What a great experience at the Castle Rock location. I was warmly greeted by Alexandra when entering, and escorted to where I needed to go. Ladies were all so sweet, especially Brittney who conducted my tests. Such a pleasant young lady and informative, letting me know what each of the test were checking for. Dr Lew was great, it was amazing to see and learn and be shown my eye in such detail from the test Brittney did and having Dr. Lew explained what I was looking at. I never felt pressured into getting new glasses, my eyes changed a little. I decided to look at frames and Alexandra was so helpful and patient. I felt valued and care for. I highly recommend this location for both an eye exam and frames or lenses.

I went in today desperately in need of my glasses being fitted to my face, and Laura was amazing! She was friendly, so helpful, extremely professional and immediately knew what the issue was with my glasses. She fixed them promptly and they do not slide down my nose or fall off when I lean over, like they were consistently and driving me insane. Thank you Laura! I will be back, you are awesome!

This location is amazing!!! They took excellent care of me & they have a huge selection. I had an eye exam & got new glasses & contacts. From beginning to end they did a fantastic job!

I was able to get a last minute appointment on a Saturday afternoon. The store was clean and seemed very well maintained. Doctor Josh was kind and explained everything in a clear and concise manner. Matthew, the store manager, really took his time with me, allowing me to look through almost every case until I found my perfect pair of glasses (and sunglasses!). He was very helpful, giving me advice on frames and even looking online to check for other colors. Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love this store in Castle Rock, CO, the absolute best there is in CO and I’ve been to all Lenscrafters in the State.Great frame selection, clean, modern, welcoming feeling store. All associates smiled, said hello, I felt welcomed by the staff and every associate, even the ones that weren’t directly helping me.The assistant Manger Paisley was so fun to deal with and help me pick my glasses out. She has a great personality, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. It was such a pleasure ordering my glasses with her.I picked my glasses up today and I love them, both the regular and sunglasses are beautiful. The lab did an amazing job on the lenses. The frames are so comfortable and I’m styling in my new glasses.Love them so much that I’m going to return to store and order another color. Who doesn’t want two colors of glasses to coordinate with your style for the day. :)I dealt with Alexa today when I picked them up and yet another fantastic experience. She was very friendly, professional, patient, she took her time adjusting the frames, cleaned them before giving back to me and asked if I needed any cleaning supplies and I bought the dry cloths.I will never go anywhere else! After literally five visits to the Park Meadows store where I was shamed for not getting the protection plan, when all I needed was an adjustment. I have been to other LensCrafters locations and none are as helpful and welcoming as this one. From the moment I walked in everything was immaculate and the Assistant Manager, Paisley, was more helpful than anyone else I had worked with. She got to know my style and preferences and made me feel confident in my new glasses.For years I have been going to local eye doctors and their glasses were always overpriced and their staff wasnt knowledgeable. Paisley fixed a pair of my glasses that I didn’t buy at this store. She didn’t even charge me!! I tried on a bunch of sunglasses which were out of budget at this time. Matt jotted down the style numbers of my faves. They were both so kind and didn’t pressure me at all. I WILL Abe back!!

Doctor Josh and the staff at this LensCrafters location are top notch! Doctor Josh made sure all question were answered about my prescriptions and suggested the most cost effective way to go with different glasses! The two managers that were on June 24 were super helpful and provided much needed feed back on frames! Highly recommend this location.

Impressed by the outstanding service. i bought a pair of glasses from them with a prescription from Pearle Vision. LensCrafters remade the lens twice for me as i wasnt able to see things clearly which turned out to be optometrists inaccurate prescription. the after-sales service is worth the money.

Do not waste your time! When I first received my glasses (three pair), after the initial eye-exam, the prescription was incorrect. They scheduled me with a different Optometrist (from the Fox Meadows store) a week later who conducted a second eye-exam and gave me a different prescription. Now 3rd return trip, I picked up my glasses (which were correct) and dropped off a pair of sunglasses. I picked them up a week later and they literally made my eyes cross in the store. Apparently the lenses “hadn’t cured long enough” in the lab. Even without putting them on, it was obvious by inspecting them from the front that the lens color appeared stretched and inconsistent. Back to the lab they went. Today, I went to pick up the sunglasses (5th trip) and the same discoloration and stretched lens problem! I gave them the lenses and requested a refund. The only reason I am not giving this store zero stars is because the sales staff have skill at apologizing and trying to make right what the Optometrist and lab personnel can’t seem to deliver. My advice? Go elsewhere!!

Thank you to the Staff here!!! I finally received upgraded eye insurance and ran to this store. The staff were amazing, friendly, and it had a family atmosphere. I work in a tough environment and during work, I have accidents that frequently break or damage my glasses. I was down to my last back up pair. I set an appointment for the following day when I realized I had some time off of work. They put me on standby, and called the following day stating they had a 4 pm cancel. I walked in and was seen immediately. I had the eye exam, and during the evaluation knew how bad my existing prescription had become. Glasses were ordered on a pair I had been looking at for over two years. They had them in stock. In less than a week and a half, they came in. I went in again, and was immediately greeted and attended to. They fixed the glasses to fit and I walked out literally seeing a different world. It was like everything was in high definition. My driving, esp at night is so much safer. I can not believe the difference in my sight. So thank you, for your speed and efficiency. It has made a huge difference, and I will be going back for some sunglasses!!!

I had a great experience purchasing my glasses at LensCrafters in Castle Rock! The salesperson greeted me as soon as I came in the door and helped me decide on just the perfect frames for me. The ordering process was super-easy too. The salesperson thoroughly explained all of my options and helped me compare prices depending on the type of lenses I might choose. I did not feel rushed and I really felt that she wanted to make sure I would be happy with my new look. All of the staff in the store were similarly pleasant and helpful—I would recommend the Castle Rock LensCrafters to anyone needing glasses or sunglasses!

The manager, Matt Greenwell, was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive in assisting in the selection of frames, which can be a challenging experience. This was my first time inside ANY LenseCrafters and they have a customer for life! I stopped in after my eye exam yesterday but only had about 15 minutes to browse the glasses before I had to leave. Victoria was very helpful while I was there and wrote down the 3 pair of glasses I was interested in for my return the next day. Today I was helped by Jessie who was also very helpful! She was very patient and helped me find the best prices on lenses. The selection of frames at this location is unbelievable - I had a hard time choosing between several b/c there were SO many I liked! The prices are also fabulous - from right around $100 on up! Thank you LensCrafters - I will be back!

I recentely moved to Castle Rock from San Jose, CA. I have been using different Lenscrafters offices over the 15 years depending on where I lived. I have to say that the team at the Castle Rock Lenscrafters store are the absolute most professional, caring, throuough crew that I have had the pleasure to work with. In particular Paisley Morrison. My first set of glasses were not working for me in terms of the prescription. I brought them back and she scheduled me with a different doctor in the office to recheck my prescription. Sure enough it had to be changed - she was able to make sure that my insurance was not impacted with the changes and she made the whole return and remake process painless. Bravo to the team at Castle Rock, more specifically to Paisley for outstanding customer service.

This is by far the best location I have been to. The entire staff were fantastic and thorough. They explained everything in detail. From the frames I purchased to the lenses. I will definitely be back!

Highly recommend this location. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and personable. The store is clean, organized, and large so it is easy to socially distance from other patrons.You can have your eye exam and frame purchase/fitting done in the same building - with a large assortment of frames to choose from including a good amount of designer frames. It may also be helpful to note that they accept BlueCross BlueShield vision insurance - along with many other insurances Im sure.

I was shopping for new frames and LensCrafters has a wide selection to choose from. The Associate that helped me was very helpful on all the different lens options and what my Vision insurance would cover. I would efinitely recommend LensCrafters.

I had broke my spare set of glasses and was freaking out because I get bad headaches without my glasses. They got in for an exam within an hour of me calling them, taught me how to use contacts in the interim, which I have always struggled with, but was able to get it on the first try with their help. Got fitted for glasses and honestly had one of the best experiences through the whole process. So happy I found them.
