Hoon (Im not sure if I am spelling her name right.) did an amazing job on my hair cut. She did exactly what I ask and whats and gave her advice when needed. Also she took me at the last minute and even waited for me on my 15minute drive up there. Since I was suppose to get my hair dyed the same day I told her not to style it and she didnt but the hair cut was so good it looked like it was styled! Love her. Sweet lady and damn good at her job. Will be seeing her again

I came in today for help with lip color and the loveliest person came to help me. I cant remember her name, but she had the best neon green nails and colored hair. Anyways, she did such a good job balancing customers, recommending products, and closing the sale. She is really an asset to the company. I definitely wasted my time in Sephora earlier today with some pretty poor customer service looking for the same thing and came away empty handed.

I had to refill on multiple staples, and Taylor helped me. YALL she was so nice, knowledgeable and patient with me. She was conscious of my budget and didn’t try to push anything on me. She literally searched the whole store and found exactly what I needed in the back. Service unmatched, best ulta experience I’ve ever had. Considering driving out of the way to start coming to this location in the future!

Debbie and Lin are so helpful and relatable. They gave me the most perfect shopping experience while I needed help finding the right makeup for my skin. And made it fun! I love shopping and meeting new friends when doing it.😁

Horrible service, manager sucked she was very rude. Cashier Estefania asked me to sign up for a credit card and mentioned I would save $100.00 if I did, I refused and said I was okay, and then the manager walked by with this side ways smart response, saying “oooh you’d save $100.00 and your pre approved” then my curiosity I asked what does Pre approved mean, she said it meant I was guaranteed to get the card and I was going to save the money, all they needed to do was submit it, well I agreed at that point, seeing as it was “guaranteed” so we go through the whole process and it says bank requires verification, and I say okay, but I’m approved so I’ll save the money, then they asked me to pay for the transaction, and I noticed I didn’t save any money, so I mentioned that why am I not getting the discount? They mentioned because the bank needs verification, and I mention they had said I was already approved and I was guaranteed going to get it. So the cashier felt she couldn’t answer all the questions and she calls over the manager at the time manager continues to tell me that there is no guarantee and that she can’t give me the discount because they can’t illegal run my credit and some other non sense that made no sense. I then mention that in that case I want to cancel the application because I don’t need my credit being run, she said that is not a problem I can call the MasterCard company and they would cancel it and no harm would be done to my credit. That was not the case I contact them and ask to cancel the application, they advise me they can not cancel it because I already submitted it and they have to respond to it. So the manager lied to me as well, and gave false information. Very upsetting customer service, she was very aggressive in her responses, I’ve been to ulta’s many times but this one was upsetting.

I’ve been coming to Ulta Beauty for a year. I wish this had 100 stars because I would use them all.Let me first say, I’m a lifetime hair salon - user. As you can see in the pictures I have a LOT of hair and finding a stylist is a challenge.It took me 6 years to find Kirby at Ulta! Finally! Someone who manages my hair- difficult hair! She has done color, hydration treatment, cut, and many blow outs!I’m so happy, versus other places I’ve been.The last place I went, they told me they needed to charge me double - meaning $90 for a blow out, because of the amount of hair I have.I had being rejected at places!So I’m so happy I found Ulta and Kirby!

I got the keratin treatment done here to help manage frizzy hair and just make it more manageable. This picture was taken after three washes. VERY VERY disappointed in the outcome, waste of time and money, and it turned my hair red. It actually looks worse than before! Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

I visited to buy a gift card and possibly buy some hair-lightning shampoo which Ive previously purchased at this location. Merchandise had been moved, sales people did not offer help. So I bought my usual Redken shampoo.

Just wanted to say thank you to the employee that helped me today! I was looking for a specific lipstick that I had lost and had no idea what the shade name was. She was super knowledgeable about the color I was describing and we found what I was pretty sure was the shade. When I got home and tried it, it was absolutely perfect! Thanks to her for helping me find my long lost favorite lipstick :)

As soon as I come inside the store to buy something 2 employees hurried up and rushed up to me and asked if I needed help. But I didn’t see any employees asked the white customers did they needed any help. As a woman of color I dont need any supervision to shop I know what I want and exactly what I came to buy. Racial discrimination needs to stop it’s disgusting!

They cancelled my brow appointment as I was pulling up to their store. They never called to check that I was coming before cancelling. Very disappointing since I was at the store when they cancelled.

Limited lash options. The tester products were all still taped shut sooooo ot was a struggle to open what I could, and mostly couldnt. The stila peoduct testers are all but non-existent. Not sure why they bothered to have testers. Much less product even out than I remember. Small selection for things like Tarte or KVD.

Personally I wouldn’t even give this location a rating better yet a negative one. Management and employees are very disrespectful. I went in to this store with my mom a few days ago immediately I had a lady who I assume was manager yell/asking me if I had a mask I told her I am medically exempt do to being a high risk pregnancy she told me “okay well I can’t refuse you service then” which I new. Then I had another girl ask who was kind to me if I had one again I told her and I got permission from management then some girl came in to either start a sift or coming back from lunch and she told me it didn’t matter if I am medically exempt or not I had to put a mask on... umm excuse me!?! I told her I get permission from management as well as my mom. Then as she walked away says oh then wow like I was the disrespectful one my mom said right back at you. But I’m sure she didn’t get in trouble by management for it. Anyway for her to tell me it does not matter when it puts my child and my life at risk then yes it does matter and honestly if I really wanted to I could get her in trouble with the American health department with the way she treated me with and I could have her find more then what she probably makes a pay check. Get your people educated so they think before they speak when it comes to medical rights. I honestly do not appreciate the disrespect that girl showed me that day telling me it did not matter... I mean I may have looked tired but I know my information and your employees better learn their’s to or they could end up really pissing someone off to the point of getting in so much trouble to where your company gets find it’s self as well. I definitely will not be going back. And it was after the mask mandate was lifted from Texas, there was not many people in the store and I stayed away from people as best as possible out of respect for the other customer. But seriously I personally would not keep a person like that as an employee with that kind of disrespect she shows customers. And don’t come at me with that well it’s our policy because policy or not the girl should have never been so rude and no one has the right to refuse a person with a medical letter stating why they can’t wear a mask for health reasons nor have the right to question it. I’m simply very disappointed in this ultras location staff when other locations have been perfectly okay and welcoming to me.

Everyone has always been very friendly to me at this Ulta. They don’t hover over you and let you shop. Only complaint is that the colour pop stock is always out of every color I want but I’m sure that’s due to high demand.

When I go into an ulta I typically know what I want or need and get out. But today I was looking for a certain product and went to dillards, sephora, and finally ulta and just had the most amazing experience with the ulta staff. Id been running around all day with a toddler and the staff here were so patient and kind compared to every store I visited that day. They are so knowledgeable and just made my day better with how great the customer service was there compared to other cedar park stores I went in. They all deserve raises. I wish I knew the names of the three different people I talked to because they deserve to know how special they made my visit there. I typically order online right now, but I will be making the trip to this ulta from now instead. Would recommend going here before visiting anywhere else for beauty and skincare needs.

They don’t have much of what I usually need. It’s quiet smaller compared to other Ultas that I’ve been too. They are usually sold out of most popular items as well.

Customer service associates could use some further support or training in customer service.

They advertise curb side pick up, but they never answered the phone. Went inside and called while I was in line and could hear the phone ringing. All the employee and manager did was stare at the phone. There was one person besides me in line. Please do not offer curbside if you are not going to pick up your phone. I was able to go inside but there are people that rely on this advertised service.

Lots of great stuff, but pretty expensive and no sales. So if youre willing to pay for it, they probably have it.

It is clean, and I can always find what I’m looking to purchase easily. I usually find something on their sale rack to purchase in addition to whatever I came there to buy, too.

I love having a good sized, well stocked Ulta with a great salon nearby! The store always looks clean & products are easy to find. Staff is both friendly and available without being pushy. The salon is generally the reason Im here. Francesca is my stylist & is a hair genius! From what Ive seen while here there are several other talented & knowledgeable stylists on staff. 100% would recommend!

I had never been to an ulta in my life today was my first time going. I went with two of my friends who were exited to go to the store for their first time aswell. Well sadly we were disapointed the moment we went in the store the workers there looked at us as if we were going to steal something. Yes we are hispanics and to be honest me and my friends felt discriminanted the maneger there kept on asking me in a rude way do you need help i told her no thankyou but she kept on following us through the store her cashier even laugh at us it was just a horrible experience.

Honestly, I had to think long and hard about this before I wrote it. I came in on Monday(Columbus day) and left right around 6:30-7:00 I had two kids with me. I was distracted because it was getting a little late, and it was storming outside. I was worried about driving them home when it was raining so hard. I paid for my first round of products with cash, and the second thing with a card. I had $80 in my hand that I left on the counter, I only remembered that I left it there after I got home. It was raining so hard that I didn’t want to get my kids back out, and risk an accident. I was counting on the store being honest, and when I called the next morning the lady I spoke with reassured me that I did not leave anything on the counter. Especially not cash. Now I believed her until I picked up my sister from school, and she asked if I went back and got the money I had left. I asked her if she was sure if I left it, and she said yes. She also said she didn’t say anything because she thought I was leaving it there on purpose. I thought about making a police report, and my husband agrees that I should. It’s not about the money, it’s more about principle and bad customer service. I hope that I am wrong, and that mine and my sisters memory is incorrect. I hope I dropped that money somewhere else, but I can’t help but feel the two employees working the front where already annoyed with me paying with two different forms, asking to order things online, and my kids being a bit rambunctious. I’m just saying, don’t leave things in this store, be careful not to drop anything because you likely will not get it back.

Very dishonest checkout policies. We were told that, to use a coupon for $3.50 off $15, the purchase total had to be exactly $15. Totally incorrect and dishonest. So, the coupon wasnt honored and we paid full price, which is unfortunate. This isnt the first time this has happened at Ulta, so in general, buyer beware. They give you the bait to get you in there and feed you the switch at the register. I gave this review two stars however, because the older lady in cosmetics was absolutely fantastic and very professional, helping my daughter become educated on the difference between types of makeup brushes. She should be commended and Ulta Corporate needs to provide clarity on their coupons.

This place can be hit or miss is in the salon Department. My daughter and I have gotten her hair done by several different people there, and I guess it just depends on if theyre having a good day or not whether you have good hair or not! I really did like the last girl April that did my hair. I also like how theyre not super pushy in the sales department. But its a bit pricey. As far as the rest of the store its clean, bright, beautiful & bumps this up to four stars! This is a pic of the hair I liked!

On the positive side, the store in Cedar Park along 183 is convenient and has products I like. On the negative side, I find myself dreading going there to shop due to the checkout experiences.All is well until I reach the register. Then the dreaded question, What is your phone number?. Personally, I just want to pay for my things without signing on for anything and divulging info. So, I nicely ask Can I skip that?. At which point, the Spanish Inquisition begins. One experience included me nicely saying Id like to skip that which led to further questions, me having to say with patience no thank you, to be followed by, Can you tell me Whyyyyy you dont want to sign up?. Really, must it reach this point? Not a very friendly experience. Todays visit included me again patiently responding with No, can we skip that? after the phone number question, with a hell-bent cashier who made a bit of a scene pelting me harshly with the advantages (the tone didnt feel advantageous), to the point of, at the third time of saying no, laying my hand down on the counter and responding in an equally serious tone, Ive heard this before - No. Im a nice person. But then theres the experience where ones good will is tested (even, extorted) for … what? Information that is truly mine to give. Its rather upsetting if not scary that customer service turns ugly when one doesnt comply to this newly molded expectation - You are not a good customer unless you follow our system. What happened to the good ole days when you wanted to buy something, you just paid for it, and it was done and no hard feelings? Im nearly 50. Ive reached a point in life recognizing a hidden agenda guilt trip/shame game and what healthy boundaries are.

I needed to get my wife a gift. I decided to explore Ulta to see what I might discover. Upon entering the store I felt a wave of confusion and discomfort wash over me. A moment later a staff member approached me to see if I needed assistance. With her help I was able to get in and out with a great gift and product. The staff is extremely helpful and happy to help.

Fine ultra that is mostly well stocked. Difficult to navigate though and the testers are often very dirty. You also wont see a sales person past the front door until youre in line to check out.

Lizzie is an amazing hair dresser she is so sweet and reccomend me a haircut based off of my liking and my face shape and it looks amazing and I love it!! If you go for a haircut ask for her!

I have given this Ulta chance after chance and yesterday was the last straw for me. This Ulta needs a once over clean sweep of their staff. It takes me a long time to find anyone to help me find what Im looking for and when I do find them, they are SO RUDE and they act like they dont want to help me at all. Theyre also rude while checking out. Im a new mom and dont usually have a whole lot of time to shop because my baby and my husband are in our vehicle waiting on me and I usually know exactly what I came to get when I get there so, its not like it would take long to point me in the right direction or show me new products that the brand offers. Get over yourselves. Ill be calling the corporate phone number on Monday about this store. I will not be returning and I have been a long time customer of Ulta. This place and their lack of good customer service ruined it for me.

It would have been nicer if the microdemerbrasion machine was working. So I had to settle for a facial which was very nice.

This Ulta store has a nice location, but they are not well stock. Employees will come once a while to ask if you need assistance, but if you do, they wont help you to find what you need. One time I asked one of the girls to find some product and she didnt returned back. Another time, another girl helped but she did reluctantly. So sad.

Most employees are nice, but low key they have attitude if you want to return or exchange something.. ie tossing a brand new expensive foundation in a bin and sighing.Dont show that your upset about someone returning something, thats yalls job and company policy. If you dont like it then work for a different company.

They are so rude here. I walked in with my toddler in a cart from next door and they told me I couldn’t come in with it and made me take it outside. Then the lady checking us out was so rude to my mom. Mary was her name and she yelled for the next guest after my mom walked out that she will take the next customer as long as they are nice. All she did was ask to split her shampoo into 2 transactions to be able to use the coupons ULTA emailed her. I will never go back to this location again. Don’t mess with my sweet momma! 😡

I want to tell everyone how Ulta rips people off. I recieved a beautiful gift, from my sister in law. She spent 83.00. ULTA WOULD ONLY GIVE ME STORE CREDIT FOR 35.OO. SO SAD! This is horrible that because I didnt get a gift recipe. They can RIP me off. I certainly will never forget this experience. The brand new merchandise was on display at front of store, not even on sale. SO UNFAIR!!

I love Ulta and spend quite a bit of money here but i never been treated like this while visiting any other location. I had called to find out if they had anymore of the Ofra highlight that was part of the 21 days of beauty today. The employee that i spoke to told me that they did and assured me that they could put two on hold for me. I couldnt hear her name on the phone and since i was assured that they were able to, i didnt think it was necessary. I drove 30 minutes one way and wasted gas to go home empty handed because apparently they cant put stuff from 21 days of beauty on hold. If you cant then every single employee should know that. The girl that was looking for it was very nice but the guy who walked up was rude and acted as though i was lying because I didnt know who i had spoken to on the phone. He also insisted that none of his employees would ever have put it on hold and that they didnt have any left. I havent been to this location very much but im not sure when or if i will go back to the parke location. I wasted time out of my day, my gas, and wear and tear on my vehicle for nothing.

Usual products in the store, just like any other Ulta. The staff wasnt very friendly - 50% were, 50% werent. I felt like the cashier was judging me the whole time on what I bought/how I looked (funny, bc she didnt look much better) and only time she spoke was when she told me my total. Thankfully, the floor staff didnt harass me every 10 seconds asking if I needed help (huge plus) but the cashier staff looked like they hated their life.

So I was a customer of the salon and I also ended up buying hair products based off of my stylist Erica’s recommendations. Erica cooper was absolutely amazing! She is a master of her trade when it comes to color. She made me so comfortable and got the exact color I wanted! Everything was great until I was rang up for my products at the front by the manager Kelly. It was about 15 mins to close and she was in a hurry to get everyone out of the store. She was rude and short with me AND her coworkers. I had a coupon for the salon that I didn’t know needed to be applied at the back when my ticket was rang up(my fault I didn’t know they were seperate,I’ll admit) but when she had to go to the back to take care of the discount, Kelly rolled her eyes and scoffed as though I was such an inconvenience to her. I felt so uncomfortable I just wanted her to hurry up so I didn’t have to be helped by her anymore. She also told Pamela( who was an angel by the way as well) to lock the doors before it was even 9pm. People were turned away cause the doors were locked. I get it’s annoying to have people come in right before you close. I have worked retail for years, so I get it I really do, but please don’t take your bad attitude or bad day out on the customers. Hope Kelly was just having a bad day and isn’t usually in such a sour mood.
