Procedure was fine but never received a pre-op or post-op call to follow up on how I was doing. And trying to schedule a post-op visit was quite the chore. Had to call several times without reaching anyone that could help and sat on hold for more than 10mins.

I was very pleased with Dr. Christopher Bailey. He took ample time to explain the procedure, gave me a detailed walk-through of what it would entail, and provided much-needed reassuring as I was quite nervous. Everything went according to plan the day of my procedure. Many thanks to Dr. Bailey, his office, and the entire team at Surgicare of South Austin!

First visit, really liked him, and Im very critical of doctors and their motives. He was personable, straightforward, seemed honest and his comments made logical sense to me. Will see him again if needed. Thank you!
