I have never been so disappointed in my life I don’t get my hair done often ( last time was about eight years ago) but when I do and I bring in a picture and I expect to get what I asked for as a hairstylist especially a colorist I would think you have more knowledge than myself about picking out colors when I say I want exactly what was on the picture that’s what I’m looking for match the colors to what’s on the picture. Instead I got nothing of what I asked for and spent $260. I was also charged a conditioning/mask treatment and never received it. I am so incredibly upset $260 for my hair to look basically the same color. You can see in the pictures....The first picture is what I wanted the second picture is before and the third picture is after and I specified several times that I wanted the chunky highlights as well as the contrast between the two colors.

Looks like a new team, and I had a great experience with Stylist Ashley. She really seemed to care about my style. Love that I can book online.

I got my haircut yesterday by Ashley! She did an amazing job, I was always scared about getting it cut to my shoulders but she definitely changed my mind about it. This was literally the best haircut I’ve ever had. Thank you!!

Was a walk in and got an apt with Chris for the same day within the hour. Was going to chop my hair off because I have been here 1 year and havent found anyone to cut my hair correctly. Well thank heaven for Chris he did a great job and I will be going back for sure.

Went in for haircut n color last week. I usually like this place and all stylist are professional but this time was different. Although the stylist was nice, it took a long time almost 2-5hrs to get it done and my hairs are short! The stylist also didnt clean the color off so my skin on whole scalp n face were colored. Worst then when I used to do it at home! Not sure if I will go back. I like the haircut n color but not the experience.

Hillary is an amazing hair stylist!My difficult to cut hair turns out awesome every single, at a very reasonable price. I dont dare go anywhere else to anyone else.

Not satisfied with the haircut.The lady was not descent she was pulling my hairs and she did hurt me a lot. After so much still not got good haircut.Will never visit this place again.

Was just turned away at 8:30. I understand its close to closing time but why stay open until 9:00pm just tell people no?

Did a terrible job on my sons hair all patchy and charged him 30 bucks on top of that when i went back in there to go get his money back for him they said there was nothing they could do until the manager came back the next day
