Very nice dermatology office. They treat our entire family. Office staff is welcoming and very professional. I love Dr Hart and Dr C. Always happy with my visits here from minor skin irritations to bigger things like basal cell and squamous cell removal. They also have the latest cosmetic procedures available.

I recently had an annual skin cancer screening done at the Round Rock location, at which time an abnormal mole on my ear was discovered. The staff made plans to excise this mole. They stated because of its location, they couldnt do it there and would have to send me to Cedar Park location. So they scheduled me to go to Cedar Park and a few weeks later off I went to Cedar Park location. I was pretty surprised when the doc came in and said they were going to do stitches to excise the mole but agreed, since the mole had to come off and go to a biopsy. I was shocked when I received a bill for over $500 in the mail for this service over a month later. This office was not upfront about the services they were going to render, and frankly I think they knew what they were doing because this is their specialty, they excise stuff day in and day out and deal with health insurance companies on the regular. I have health insurance but this procedure was billed as a surgery so as you can imagine, its quite costly. The whole thing makes me never want to get a skin cancer screening again, as I doubt the validity of what the dermatologists are doing and the medical necessity of that mole having to come off. Im lucky the insurance paid for any of it. Any suggestions on an honest dermatologist office would be appreciated.

Used to come to the Round Rock location all of the time, saw Dr Fridlington who was wonderful. Came to the Cedar Park location about 3 weeks ago for Dysport. I normally pay no more than $350, but my initial quote was just over $500. Fine, its an upscale med spa/dermatology office, which I understand, which means Im going to pay more. Being somebody who knows my own body, I told my provider that I would need a little extra above my eyebrows since the muscles are pretty strong there. After a week, I was smooth everywhere but above each eyebrow. A week later, I called to make a touch up appointment, and they got me in. My provider was hesitant to put more in my forehead, but I assured her I would be fine as this always happens to me. This time, she put botox there, because she was worried the Dysport would move around too much. When I left....they charged me! For a touch-up. I have had my Dysport done at a few different places, and because of this issue with my eyebrows, have had to have a few more units put in a week or two later. This place charged me- fine. Here we are now, two weeks later, and I still have a significant amount of movement above both eyebrows. I will not be returning to this place for Dysport again.

Nice, clean office. Everyone was super friendly. I saw a PA by the name of Eden. I had a mole removed for a biopsy. Not only did she butcher my arm, I was told “you’ll have these stitches for 2 weeks” and “we we will call you if the results are abnormal, otherwise we will upload the results in your patient portal”. I was given my after care sheet and sent on my way. No mention of needing to schedule a follow up for removing the stitches. I assumed they were dissolvable, as my last ones were (different practice removed that mole). 3 weeks later, I found out they are not dissolvable by my primary care physician. I called the office to confirm if I needed to come in and no one has me back. So- I removed them myself.

My one word description is “Comfort”.From the moment you arrive, you will feel relaxed and at home in this calm soothing professional environment.Naturally, the doctors are competent and friendly. They help you make good health decisions. The staff also is professional courteous and helpful! Especially medical assistant Brittaney and Dr. Chodkiewicz!Still, I am most impressed by the understated luxury and dignity of my surroundings. It’s almost like being in a museum, that is dedicated to showing the best possible You!

If you actually have a skin situation that needs to be addressed fairly quickly (like within a week) forget using Westlake Dermatology. They are more interested in booking cosmetic appointments than actually meeting current patience that have immediate issues that need to be addressed.

I am 78 and have been going to Dermatologists for over 50 years.Too much sun in my younger days and I am paying for it now. Dr.Hart is excellent. Ive never had to wait very long for her to see me.She is always cheerful and enjoyable to talk to. She is very professionaland does a thorough exam each time I see her. My wife also goes to her and she feels the same way.

My fist appointment with Westlake Dermatology was very professional. The appointment was timely. The waiting time for the exam was minimal and the staff was cordially pleasant. The examination was thorough and to the point. I highly recommend this group to anyone seeking a good Dermatologist.

I absolutely love the Cedar Park Westlake. My husband and I went in for a skin Cancer scan, I am undergoing treatment for Breast Cancer and was feeling low energy and a little depressed. As soon as I was greeted by Lee Ann with her warm smile and kind sentiments, I started to feel much better!Dr. Hart is wonderful! She is one of my many doctors that brings me joy! She is kind, caring and patient. My scan was clear except for two spots she wants to keep and eye on and see me back in 6 months. She always makes the best recommendations for my skincare and elective cosmetic treatments, I decided to get some Botox and Juvederm to take advantage of the promotions they were offering and redeem some Aspire and Brilliant Distinction points. Dr. Hart always keeps me very natural looking, I am always happy with the results. I had a pep in my step after leaving the office, looking refreshed and saved a lot of money! I owe it to the team at Westlake and their wonderful products! I will never go anywhere else. Kudos to Lee Ann for always making sure I get the most bang for my buck!

She took plenty of time to ensure that all of my health needs and questions were well-met. In addition, Dr. Reed has followed up with me on two occasions. Dr Reed and the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. My visit was quick while still being thorough and informative. I went in for rosacea issues, but we ended up talking about solutions for all of my skin concerns. Dr Reed gave me great options for products and treatments that are effective and still affordable. Your front office staff were so rude to my daughter today. It was her first time going to a doctor’s office on her own. Yes she forgot to bring her mask, but she was so nervous about going to the doctor by herself, and your staff had no understanding or kindness to display. What a way to be kind. It would be a different story if she was belligerent about wearing a mask, but no, she apologized for it. After you handed her a mask, you started bombarding her with questions while her hands were full. One person asking questions and another telling her the mask was required. Hands full, anxious, and staff being mean. Seriously. I’m so disappointed after seeing all the rave reviews about how well you treat your patients, and she had to experience rudeness. I also work in healthcare, and we would never treat our patients like you did. Thank you so much for the uncaring attitude. It totally overshadowed the visit with the very nice doctor.

Westlake Dermatology provides excellent customer focus in all ways; the staff is extremely competent for medical and cosmetic services, they are welcoming and make you feel comfortable and the administrative/office processes are efficient and effective. My husband and I are both patients there and value the attention to detail they provide.

Little to no wait time. Front office was very friendly upon entry. Great precautions in place with COVID-19. Dr Hart and assistants were nice friendly and explained all the procedures before giving any treatment. The office manager, Leeanne helped me with some Elta products at checkout. I can’t wait to use them! If youre nervous or apprehensive about getting dermatological care this is the best place to go. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

After three weeks of paperwork finalized. I go to my 830 apt and I was told that my surgeons wife went into labor. Reschedule appointment for next week. Now my cancer has doubled in size and I am worried it will spread. They have known for a while that his wife is pregnant. So why didnt they plan for a backup surgeon?

Im happy with the whole experience. I was taken back a few minutes before my appointment time and the whole visit was quick. Dr. Hart listened to me and addressed all of my concerns in a compassionate way. I dont have health insurance, so they worked out a very affordable option for me. I had never been to a dermatologist before and wasnt sure what to expect, but what I got was better than what I had hoped for. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

I went to the Cedar Park location for a few mole removals. Dr. Chodkiewicz was really cool. He made me feel super comfortable and worked through the procedures with grace and ease. There was no pain. It was cool because he explained what he was doing as he went, making me feel very comfortable. That is a good thing when someone is cutting on your face. I was done in like 25 minutes and on my way. Super nice guy and his assistant was super nice as well. Would definitely recommend.

This is a very nice place and Dr. Hart was wonderful. The appointment seemed rushed and her assistant was incredibly stand-off ish. I can deal with that because although the appointment seemed to be “fit it” to a full schedule Dr. Hart was very friendly and made me feel comfortable during the exam. Leanne their office manager was also incredibly helpful and friendly when I had some concerns. They are expanding so possibly that had something to do with my slightly “off” experience but they handled it incredibly well.Just be a aware that insurance billing works a bit different with dermatologists and you will likely not get a bill upfront but ask as many questions as you need until you feel comfortable. My insurance did cover a portion and some dermatologists don’t even attempt to deal with insurance. So even though it was not super clear upfront I appreciated that they work with insurance companies.Had a mole removed with no issues or pain during the appointment. Healed well. Will likely come back for their customer service and Dr. Hart.

I’ve been a patient at the Cedar Park location for a couple of years now and I can’t say enough about how positive my experiences have been. Everyone I’ve come in contact with from Lee Ann (Office Manager) to Dr. Hart, to the greeters, to the nurses has been professional, caring, attentive, helpful, and so friendly. I’ve always had what I would call problem skin, so have been to many doctors through the years but I won’t go anywhere else now!

Great dermatologist. I decided to try them after getting frustrated with my last one, and ended up being scheduled with Dr. Hart. Shes been awesome. After getting some feedback on her about what to do next with my skin, I pre-paid for three microneedling sessions. I love the results so far (2 down, 1 to go). Their staff is SUPER friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the nurses in the back. Great at answering questions and explaining procedures. Really beautiful office, and you can shop their Kendra Scott jewelry while you wait!

I would absolutely recommend this office! I was in and out of my appointment in less than an hour despite being a new patient and needing 2 biopsies. Dr. Hart and her nurse were both very thorough and professional and did a great job of answering all of my questions. I was very impressed with the work Dr. Hubert did for me. I had an excision of a dangerous mole on my chest and was concerned about potential scarring. He assured me that by doing the 15 stitches underneath the skin it would be less noticeable and he was right. He did beautiful work and I am left with a minimal scar...I highly recommend him!

I went in for my first visit not knowing what to expect I was greeted right away! Always a plus then my paperwork was done and processed on line so I didn’t have to fill anything out in office, that was so nice.i only had to wait maybe 5 min and they came and started on me the nurse was so nice and professional and the dr cam in about 5 min later he knew what was going on with me so he got me taken care of right away it was so refreshing! I normally see Dr. Sandoval. She is an amazing doctor and kind. What we thought was a cyst was a rare form of skin cancer. In less than a week of diagnosis I was sent to Dr. Chodkiewicz. He performed Mohs procedure and it was successfully removed. He called me to check in on me the next day after he closed the incision. Westlake Dermatology will always be my number one choice for any dermatological needs. Every staff member I have met is friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. If anyone is looking for a dermatologist I would highly recommend them!

I went in to Westlake Dermotology for a MOHs surgery on my forehead. Of course, I was nervous because it was in a very noticeable place. I had a great experience with Dr. Hubert Chodkiewicz. I went to see him for lip enhancement and botox and was very nervous as it was my first time with either procedure. Dr. Hubert Chodkiewicz did a Mohs Surgery procedure for me to remove basil cell carcinoma cancer from my nose area. This is a delicate procedure and I believe Dr. Chodkiewicz did a great job. I am doing follow up visits to assure the healing and cosmetic aspect of my nose is going well. And it is looking better all of the time and most people don’t even know I have had anything done until I mention it to them. The staff at Westlake Dermatology at the Cedar Park, Texas location are friendly and helpful. In particular Kathy was helpful for scheduling the procedure and Brittany was very supportive before, during and after the procedure. I would recommend Dr. Chodkiewicz and Westlake Dermatology for your Mohs Surgical care and Dermatology needs.
