My son had his first time dental appointment here and it is truly a dental office for children. Dr. Trueblood and the staff were phenomenal with him. They guided him through the dental procedures and made him feel relaxed and comfortable. He also loved getting a prize from the prize machine on the way out.

Dr. Rachel was just what my 2-year old needed. She was very easy-going & helped us feel comfortable through the first visit. Most importantly for my little one, she explained what she was going to do simply, showed her the new things, and let her touch and hold some Dentist tools. The office decor is fun, the reception team friendly. All in all, a very good experience for us. My only negative point is that Google Maps doesn’t provide the best directions - but the office staff was helpful in getting us there.

I met Dr. Trueblood a few years back at another pediatric dentists office our family had used for years. My son had just had his appendix out and the intubation had chipped one of his teeth and made his recovery more miserable.I got him in to see Dr. Trueblood and she arranged her schedule to have him all fixed up and comfortable THAT DAY. She was incredibly empathetic with him and made him feel like he was the bravest, toughest kid around. She had the kind of bedside manner that every parent hopes to find in pediatric specialists. We were hooked instantly.So fast forward a couple of years and I see her name on the door at Big Top. **Record scratch** The old office never bothered to tell us she had left. They were just going to ambush my kids with a stranger, because you know, that goes over well with kids. It was a no-brainer, we booked with Big Top.Dr. Trueblood, the dentist, is amazing. Dr. Trueblood, the creative interior decorator, in Pinterest-worthy.This office is astonishing. Its clean and well lit: everything youd expect in a dentists office. But its the details of circus theme that stand out.The ceiling is draped with red and white tent fabric and little string lights. Circus-themed artwork adorns the walls. Kids pick a toy from an old time popcorn machine, and their toothbrushes and floss come in little popcorn bags. Every single detail has been perfected. Its not overwhelming, but it is perfect for distracting the littles: see that popcorn machine? You can go pick a toy from it after you let the dentist look at your teeth.Im so glad to have Dr. Trueblood in our lives and so excited for her to have her own practice. Our family has trusted her for years and couldnt recommend her more highly.

Dr. Trueblood and her staff are so great with children! They provided my daughter a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Dr. T is very friendly, thorough and you can tell she really loves her job. On top of all of that, she is an excellent dentist. I can assure you your child/children will be in safe and patient hands at Big Top Dentistry for Kids!

Dr. Trueblood was very patient and reassuring for my daughters first dentist visit! She did a great job of keeping her at ease and was incredibly nice to all of us.

Had our first appointment 10/6/20 and will continue to come to this office. Dr. Trueblood and the staff are AMAZING and super friendly. In my sons words I loved that place its so much better then the other place I used to go to. Can I keep coming here?.

Really liked this place in the beginning and will say the doctor is lovely, unfortunately the billing department is sloppy and they don’t communicate with you well at all regarding any changes. Like randomly becoming out of network. So imagine my surprise when I got a handwritten note for a printed $300 bill saying they were “pretty sure they’re in network but call the insurance and see why this is wrong and I will too”...seems counterintuitive and like it should have been verified prior to my appointment, and I should’ve at least been made aware of it at or before check in. Make sure you do your homework with your insurance yourself before every single appointment if you decide to go here!

We LOVE Big Top!! The staff is so friendly and my kids are obsessed with the circus theme. I loved that the toys for waiting children were so close to the exam tables so I could watch siblings play while still being there for my child getting the exam.Dr. Trueblood is amazing, she really gave me advice the way she would treat her own children and it made me feel so comfortable and confident even when we had a tough decision to make.The front desk staff, hygienists and assistants were so amazing. They were so kind and friendly to my kids and very outgoing. I seriously think my kids felt like they were at an indoor play place vs the dentist. The overall atmosphere is great. Highly recommend!!

Dr. Trueblood is excellent, but of my kids actually like going to the dentist there. My daughter has also had difficulty keeping her teeth and gums healthy with braces and Dr. Trueblood has helped us a lot with keeping her gums healthy.

Dr. Trueblood is a great dentist. She is very knowledgeable very good at what she does. The Front Staff has been wonderful for us every time we go in there and very friendly and helpful no matter what the issue is. If my daughter is scared about any procedure that is going to happen they are very comforting with anything they can do to help her. I love how they have seating for the parents to come back and watch and view what is going on. Its an amazing place. Highly recommend 100%

I wrote a review about front staff. Now everything is changed. They took care of it very well. Now they are keeping all precautions for COVID. Dr. Rachel is always great!!! She is treats kids well and let me know what should be next step. Front staff is very friendly and informative. When kids insurance info changed, she took care of it right away and even informed me with details. Thank you for all your great service!!!

Rachel was a fantastic dentist, and her team was amazing! They treated my daughter with care and followed up after treatment. Their staff was nice, office very clean and a very professional environment. I loved it and so did my daughter!

The staff at Big Top is amazing and Amber is a huge help with explaining needed procedures and billing. The entirety of the staff make my children feel super comfortable and not worried at all about their dental work. I cant recommend them enough!

As other reviewers have stated the office staff was very rude. I had felt they were rude the last time I went but was hoping it was a one time thing or someone was having a bad day. Apparently it was not they are just rude.Dr. Trueblood seems to be a fine dentist but really needs to find more considerate and customer friendly office staff. I dont have time to deal with rude people. Fortunately, I had already found another great family dentist that sees my older kids. He also has a great staff and so I will just take my younger 2 kids there instead.

We love this place!!! We always have fun at our appointments. The kids have had zero complaints over the past five years with two appointments a year. I consider this amazing!!! Thank you Dr. True blood, we appreciate you and your staff!!!!

We have been with Big Top for yeas now. We love how friendly and welcoming the staff is. My daughter loves this office. She is not afraid to go to the dentist with Dr. Trueblood. This is more than an office. They are very accessible. I even love how they send me text reminders. They go out of their way all the time. I would definitely recommend this office for your kids.

If I could give 10 Stars I would most definitely do so!!! I absolutely love Dr. Trueblood and her staff! They are amazing at customer service and most importantly making your munchkins feel comfortable. Comfort, I feel, is one of the most important things for children and gaining their trust is something that this office exceeds in and should take pride in. Patient care is not something that should have to be told but shown and they show it! My five year old was in pain all weekend with a cavity and they got her in first thing and took care of it, where as another dentist wanted to give her an exam the first visit and schedule out for the work. I understand this but a child in pain is priority and they made my daughter priority. Im so happy to have come across Dr. Trueblood, she is an absolute ANGEL!!!!

I cant say enough good things about this place. The atmosphere is amazing, our kids are usually super antsy, but here they were excited! They actually listened, and were blissfully distracted by the TVs. Post work they had games-- it was great!Dr Trueblood and her staff were great with the kids and spent time to make sure any questions we had were addressed. They all worked well together and were playful and attentive. Its a nice change to have someone who spends the time to work with you and treat you like a valued customer.

Dr. Trueblood is amazing with kids - She is patient and makes the whole experience fun for children and makes the dental visits as comfortable as possible. My kiddo had to get a tooth pulled out - Dr. Trueblood and her team did an outstanding job just making her feel relaxed and got it done in no time.

Love this dentist! Very easy to schedule. Dr. Trueblood is great! She catches problems early so there is minor work done if needed at all. Both my kids have had a couple of cavities forming, but she was able to take care of them without putting them under. I watched the entire procedure and the kids were not hurt at all! The office if also pretty awesome!

The doctor is good but the front office is horrible, I would not recommend this office for that reason. Had to pay $25 for appointment that was rescheduled and they marked it as no show even though it was rescheduled 48 hrs prior to the appt. And in the bill someone named Amber had written in hand threatening if we did not pay the bill in a week it would go for collection. Very bad practice, cant trust them, customer service is just horrible, do not want to take my kids there anymore.

I never actually got to meet the dentist since they scheduled my kids on a day they were closed. I wouldnt mind so much, mistakes happen, but I called a few day ahead of time to verify the time and location. They missed it twice. They were apologetic, but I chose not to follow through with them. The dentist might be great, but unfortunately I feel you are only as good as your staff.

I highly recommend this office. Dr. T is caring towards her patients. The office is beautiful and the staff is great with the kids.

Big Top Dentistry just finished my sons dental work and they were amazing, me and my wife were worried that he would be scared or freak out but they kept him entertained the whole way and he didnt cry once even with getting numbing shots. I would recommend if your looking for a great pediatric dentist in Cedar Park that knows how to keep your kids calm and do a great job then Big Top Dentistry is the way to go hands down. Thanks again you guys are amazing!!!

Dr. Trueblood is truly an amazing dentist! My son had to have 2 teeth treated for caries and he was super nervous! Dr. Trueblood sat with my son for 5 minutes and told him everything that was going to happen. After her 5 minute pep talk he was ready to go and she completed his treatment! I am thankful Dr. Trueblood helped him through his fear and saved his little teeth! Def. recd her!

He loves going to the dentist now.The entire office is designed to appeal to children and this makes it a fun place for kids to go. The dentist was okay and the office is decorated super cute in a circus theme but the front office staff was rude, there were issues with billing and they dont have a solid appointment reminder process. It wasnt worth the headache.
