Im sad to say I have never ever had to post a 1 star review in my life, however this lab is EXTREMELY unprofessional. We asked for them to wrap clasps around the distal of the posterior teeth of an acrylic flipper and they didnt follow the instructions, no biggie, we delivered the case with clasps placed between the teeth . 2 months later the patient came in for an exam and told us how unhappy he was with it due to the clasp location. I called the lab and explained what happened and I know it had been some time, and asked if they would be willing to remake it, but understood if they wouldnt. I was polite and gentle and just wanted to see if they would fix their mistake even though it had been awhile. Long story short the man I spoke to was demeaning, showed no compassion for the patient and was plain rude. He blamed us for not being clear even though it CLEARLY says please wrap around the distal of the posterior teeth AND we drew it on the script. We were looking for a new denture lab because we do a ton of dentures, this one unfortunately will not be getting our business.

There is absolutely no better Lab or restorative support for the All on X procedure than Star Dental Lab. They pride themselves on quality and it speaks for itself in the work that they provide. The true value comes from the vast knowledge that Jack has about the procedure and the ability of the lab to help out when thing inevitably happen. I wouldnt trust anyone else!

Jack Fountain and Star Dental Lab are awesome! I appreciate his knowledge and frankness about implant supported hybrid dentures most valuable. We recently worked together on a case and chose all zirconia due to limited space and whoa ! What a beautiful restoration . My patient is very pleased and I know we knocked this one out of the park.

Star DentaLLab was selected by my dentists to create a hybrid bridge and upper denture. They did a great job and are great to work with. My dentist William K Thomson is highly respected and his use of Star Dental Lab makes good sense because of their expertise.

As an Oral Surgeon, it was hard to find someone that had a great reputation I could trust to support my Doctors, and help them with our implants. Star has come through for me, and we have made the strategic decision to use Star, as Jack is considered a valued partner.

My office has used Star Dental lab for almost 4 years for our removable prosthetics, ie. dentures and partials. Jacks dentures that he fabricates are beautiful and all of my patients have been very happy with the final product. I appreciate that Jack and his team offer to come out for the first few times to guide you through the denture process to ensure that things are done correctly. They respond quickly to questions, which is very important. Jack understands the importance of esthetics but also function and occlusion, which is hands down hard to find in the lab world.

I have tried other Labs with less than desirable results, but STAR DENTAL LAB made an awesome All Zirconia Bridge for our patient, who had an Acrylic Hybrid Bridge that was made out of state, and was in terrible shape.The patient love it so much, and now we are working on her husbands smile.
