so rude and said no one would do that and that I needed to schedule an appointment. She wouldnt even transfer my call to the family practice center! Needless to say I will not be visiting this place anymore!

As a lifelong asthmatic I should be able to get my medication prescription filled without be forced breathing diagnostics and exams for every refill. A single yearly exam should be sufficient.

If there was a no star rating, that is what I would give. I took my 15 yr old, that is on the autism spectrum, he also has had a traumatic brain injury, to Dr. Eric Hughes....he told my child he had I dont feel good I want to lay in bed syndrome...so unprofessional...really upset me....totally unacceptable. We will never go back there. :( Dr. Hughes obviously didnt look at his chart to see he was dealing with a special needs child....now he will be dealing with the mother of the special needs child!

Not happy after today’s visit... showed for an appointment with 2 children in tow to say sorry you aren’t on the schedule but we do see where you cancelled your Monday appointment but they didn’t seem to schedule another one! Really I find that ironic but you can take off work one day next week to come back!
