I had the best experience!First and most importantly is that everyone was extremely nice and professional. Customer service was amazing from check in, to the assistant and the doctor of course. I had not been to the dentist in a while and kept putting it off and was embarrassed because I knew I had cavities and didnt floss as much as I should have. The doctor was so friendly and kind and didnt make me feel embarrassed about it. He created a great treatment plan with me and got me back on track. I was also measured for aligners and will start my teeth straightening journey soon!! Im so grateful to have established a wonderful dentist and prioritized my dental care. I got my braces here and all of the folks here are really friendly! I’ve never had an issue with these folks and whenever there was an issue with the brackets or wire, all you had to do is drive up to Sonrisas and they will take care of it no problem. Scheduling an appointment is never an issue as well, they will do their best to work out whatever is best with you. It’s a great experience and I think it’s worth the time to go out and make an appointment.

Sonrisas Center really make dentistry special. I live almost 40 minutes away but the drive is so worth it because I know that they genuinely care about me as a patient and any concerns I have (I have a lot because I have TMJ) are explained. Everyone is so nice! Seriously the staff is amazing and you can tell they enjoy taking care of everyone (one of the staff even gave me her personal number in case I had any questions about my braces while the office was closed!). I have to hand it to Dr. Cruz and Dr. Farina for making my teeth beautiful and giving me confidence to smile more now. Im really glad I placed my trust in wonderful doctors with an amazing team and I would definitely recommend them to anyone whos looking for quality service and even better dentists. Everyone speaks Spanish too!!I know this is an already long review but I have to mention the celebration they threw me when my braces got off after 2 years. Im not kidding when I say theyre the best.

I had a few surgeries last summer that went horrible at my dental office in California. My teeth started feeling really weird and I had some questions, but was pretty scared to go back and see the office where I had the bad experience. I happened to be visiting Austin, and was recommended Dr. Cruz. He was able to see me and answer my questions and was really kind and professional! Austin isn’t where I’m located, but I’m definitely considering making visits just to have my braces done and teeth checked by him! Thank you, Dr. Cruz!

As such, scheduling and rescheduling appointments can be a bit lengthy at times. I was late to my appointment yesterday and they were able to reschedule an appointment for me following day. This may not always be standard; however, its a great reminder that Sonrisas Dental tries its best to meet customer demands.
