The receptionist is incredibly rude, unhelpful and not knowledgeable. I was referred to Opticians 2 but the customer service is non existent. Canceled my appointment and taking my eyes where the receptionist is courteous, helpful and respectful to all patients.

I have been going here since 2014. The staff is quick to respond. I order my contacts from the office and they send straight to my house.

I have been a client at Opticians 2 for over 20 years.The staff is friendly, courteous and always willing to assist me when I go into the store.I love the new look of the facility as it is bright, modern and stocked with all kinds of accessories that makes wearing glasses fun.

I love this place! Dr. Brilley is awesome and very good at her profession! The staff was extremely friendly and helped me choose the perfect pair of glasses. They have some really cute styles. I would definitely recommend coming here.

I had a great experience with Opticians 2. I was recently visiting family when I had a serious eye problem. Everyone there was so helpful and professional. I was seen immediately and got the treatment I needed. They even followed up with me later to see if everything was OK.

I had a great experience here and would like to thank Aaron, Dr. Clausen, and the crew for taking such good care of me. Dr. Clausen got my prescription spot on last year, and then again this year. Hes really nice, friendly, and doesnt push anything extra on you.I ordered several pairs of glasses, including some rather odd tinted ones and they got them all done promptly and called me when each pair came in. No complaints, just great service and friendly people.

While i am completely thankful for the Lions club and their generosity (they paid for an exam and a pair of glasses), i wouldnt suggest this place to anyone just based on the staff. The woman behind the counter and the pudgy ginger felt it was necessary to talk trash on me and turn their noses up in the air when i came in. I came directly from work (i work construction..... I own my own company..... Was just painting a 2 million dollar condo..... Chick said im not classy because i actually get a little dirty at work......

Worst optical ever . I had a problem with my father prescription and not one but two of the secretary was not giving me the info i needed to order the glasses online from another company. I paid to get his eyes check and still nothing . David.R Clausen O.D heard what was going on and did not even bother to explain to me what was the problem. I suggest everyone to be aware of this place .

Ive been coming here for at least 10 years and I wouldnt go anywhere else for my eye care. Dr. Clausen is thorough and professional and the staff there is always very helpful, courteous and friendly.

The people that are in charge of Patient Service (people answering phones and in the front office) are incredibly unprofessional and rude. Dont expect great customer service if you choose to partake.

This place is a joke and they have terrible customer service.
