Dr. Basa is great, I trust her information and the staff is great. The only minus is the wait time. My appointment was at 9:00am, the doctor did not come in until 9:45am. I know clients that came in after I arrived were seen before me. My time is just as valuable as anyone else

I had the BioTe pellet insertion today. I was worried it would hurt but it didn’t at all. Dr. Basa spent time with me prior to the procedure and made sure I understood all my lab results. She is so great!!!! Can’t say enough good things about her.
