I went there for Keratin treatment and hydrafacial. So they gave me a time for hydrafacial and when I reached, they said we don’t have the machine over here for hydrafacial and so we could do something else for facial. I thought it would be rude to walk out so had to do facial she suggested which had no results. Even with keratin, I washed my hair after more than 80 hrs and then still they are fizzy and looks bad and when I complained, they simply answered that’s how keratin is!!So pathetic services!

Gabrielle is exceptional. She is the perfect blend of professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. She is also an awesome stylist with fantastic artistic skills. I hope management/ ownership knows they have a valuable asset & compensate her accordingly. As long as she is part of your team, I will continue to be a loyal customer and advocate for your salon.

Gabby was my stylist. I got my hair cut, and it was the best cut I have had in 10 years. She not only has this awesome, shining personality, but she is an artist and creative stylist. She definitely knows what she’s doing, and I would recommend everyone I know to her. She’s a 10!!

First timer for a haircut and future perm consult. Jessica was my stylist and gave me an AMAZING haircut after carefully examining what my last stylist had done to my hair (which is why Im at a different salon). She told me things about the way my hair grows that no one in my rather long life has ever said, but that explain a lot! Shampoo and head massage by her assistant, also Jessica, was the best Ive ever had, and I hope she decides to go into massage therapy as well.The front part of the salon is nicely fitted but small, so you dont realize how much space is in back and to the sides. The whole place is impeccably clean (masks required, hand sanitizer available, chair disinfected before I sat down) and I will love coming back here in 6 weeks!

I recently moved to Austin from Chicago and had to find a new hair stylist. I was lucky enough to find this salon and Monique in particular. Monique is lovely and bubbly. She took it slow with my request for curtain bangs (thankfully) so that I didn’t make a dramatic change I wasn’t ready for. She gave my hair the movement I wanted and an amazing scalp massage. The atmosphere is lovely and while waiting for your color to process the salon has a dimly lit room with massage chairs to make the whole experience relaxing. The only downside on this salon is that the online booking is a little harder when trying to combine services with one person. I ended up having to call to combine the full color and haircut services which I was unable to do online.

For the past couple of years I have had three different stylists who have left the salon. It seems like the salon is not able to retain stylists. I wonder why? It is very disappointing to find someone, develop a relationship, and then receive a call that the stylist no longer works at the salon. Sarah is the best stylist and an expert with Color. I am always changing my color up with seasons and she always makes my hair look amazing. I have referred many people who will agree which is probably why she gets booked up fast. It is truly hard to find a stylist who is amazing and hope Sarah never leaves!

I had such a wonderful experience at this salon. I’ve been living in this area for a while and can’t believe it took me so long to find this place. The location is perfect! You can get something to eat if you show up early and get some shopping done. Aside from that the service here is wonderful. I was really impressed with the quality of stylists they have here. Everyone is so professional and friendly. My stylist was Gabbie and she did an exceptional job cutting my hair. She was absolutely wonderful and made my experience that much better. Try this salon out you won’t be disappointed!

I recently went for a haircut and facial and the service was phenomenal. Prices are reasonable. While prices are not online, ask for a menu of services when you get there and you can plan future visits. My facial included a scalp and shoulder massage with a choice of soothing Aveda therapeutic oils. I especially love that they dont impose to get you to buy all of their products. Enjoy!!!

Just had the best experience with my first facial ever (at 28) from Kirsten! I think everything happens for a reason, and that I was supposed to meet her! I decided to randomly book a facial and picked a random location. Kirsten not only made me look beautiful from the awesome facial, but we had such a great conversation after I had been feeling meh all weekend. She boosted my mood by at least 15% and Im so happy I met her! Thank you Kirsten! Also they have a $20 off coupon for new clients!!

Terrible service!Got a few appointments to try the salon, once you have a good raport with someone the next day they change you with someone else, gave it a try, was ok.... Next time they offered someone new, she didnt even finish the wash like the others with oil and massage.. Terrible attitude towards the client, terrible work and not even an apology to keep you as a client.... Very disappointed that the owner doesnt care and runs the salon very unprofessionally.Very expensive and not a good or nice environment for a relaxing time off any service.Do not recommend at all!

Would not revisit this salon but ither Aveda locations in Austin are great. Just drive a little further to south Austin for better service. Its worth it. They did not give me the style I asked for and would not fix.

I recently moved to the area and was recommended to this salon. My natural hair color is dark brown and I color it to blonde with a dark root. I hadn’t used Aveda in a few years but went in to see Caren and she took suck great care of me. She was determined to get my formula right and give me the exact color I desired and she did! I always enjoy my time with her, she’s super sweet and friendly. I also got a cut which was done perfectly as well. I have to get foils to lift my hair to the right shade of blonde which always makes me nervous because I’ve had issues with tiger stripes in my hair. But Caren’s highlights with foils look so natural even my husband commented on how natural the blend is from my dark root to the blonde. Go visit Caren, you won’t be disappointed!

Meghann!!! She is absolutely amazing! Meghann not only is an extremely talented hairdresser she is also very pleasant. It is always a treat to go have my hair done. I feel like a million bucks from the minute I am greeted as I walk in the door and throughout my entire appointment. Meghann listens to me carefully to make sure she understands my desired results, makes sure I am comfortable, and I leave every time extremely happy with my color and cut! She pretty much rocks! Oh and the complimentary wine and hand massage is a plus!

I almost cried before I left (happy tears) because Nadine took the time to listen, take a look at past damage, and tossed in a little bit of her own flare to make my hair look AMAZING. It wasnt just a cut and color. I got hand massage, scalp massage, massage chair, and a glass of wine all complimentary.Nothing better than leaving a salon feeling beautiful, relaxed, and knowing I now have a place to go. Totally worth EVERY penny.

Took two of my daughters to this salon, her stylist Taz, was very rude. She told my daughter she was a huge inconvience to her. What kind of salon does that especially if there sign says their mission is to make each visit a positive experience. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Not only that when I asked for a manager as the accounts were not together, the front desk “team leader, Kaitlin” , states she is the lead and she could not place the 2 accounts together as I paid for both. Will never come back here. Very dissatisfied and disappointed in this professionalism and handling.

I love everything about this salon, to the staff, the facility, and the quality of work! They always do an amazing job and look forward to my next visit. My favorite thing though, is the relaxation room! I would pay to just sit in there! So comfy :)

I love Breeze Salons, and this location is my favorite! Its really nice inside, especially the spa area. Theyre an Aveda salon so of course every single thing smells wonderful. The hot tea they offer you is so tasty!! Their stylists are super knowledgeable and Ive never had a bad experience in my years of coming here. I often get treated to a have massage during my hair service, which is a nice touch! I love their points program which rewards loyal customers - awesome.

The safety protocols were handled with a levelof professionalism that made me comfortable bringing my teen in for his post-quarantine cut. I will bring my other child soon.

I absolutely love this place. Juliana does my hair and I am always extremely pleased with the outcome, plus I get a ton of compliments! She always listens to what I want and makes it happen! I also get massages from Alex and she always make me feel very comfortable, I am a very talkative person and she allows me to chat! I have an shoulder injury and she has helped me get some major relief which has helped with my sleep.

Edit: Still amazing!I always tell people about how awesome Nadine is when they ask for stylist recommendations. I have to admit though, Id prefer to keep her all to myself ;) but Ill share because everyone deserves to have a fun and funny friend do their hair. I really enjoy getting my hair done at Breeze. Not only is Nadine an exceptional stylist, but the staff at the salon is great too. The manager, Anet, held my baby and put her to sleep during one of my visits to get my hair done. UPDATE: A manager reached out to me in regards to this review offering to fix things. I found him to be very professional, and honestly sincere. I changed my review from 2 stars to 4 to reflect his positive attitude and kindness.2 stars for the decent atmosphere but I’d give 1 for the haircut.The bangs I got are way too thick and uneven. I look like Lord Farquad. My hair grows incredibly slowly, so it’s going to be at least a year before I can try again.If you really want to go to Breeze, the Georgetown location is MUCH better.

**Nadine** she is the best stylist! I have very thick hair which is usually hard to cut in a short style but Nadine cuts is perfect every time. I normally cut my hair off about once a year but since I found her, I have it cut every 8 so it stays perfect. She always has a smile and a hug when I see her. She is talented and wonderful!

Shelby was fantastic! Took her time to really understand what I wanted, was personable, and gave me what I was looking for. The pricing was reasonable for what I had done.

I won’t go to any other salon. The colors and toner that they have are top of the line and the stylists are so so great! Val has been taking amazing care of my hair for years and they are well worth the price for the quality and peace of mind. It’s no wonder that most of the stylists are booked 2 weeks to 2 months out!

I am incredibly picky about aesthetic services, especially my hair. I started seeing Ivory about a year or so ago keeping it basic with single color and haircuts. I started the process of balayage, which is tedious and long with my hair type, but after my 3rd process, we are almost there! It looks beautiful! I love “growing up” with a stylist. Don’t always assume you have to go to a master/senior stylist to achieve your goals. Go see my girl! She’s awesome!

Their products smell fabulous, you get a mini head massage and aromatherapy when they wash your hair, their products are healthier and their stylists are awesome.

Meghan is absolute perfection - she does an amazing job with my hair. The whole vibe of the salon is incredible: relaxing and spa-like, with soothing music and soft lighting, a delicious head massage, and I come out feeling pampered and pretty!

So glad I found Breeze! I just moved from Boston and was so nervous about finding someone new. Jenni is awesome, she took time to get to know me and was able to find just the right colors to blend my old hairdressers colors. The salon is clean and the atmosphere is so warm and fun. Still recovering from an overpriced and horrible haircut from 5 months ago. Also, terrible customer service. Tiffani was very rude and off-putting when I went in for highlights. Then, they barely showed up so I had to get them re-done. She seemed angry at me for coming back to fix them.I then got my haircut by Meghan who is supposed to be one of the more experienced stylist. She was asking me most of the questions and didn’t seem to understand how to do the haircut I wanted. Not happy with the turnout or how much money I spent on Aveda.Everyone go see Elisa Will at Salon Vibe instead. She will give you quality service, and a pleasant experience for half the price! She fixed my bad haircut.

I am always nervous to let someone cut my pixie hair, as it can be mutilated and turned too boy easily (and Ive had that happened other places before). I have a Christmas party to attend soon and I havent had my hair cut since late August. For a pixie cut, thats practically eternity -ha. So I really needed it cut. I do want to grow it out, so I mostly wanted some shaping done. Paige was able to see me (I scheduled my appointment rather last minute) and, again, I was a bit nervous, but she was so nice and quite talented! My hair came out PERFECT. It literally could not be any better. I am so pleased!!! Walked out feeling like a million bucks. Paige also went over a grow out plan, letting me know what hairstyles will be best in the future while growing the pixie style out. (I completely adore the pixie cut, but I have had it for years and long hair is calling my name!)Other staff members seemed pleasant enough and I was offered a drink when I first arrived. I agreed to tea and enjoyed it (can I buy tea bags?) The only thing that didnt go perfectly was I had filled out a laminated card given to me by the front desk and selected a complimentary hand massage. That didnt happen... But its okay. I am still thrilled with my haircut!

You get what you pay for. Friendly staff, relaxing atmosphere, and great hair and make-up. Pricey but worth it.

So disappointed. I had scheduled an appointment on referral from a friend to get my hair done for my upcoming bridal shower. I show up to my appointment and am informed that they have been able to “work me in” for my appointment since my stylist called in sick and they got my contact info completely wrong (I mean not even close) so they couldn’t call to let me know. Then the girl they worked me in with couldn’t even do my hair today because she doesn’t have time for what I needed. They acted as if it was my fault they got my contact info wrong and I showed up to have my hair done. Not once did they offer to get me in to the next available appointment with the sylist I had originally scheduled with.

I have my hair done by Courtney. Love, love, love her and the salon and spa. If you are an Aveda user they carry a whole lot of product. Spa services are top notch and they have a rewards program for the cost conscious.

I have been a client of Breeze, and more specifically, Tiffini, for 10 years. I absolutely love every experience, and have never had a bad one. Tiffini is by far the best colorist and stylist I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. And she’s an amazing woman on top of it! I’ve also had manis/pedis, along with the occasional massage, and again, every experience has been top notch. Scheduling is easy, the salon is always clean, and every technician I’ve had is beyond friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Breeze for all of their services.

Good service and products

I have been going to Breeze Salon for several years off and on. I usually use whoever can get me in on a moments notice, as I am a mother of 4 and it very hard to get 4 hours to get my hair done. I have not cut my hair in 15 years short and have just thrown my hair in a side braid or side bun. Ive been in a bad rut but too afraid to rock my short Bob of yesteryear. Everytime I go get my hair done, the stylists ask how short and I test the waters on maybe I should cut it shorter. All the stylists say, you know we will just trim off the damaged ends in the bottom, both of us not really confident that shorter is the way to go. Well, I got Val at Breeze. Dont let his youth and good looks fool you. I did my classic, Ive been thinking about going shorter routine and Val was like yep, you need a total transformation. He got me a glass of wine and in one pre-cut swoop, took 6 inches off. He spent an hour and a half meticulously highlighting my hair (I have thin, but a lot of strands) and then gave me an excellent cut. Val had the confidence to do what many, many, other stylists, not just at Breeze, did not and I feel like a new woman. He didnt go crazy and cut too far but just the right amount so that I could still put up in a pony but also rock my curls in a short style. Im so pleased and think you have some great natural talent in Val. Id build him up if he were working with me. Great experience and thanks from happy hair.

Please dont waste your time or effort with this assembly line of hair butchers. Find a better place. It isnt hard to do, and it will save you a lot of trouble. On top of a bad job, theyre unprofessional and unwilling to make right their own wrongs.

Im rating a 1 Because I cant rate a -4. The girl that did my sisters nails was clearly on something. My sisters acrylics from before were not properly removed and polish was still placed over and the nails were smugged before being totally dry. Please do not advertise as a nail shop if your technicians are not properly trained.

Thought it was over priced, cramped and I had scheduled a mani and a pedi but when I got there (early mind you) was told they could do one or the other. Who does that? I guess I wasn’t important enough to receive the services I was scheduled for. Then it was painful to watch the nice young lady try to color within the lines. She spent time cleaning up the stray polish. Never again for me.

I absolutely love this place. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I had taz do my hair and she is just amazing!! She was professional friendly, educational and comforted me if I had any questions or concerns. I’d reccomend this place and taz to all my family and friends. I had a wonderful experience here! 10/10 will be back

Tiffany is great with my hair and Taz did an excellent pedicure. Id give them 5 stars if they had a decent pedi set up. No chairs. Just a bench with a pillow on it that has you jammed into a wall. You use a wobbly wood block as a step to get on the bench. It was a dumb place to cheap out on equipment, especially for a salon of this caliber.

The best part of getting your haircut at any salon is the scalp massage but unfortunately, they are not all trained equally so the service in this respect is inconsistent and is usually lacking.The stylists are all extremely competent and good.
