Dr. Hartmann was very pleasant, and answered all my questions and more.

Best dermatologist Ive ever had. Dr Hartmann is the kindest, most thorough, and professional doctor Ive ever had as well...and I have several specialist. I see him twice a year for the bi-annual mole patrol. Hes successfully removed several precancerous moles with no recurrence. Im now taking my son to see him as well. Great doctor, great office, friendly staff. A must if you need a dermatologist.

I never wrote a review but after meeting Dr Hermann I felt it is my duty to share my experience. I honestly expected the usual hurried specialistwho treat patients as if they are product on an assembly line. From the moment I walked into his office, I felt comfortable. He never rushed me,answered all my questions with care and listened to my concerns attentively. From start to the end of the procedure, his compassion and attentiveness remained constant. Dr Hartmann is highly competent and through out the procedure I never felt pain. His office also called me a few days later to check on my status. I highly recommend him.

Been going to Dr Hartmann for 5 years for skin checks and precancerous spot treatments. He is always professional and friendly as is his staff. He is mildly aggressive which is what I prefer in a dermatologist (remove lesion instead of watch and wait). Also, he has worked me in quickly on a few occasions when needed. For the Leander, Cedar Park, Round Rock area I would personally recommend him.

I have been seeing Dr. Hartmann for twelve years and he is one of the most attentive, professional physicians that I have met (I am 75 years old). I have had multiple skin cancers as well as other skin problems and he has treated them expertly. One of the reason that there is a two month wait should be obvious, he is that good. His patients are loyal and keep his appointment book filled. If you have an emergency situation, TELL THEM,and his appointment desk will do their best to fit you into his schedule. If you need just a routine skin scan or something not of an emergency situation, make your appointment and I think you will be more than pleased and become a regular patient.

Always a great experience. New corporate ownership sometimes a challenge but with effort things get worked out. Dr. Hartmann is very attentive, thorough and skilled. He has picked up several skin cancers and promptly treated them without issue. I would highly recommend him. Be patient and work with the new ownership and things will work out.

The wait times for your appointments are horrible. After waiting 45 minutes to see the doctor I went into the exam room where he spent a total of 3 minutes looking at my face to tell me it healed nicely and come back in 3 months. When I left I was surprised they charged me 89$ to come back to see if his work was done correctly. I fussed a little but paid it in full. Today I received another bill for 89$ from 2 other doctors, one that looked at it and one that carried it to him.. this nickle and dime you for everything is getting old. This office is another example of how bad Privatized medicine is. I will be looking for another dermatologist.

Dr Hartmann has cared with compassion and tenderness my wife who had a stroke and cant speak. He works with her until he understands what she wants and she understands what he wants. Always very very patient. Probably could have made more money playing basketball but sure glad he went into medicine.

Dr Hartmann is smart, nice, fast & thorough!I lost my left foot in a car wreck 20 years ago. My prosthetic leg causes ‘hot spots’ sometimes. (A hot spot is a wound that won’t heal.)I had a hot spot that had been plaguing me for over a year. My usual treatments weren’t working, so My wife setup an appointment for me with Dr Hartmann. After a few visits & minor ‘in office’ procedures I was all fixed up!I thoroughly endorse Dr Hartmann!

After going to the wrong clinic the first time. We found Dr. Hartmann and feel he saved my husbands life by finding his melanoma. We could not feel more pleased with his entire staff and his professionalism.

My husband and I have both been patients of Dr. Hartmanns for at least 10, probably more like 14 years. He is very professional and the entire staff is pleasant and helpful and caring. We would strongly recommend him.

My wife and I have been treated by Dr. Hartman for the past fifteen years. He has always been attentive, timely and professional. We are both about 70 and have had numerous skin cancers treated. He has removed them with freezing precancerous lesions and surgically removing cancerous lesions. We are very pleased with his service.

I was there in July,,for removal of a cyst like thing,,I really questioned the people at the front desk,,making sure,,the people I would see,,could do the procedure,,when I met the P.A.attending to me,,he wanted to refer me out to the doctor they usually does these cases ,,because there was no guarantee,,of this thing not growing back...I accepted these terms,,,and he removed the growth,,,I thought the whole thing was an office visit,,,but no....it was surgery...the girl at their bill dept..tried to explain,,but clearly,,she was not well trained,,to explain...I noted this very quickly...in my 30yrs in health care,,we knew not to treat people so poorly...and I see this all the time...and to my surprise,,,I get a bill for an addl $125....Walt T.

I love Dr Hartman- he has always taken care of my medical needwhen Ive made an appointment--- he is very efficient and a no-nonsense kind of a guy...!!!! - I would recommend him to any of my family members...!!!!!!!

Will not recommend them to anyone. I was having two cysts removed as a cash patient and was told the price of $1650 for both. I pre-paid in advance and now I receive a bill that an additional $200 something more owed. What a joke!!! No one like a surprise bill when you think you have it all paid!!! Way to nickel and dime people...Will never go back or send anyone there!!!

Called to make an appointment but they said that it would take 2 months to get in to see a doctor. So if you have a skin condition that is bothering you, they want you to live with it for 2 months and hope it does not spread or potentially kill you like cancer could before the doctor will get you in for a visit. Not a doctor you should go to if you want to be able to actual have them available for you in a medical emergency!!!

I had an appointment at 1:15 even the card had it, I also put it in my phone. When I got there they said it was at 11:15... Even when they called they said 1:15, so when I get there they said they dont do those procedures after lunch, they were sorry and would I like to reschedule! Thanks to the office staffs incompetence I had to leave early and lose a day of work which costs me about $500.They are very dumb and would not recommend to anyone ever!
