The staff went through my purse while I was getting my lashes done. I will never come back here again. This place use to be a trusted establishment but I no longer feel comfortable leaving my belongings out with their recent hires roaming about. They have recently started changing the temperature to be higher than the recommended temperature for the lash glue so they fall out earlier than usual. Don’t waste your money. They use to be the best but they lost that spot.

Jonabelle is an amazing artist and really knows what she is doing. She makes you feel so comfortable and she makes you feel like you’ve known her your whole life. She keeps the places very clean and does amazing work. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going here now for a few months. This place is super professional and impeccably clean. They are always on time. I see Lilly and she does an absolute amazing job. Really I would trust anyone that works here because you can just tell that the owner takes a lot of pride and has high expectations. I have had so many bad experiences with lashes at other places that I thought they just weren’t for me, I’m so glad I gave Beauty Haus a try and they have a lifetime customer out of me.

I have been going to Beauty Haus for over a year now. All of the staff are so welcoming and friendly. The salon is very clean and modern, this salon is probably the most “covid cautious” place I visit.... only lets clients in (and only one at a time so clients aren’t waiting around together), temperature taken before being worked on, hand washing before laying down, masks on staff and clients the whole time, contactless payment, covid precautionary form signed by all clients before every appointment.Sydney is one of the best lash artists I’ve been to. She takes her time but never runs over. She is very thorough and always makes sure you are happy with lashes before you leave. She listens to what you want and does phenomenal work! Great quality lashes that are very durable and stay on for a long time. Love Sydney and love the Beauty Haus!

Just got lash extensions by LILLY and she was amazing! ⭐️ She gave me exactly what I wanted and I 💜 them so much. The establishment was clean, upscale and LILLY was such a professional. The Beauty Haus is definitely my go-to place for everything lash extensions and brow waxing. I’m even bringing my husband next time to get his eyebrows done. If you are interested in getting lash extensions you definitely need to come to The Beauty Haus! You won’t be disappointed.

I went to Beauty Haus to try out lash extensions for the very FIRST time!! I was not disappointed in their customer service. From my initial call to schedule the appointment to my visit for the extensions, then my follow up appointment for refills. I work all day as most of us do and they graciously accommodated me with the time I was able to visit them. My lash technician Sydney was amazing!! She explained everything in detail and made me feel at ease. She continuously checked in with me to ensure I remained comfortable throughout the entire process. Next day at work, I immediately received compliments of how beautiful and natural my lashes look. Thank you Sydney for going above and beyond my expectations!!

Holly is amazing, I cannot rave about her enough. I have been getting my lashes done since 2015 in Austin and have tried just about every place in town from big box studios to privately owned ones and I can honestly say that Holly is the best. I have had retention issues since the beginning but ever since going to her I can now make it 2-3 weeks+ before needing a fill. I also love her new salon, its absolutely beautiful! Such a relaxing space to unwind and take the best lash naps :)She is awesome and you wont regret going to see her. She also does brows and Ive seen her work and its amazing as well (of course, why wouldnt it be?). I will be going to her when I decide to get my brows done, I wouldnt trust anyone else!

The space was GORGEOUS and super clean. Sydney did my lashes, and they look amazing. It was the first time having my lashes done where my eye weren’t watering the whole time. It was awesome! I will be coming back

Holly is amazing. I had the tattoo eyeliner and lip tint procedure, and I couldn’t be happier. Holly takes such care with her clients, and everything is sterilized above and beyond. I already booked another appointment to get more done. I highly recommend Beauty Haus!

Finally I found a lash studio that have extremely trained artists! The place is beautiful and not to mention super reasonable! They actually perform work on your lashes with your lash health in mind! My lashes don’t prematurely fall out. They make sure their work is perfection each and every time you visit! I am so thankful for finding Beauty Haus and will tell all!

I had my appointment with Beauty Haus yesterday afternoon to get my first set of lashes done on me do keep in mind this was my first time :).Melanie my lash technician was super sweet and asked what I wanted as far as volume or dramatic lashes :) She took her time which was amazing and I appreciated and I fully trusted her to do what she thought was best and let me say best decision ever I feel so confident and just overall feeling myself 😂 if I could give more stars I would the environment was so relaxing that I fell asleep and she was so gentle with me and she did make conversation with me before I snoozed off so that was great! Thanks so much Melanie for making me feel confident even with no make up ❤️☺️. I will definitely be back for another fill ❤️.

Sydney is honestly the best to get your classic lashes with! She’s super gentle and makes you feel comfortable as soon as you meet her! Her work with lashes is super great.

Never been a big plan of tattoos or anything having to tattooing any part of my body but Holly did my eyebrows and OMG! Where has she been my whole life! Definitely recommend her! She reshaped basically my whole face!!! I love it! Thank you soo much! (And honestly I’ve never been a big fan of reviews either however it’s no mistake she’s the best!)
