Got my haircut done a few weeks ago and the lady totally messed it up!! she washed my hair but after the cut she didn’t blow dry nor style it! she did layers and cut off an inch or so and it looked like trash! had to go to another salon to get it done. Never going here again!!! also she was rude and rough.

Niecee did an excellent job in my sons hair. She always goes above and beyond.

Unprofessional and misleading. Do not believe any prices quoted to you prior to your style being completed as it will for sure be higher by the time they are done. If you question the higher price be prepared to be treated like you are stupid as they explain it in simple terms so you can understand. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

After a year of not being in the salon my hair was a hot mess I had done home coloring and even trimmed it some on my own it was orange and it was terrible I went to Yasmin she did an amazing job brought me to tears when I was done I didnt even realize how bad the other color really looked until I saw the final product she did and how beautiful it was I would recommend Yasmin any day

Set an appointment to the biggest mistake of my life. She did balayage, then cut my hair, instead of cutting my hair first and then dye the hair according to the haircut, now it looks like I have “tail”,on my “cut” different colors.

Madison was great! I highly recommend her she is an awesome stylist! I was very satisfied with mine and my daughters cuts!

Hair coloring was very un even.However the really worked hard to correct it and make it right

This is the most unprofessional salon I’ve ever been to. They will quote you a certain thing that they can do for your hair and then once you get there, once you’ve drove all the way there and made an appointment, they completely change their mind and act like they cannot do the service they promised you that they could do. I feel as a multi racial person that they have no knowledge at all on multi racial hair. I also feel like they don’t want to deal with anyone that does not have straight Caucasian hair that is my opinion. The only thing they were concerned with was the amount of money that they were going to charge me they didn’t even act like my teenage daughters desire of what she wanted was even remotely important. This is a RUDE and Very unprofessional very bad salon in my opinion.

Overpriced and they do a terrible job. I have tried this salon twice and have been extremely disappointed each time. First time was a cut, second was a style. The woman who cut my hair did so when it was completely dry. I have had my hair cut at the Jcpenny salon in San Antonio, and it was a completely different experience. The woman did not shampoo or condition my hair like they did in San Antonio. She did braid my hair for some reason after my hair cut, and I understood why. It was cut unevenly and looked terrible. The second time I came here was to get my hair styled for a wedding. The woman who did my hair, complained at how long it was the entire time. She also did not give me what i wanted, it was completely different from the picture that I showed her. She took less than an hour and the terrible job was $75. Avoid this place at all costs!!!

This review is long overdue. Rannell is awesome!! My daughter had a very choppy at home haircut back in July. He was able to give her a really pretty haircut keeping the back short and some length in the front. (She was not wanting short all over). It’s been since the beginning of July and it still looks great! He is a talented hairstylist. I still don’t know how he managed to do it but her hair looks so good and has grown out really well. Thank you Rannell!!

Wanted to lighten my hair with foil highlights and came out with my hair practically looking just as dark but with some brown streaks . My hair stylist was nice but overall staff was unprofessional. Would not recommend.

In my opinion, this salon was dirty, rude and unorganized. Don’t waste your time or money.
