This place is TERRIBLE! I gave them three chances to correct themselves, and they don’t care about you at all. Please look for another doctor.On my first visit the nurse assistant said she will call me back in regards to my medication, but she did not.Their second chances to correct them self was 10 days ago when Walgreen called me stating that my refill is out. I left a voicemail , but no one left me a voicemail or call me back.Their 3rd and final chance to correct themselves was on October 22, 21 and again no one pick up the phone and no one left me a voicemail in regards to my issue. I have not taken my medication nor has the doctor given me a refill.No one is concerned about my issues, my medication refill , or me as a patient . Why should I see a doctor or their clinic , if this is their attitude?

One of the best experiences Ive had in a long time at a doctor appointment. Found them online and scheduling was quick and easy. Service was incredible.

I have a condition which has some very serious skin issues with it. Dr. Peckham.and the staff were professional and courteous. They provided very good medical treatment and I am thankful for their care.

The dermatology service was great.The reason I’m giving the place 3 starts is for a misleading information I got in regards to the cost. I called them before coming in and provided my insurance info asking how much is gonna be my visit. The answer I got is 95. Then I showed up and while paying I asked: is that all I have to pay? The answer was again: yes do not worry the rest will be covered. Surprise surprise I get a bill to pay more because the insurance did not cover that. My point is - do not mislead people by saying that is all you have to pay. Just say that you might get an extra charge based on what insurance will cover… is that so hard to be honest and not share the wrong info?

Dermatologist are good and receptionist is excellent, but there is ALWAYS a LONG wait in the lobby, even when the lobby was empty like it was yesterday when I went. I thought for once, Id get right in, but nope!Every time Ive gone, I wait at least 45 minutes in the lobby and they never have after school appointments available, so you have to check your kid out from school, wait in the lobby, then see the doctor, the kids will be out from school about 2 hrs!

Amanda was fantastic! She was very thorough with her exam and easy to talk with. I didnt get an appointment reminder at all, so I tried to call and verify if I actually had an appointment. Three phone calls, 2 messages left did not result in being able to speak with anyone regarding whether I actually had an appointment. I just showed up and did indeed have an appointment and was seen fairly promptly. Front desk person was a little off-putting. I sensed the same reaction with others who came in after me.

This was my first visit. I had a late afternoon appointment and yet they called me in right on time. I was expecting a long wait. Both the nurse assistant and Aubrey were professional, courteous and efficient. Very pleasant to interact with. The other office personnel I dealt with were also pleasant and helpful. Great experience.

I have been seeing Dr Hartmann for years. I have always been pleased with the care he provided. I have never had to wait long during visits but this one was exceptionally fast. It’s always good to get in and out quickly.

I have been a patient at US Dermatology since 2018. Dr. Peckham and the girls at US dermatology are always such great help! He’s very thorough in his examinations and also very friendly. I truly appreciate the care and passion that both the entire staff, from check in to MAs to doctors to check out, have for patient care.

Entire staff was so kind with my 21 month old. It’s so stressful to take a little one to the doctor, and they had us in and out with as little stress as possible. Plus, she didn’t cry at all because of how comfortable they made her feel.

Dr. Dorsey and the staff were great! The staff was very friendly and accommodating in a busy environment. The office facilities are very nice. Dr. Dorsey explained everything she was doing and has a great bedside manner. It was a great experience overall.

Waiting room was correctly masked and distanced. The staff directed traffic through the building to minimize contact with other patients. I appreciate health care workers who really do understand the need to protect my overall health, not just my skin.

First class experience at this office!! This was my first time here and I couldnt believe how efficient it ran, and how friendly and cordial EVERYONE was. Lots of people checking in, but I saw Dr Peckham at exactly my appointment time, never felt rushed, and he and his nurse made sure I had all my questions answered before leaving. Dr Peckham was very thorough as this was a yearly check up and he was a new physician for me. From the time I walked in the door until the time I left every employee was attentive. Would highly recommend!!

Dr Hartman has been my dermatologist for years. He is a great doctor and answers all questions I have for him. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend.

I was in and out in about 30 minutes from my appointment time and I had a punch biopsy, which was not planned. Thank you

Very positive and knowledgeable. I was treated with kindness and great care. I was very nervous but calmed down with the way they talked to me and explained what to expect. I recommend Dr Dorsey and her staff for Mohs surgery. They are too notch!!!

Disappointing new patient experience with Dr. Johnson! Wasnt sure what to expect, but I was neutral. Firstly, they made me wait for an hour (after check-in), before they called me in. After the nurse checked-in, I waited for another hour till the doctor finally came in. She seemed to be in rush, didnt let me finish my problem fully. She was quick to jump in and suggest medications - apparently, her prescriptions are strong and not recommended if I am trying to get pregnant. That worried me about whats going into the medication (irrespective of me getting pregnant or not). I tried to initiate a discussion about it, but it wasnt encouraged. I was asked to choose between three of her prescriptions.. I went for the (apparently) gentler one. I asked her if she can examine a couple of moles, and I was told to bring up the topic in my follow up visit. She spent a total of 5-7 minutes overall in the room. Couple of weeks later, I received a bill for $156 (after insurance).Also, a few days later, I get a mail asking to confirm if Dr.Johnson tried every other means before prescribing me this medication - to me this implies, that 1) its either not safe or 2) its expensive. I cancelled all my further appointments and am not going back.

The highest level of care from the highest quality of providers. Everyone I cam into contact with was extremely professional and knowledgeable. 5/5 Stars!

Dr. Peckham is always efficient and direct, but patiently answers any questions I may have. He also has a great memory and remembers me even though I havent seen him in a few years!!! I love the new location as well!

US Dermatology Parters Cedar Park is wonderful. From the easy and personable check in, the prep time (Sydney is awesom) and annual check was easy, professional and personable. They listen and are very attentive to making sure the skin is healthy. They dont force any products on you, but its nice that you can buy what you need at checkout.

Dr Hartmann has been my dermatologist for about 18 yrs. He is consistently calm & focused on the patient. Although he is very busy, he doesnt make me feel rushed. I appreciate his consistency. As with so many good specialists, it isnt easy to get an appointment within a month.

Anything to do with skin I go to U.S Dermatology. They are great! My son had very bad acne and they took care of us. We’ve seen Josh Embry mostly and he’s very good. We’ve also seen Dr Hartman there on several occasions and he’s also very good. They are timely, helpful and friendly. Reception staff are also very nice. All over a good experience over several years of seeing them.

The nurse, Mary Kay, was friendly and efficient without rushing through. She asked questions, listened attentively, and prepared me for the exam with options. Dr. Peckham was respectfully thorough in his exam. He was very knowledgeable, was caring, and took the time to answer all of my questions and educate me. My appointment was on time and after the Nurse checked me into the room Dr. Hartmann entered very soon thereafter. He did a good review of my former treatment areas and found one spot on my left arm that took a biopsy of and then froze three spots on the back of my head that were initially treated on my previous visit. They will follow-up with me when the biopsy analysis results are available and I am to return in 2 months for another check. Overall it was a very pleasant visit and all people there that day were wearing Masks as recommended by CDC. I would recommend the Cedar Park staff and facility of the U.S. Dermatology Partners for anyone looking for skin cancer treatment - they do great work there and provide answers to questions you may have. I have been very pleased with my treatments provided by Dr. Hartmann and his staff for the past 10 years that I have going to their offices in Cedar Park, TX.

U.S. Dermatology and Dr. Webb were a breath of fresh air. After suffering from skin issues for almost a year with no answers from my primary care doctor, Dr. Webb was able to diagnose the condition right away and put me on a treatment plan to finally get on track to actually healing. The building is clean and inviting and the staff were all super friendly and helpful.

My husband and I have both been treated by excellent doctors here. My most recent experience was with Dr. Jessica Dorsey. She performed Mohs surgery on a small spot, just under my eye. She and her assistant took excellent care of me. From the explanation of my procedure to the completion. It was done in an amazingly short time, and after an examination, of removed tissue, to determine there were no remaining cells, I was out the door in an hour.They are both friendly and reassuring and if ever necessary, again, I won’t hesitate to come back.
