I called to get more information and Joanna at the front desk was amazing! She explained everything to me about my insurance provider, what options I had for vision, and let me know that if I have any other questions I can call back. Thank you Castle Rock Eye Center! So helpful.

This place has been there for me for years. I would have chosen them above others even when they were the only eye center in Castle Rock. Recently, we were going on vacation and didnt get an eye exam and new contacts in time. Even though it was our own fault, the doctor and the assistant both came in early (at 7:30 in the morning) to help us out. Thanks!

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Tyler for 10+ years but now that my kids need eye appointments we are going to find another provider. One of my boys scratched his eye this summer and I stopped by to see if he could take a quick look at it and tell me whether it was something minor or serious so I knew whether to make a medical appointment. They wouldn’t take a look without a scheduled appointment. We are going to find a doctor that cares about its patients more than making money.
