This was my first time visiting this Cost Cutters location, and walking in I was greeted with the friendliest staff. A very welcoming group of people and a clean salon; definitely worth a try. The stylist that did my haircut recommended some products, and my hair is now less damaged.

I used online booking to schedule an appointment. Received email confirmation. When I arrived there were 2 stylists both with other customers. I checked in and was told they cancelled my appointment. No explanation. She said I could wait for next chair. Another customer showed while I waited. When the stylist finished she tells me she cannot see me for another 2 hrs 15min if I want to wait. I just waited for 30 min for nothing. I will take my familys business where we are better welcomed.

We have given the store numerous chances to provide basic service and they consistently find themselves unable to do so. Whether it is canceling an online reservation with no provided reason, refusing a valid coupon, or attempting to close 10 to 15 minutes before closing time, rest assured you will find a way to be disappointed.

Cost cutters was amazing, from the styling to the highlighting! Bella and Hailea are the best!!! Always get the job done and without a hitch. Definetely would be the place to go!!

Just walked in at 1:50. Both employees were sitting around looking at their phones. Not a customer in sight. They told me they had 2 2pm reservations and asked me to come back the next day. I told them I just wanted my whole head buzzed with a 3 guard. They told me they had other locations I should try. What a joke.

$25 for the worst haircut ever. It was fast, that is a plus, but I had to have it redone. Uneven and many lone hairs popping up and out of place the next day. Longer in some spots, shorter in others.

Very friendly, very clean and very professional. The stylist I use (Hali) is also the manager and does great work while running an excellent operation. Highly recommend !!!!

Came I. For hair trim 30 min before close on their“ covid hours”Lady pretended to stare at a fake calendar on the computer screen while making up the excuse that they have one more scheduled for the day ( that wasn’t present) now 25 min to close. Tap tap tap her fingers with not another soul in the building. Trying to make it more akward by the second without saying I’m pretending to be closed so I can leave right at 6.I asked what time do you close again? 6 she said. That’s weird the front door says 8.“ those aren’t the covid hours”She points to the steno pad note that was written in sharpie.Hmmm you know the whole world and all public entities said the mask thing and covid are kinda over?!“Well we haven’t “ she saidWonder if the owner knows her employees are shewing away customers

I have to say this is my go-to hair salon. They are clean, professional and Affordable. Ive had several different stylist there and they all do good work.If you live in Cedar Park, please support this valuable business!Im not family, have no relatives or friends that work there, just a satisfied customer.

Love the cut Hailey gave me. Daughter overhead a man being told they werent taking cash, as he was checking out. You should be told up front not when your checking out. If this is going to be your policy I wont be back.

Ive gone here for haircuts for many years, which started when I used to work near the place and have continued to go. Theyve always been gracious and pleased to see me. Sometimes they get tied up and sidetracked; especially when theres only one or two operators. Be patient. Were in hard times.

The worst hair cut places on the planet. Tiffany was extremely rude, horrible customer service. She gave an uneven haircut, that looked terrible. I had to get a second haircut to fix her mess. I have never been treated so badly in my life. Save your money and never come here!

Called ahead to set an appointment then when I get there and check in Im told someone will be right there, the a tech says Imgoing on lunch (while I can hear her!) and Im told 20 minutes. I will not be back and to that tech I come from restaurants and understand a 20% tip out isnt enough. $0 is a lot less.

Chong is such a lovely person and an excellent stylist.

Have had cuts from several different stylists at this location and am happy with results. Rarely need to wait when I just drop in Friendly group!
