Absolutely love Vitalogy Skincare. I usually see Trisha and she is fabulous. Answers all my questions. The staff is so friendly and always accommodates me. Very clean and follows all covid safety protocols..

The wait was short and the staff were personable and knowledgeable. They patiently answered my questions. That made the the visit almost enjoyable.(COVID, ugh!!!)

If I could give this practice zero stars I would. Let me start by saying after spending my time and money, Dr. Jones and his staff lost my sample and it never went to the lab. After being rushed through my initial appointment by Dr. Jones and his NP, I was prescribed a medication I ended up being allergic to. This was after making an assumption as to what my skin irritation could have been. After making a second appointment, Kim, who is extremely sarcastic and rude, scheduled me at a different location -- meaning, I was having an active allergic reaction in addition to my initial reason of visit, only to not have the Dr. available to see me because of Kims negligence in booking. A week passes and I do not hear any updates regarding my test results. After calling multiple times (FYI: you will always be sent to a call center first and they never know whats going on enough to help) I got in touch with a new department who would be able to give me the results of my lab test. Erin, the only helpful person I was able to speak with, told me the Dr. wanted me to come in and was being pretty vague about why. When I persisted to ask what the point is in coming in without a result from the lab, she then notified me that they lost my sample and the doctor wanted me to come back to take another. After I declined (because why would I come back to an office that was negligent throughout the entire experience) she told me to come back as soon as the problem persists. NO! ABSOLUTELY NOT. There are at least 3 other dermatologists in a 5 mile radius in Cedar Park that would not rush through my appointment, to incorrectly prescribe medication, lose my test result and have me come back to pay you again, for what?! Save your time, sanity, health and money -- DO NOT GO HERE. Also, they will charge you $35 every time you cancel, even if the cancellation was due to their own booking mistakes. How are they even in business?!

Minimum wait time, always smiling and helpful staff. Ms Tricia Winters, PA-C performs one of the best full body exams I have ever had. She has your best interest at heart and take it very serious. EXCELLENT in everything she does - Thank You

The bill I received was for nearly twice the amount the billing department had quoted me for. When I called the billing department to discuss this, they explained that they wouldnt have given out a quote initially (which they in fact did). The treatment itself was around $105 and on top of that there was a $137 non descript new patient/office visit fee. Ive received the same treatment at my last out of area dermatologist and the cost never exceeded $120 yet for the same treatment at Vitalogoy I was charged $243. I feel very mislead and deceived by this office and am disappointed they would charge someone doing self pay this exorbitant amount for a fairly routine and simple treatment.

I have been coming to Vitalogy Skin Care for years. I’ve had various skin issues and the doctors have taken excellent care of me. My daughter and grandsons also come to Vitalogy.

The office was appropriately set up for the pandemic, and offered a nice option of online completion of paperwork prior to arrival.The wait was 45 minutes - the only reason they lost a star.Dr. Jones and his assistant were calm, efficient, and personable, making me feel welcomed and calm. Treatment was brief and directed.Overall, it was a good experience.

I would give COVID precautions 10 stars! With this being my first doctors appointment since the pandemic.. I was a little hesitant of attending. However my nerves were cleared as soon as I walked in. Was greeted by the sweetest young lady at the front desk, who took my temperature and had me checked in within seconds. No less than 3 minutes later, the lovely nurse took me back to my room and quickly saw my doctor. She was very thorough and answered all of my questions as usual. After checking out, I stopped by the spa and spoke with another lady I believe was the esthetician whom was so kind to answer my (very naive) questions!I highly recommend coming to Vitalogy. I got an appointment within days of calling, Tricia Winters was very nice, personable and understanding of my concerns. I was seen within 10 minutes of my arrival. She was very thorough and explained things well. She gave me a prescription for what I needed from a pharmacy that I now LOVE. The cost was a fraction of what I was expecting and it was sent to my house. My son had also been here for mole removal and it was a great experience as well.

Dr Jones was very nice and listened well and was very helpful.

Quick and thorough yearly exam while still slowing down to ask if I had any questions and answer them. Did not leave me waiting in the lobby or exam room for a long time. All staff very professional.

Staff is wonderful. There was basically no wait time and everyone was super friendly and helpful. The only reason I didnt leave 5 stars is that the front office staff forgot to tell me that they would automatically bill my card on file for my deductible. That caused a concern (for a few minutes) about a fraud charge on my card. Otherwise I really do love this place and everyone here.

Laini is always so wonderful. She has great bedside manners and pays attention to details.

My husband and I both see Dr Chris Jones. We trust him with our skin care. Do not understand why when husband and I both had an appt that we couldnt be in same room. Doesnt make any sense. But otherwise like the practice.

I see Tricia Winters- she and her nurse are awesome! Have seen her for years- she is always informative, on time and very knowledgeable. The front office staff a the CP location are easy to work with as well. However, calling in to get an appointment is always a hassle- - they are abrupt, bordering on rude, and if I hadnt already seen Tricia elsewhere I probably would not have scheduled with Vitalogy for that reason.

For my first facial in 75 years it was great. She talked me through the procedure and made it pleasant for me.

Great a no touch visit. I, completed forms online, was able to sit in my car until ready for me, nurse met me at door to take by no touch my temp, then directly into exam room. Saw Dr Jones who saw me. Afterward, someone directed me out, offered hand sanitizer and then opened the door for me. A no touch visit with no other patients. They clearly protected my health and theirs too. A great experience.

This is such a nice office. Everyone is so friendly and professional. You don’t always feel comfortable when you’re having your whole body checked for moles. They put me at ease and assured me all they see are moles. I believed them. I finally found a dermatologist I feel comfortable going to!!

The wait was a little over an hour from apt time until we saw the doctor. After waiting an hour to see the doctor he was in the room with us for not even 5 min- the doctor came in and said “I hear we have a case of...(diagnosis)”, he had the idea of diagnosis before even setting eyes on my son or my son’s issue with his hands. He never even examined his hands... he sat in a chair on the other side of the room never taking a closer look at the reason we were there. Gave us prescriptions and left- definitely following up with another provider that will give the attention and care needed for this major concern of ours.

Dr. Jones is fantastic. However; his up front office staff cant seem to manage his appointments correctly. I had an 8:20 appointment at 8:40 I asked when i was going in. The staff said there were two patients ahead of me. his 8:00 patients were late getting there. Instead of keeping my schedule appointment I was left to wait. I decided to re-schedule

Good location for me and have been going for many years...I am not thrilled at the wait time for your appointment. It might be me but, if you have a 8;15 appointment...but then dont get into a room till 8;45 ...that is a problem.I am a business owner myself, time is money!

I originally booked for Pflugerville location but the doctor who was supposed to see me got sick. Vitalogy contacted me right away to inform me and assisted in re-scheduling for another day. The only location available and was able to see me before the holidays was Cedar Park location. Not close to me but staff were kind and friendly. Tricia Winters was great and took care of my concerns! Will be coming back for sure!

Chris Jones is the best doctor Ive been treated by. Ive been treated by 3 different dermatologist in the past and Ive usually had not so good treatment with the feeling that they didnt really care. This is totally not the case here - Chris Jones definitely cares about my skin problems and has effectively cleared up my acne. The fax number for referrals does not work, as my primary care provider could not send a referral fax for 60 days. Still the Staff at Vitology is five star.

This was my first time going to a dermatologist and I was pretty nervous. I had four biopsies and didnt know what to expect. From the woman at the front desk, to the nurse, to the Dr, everyone was so sweet and helpful. I felt at ease as much as I could and was very pleased to not be in pain. I am nearly a week into healing and the areas do not hurt. Cant wait to see the end result and would definitely recommend this place. :)

Saw Tricia for annual exam. She and her recording assistant (Sorry, I dont recall her name) were courteous and efficient. Exam took just a few minutes, incuding cryo-treatment of a number of small areas of potential concern. Very professional and thorough skin check. Easily understood explanations of findings.
