Vision works in Castle Rock has been terrific! Very friendly and efficient people. Ive been going for several years here in Castle Rock. The last prescription I got for my progressive lenses was a bit off but they corrected it no problem and made me feel welcome! They do a great job and I love my new nine West frames!

I love them. They are a tad more expensive than where I used to go, but my new insurance doesnt go there. The doctor is very hands on and caught something my old doctor didnt and is getting me in to specialists for my issue. They helped me pick out glasses and contacts and were extremely patient since I was dialated and couldnt see. They made me feel comfortable and happy with my results. They helped me get a better bifocal than what I had. (Im 29, almost 30 and Im nearsighted and farsighted.) I absolutely adore them. I am so sorry to see that people have had issues. They were great and made sure I am still okay with my pituitary tumor.Great job, Visionworks. I am so impressed.

Easy in Easy out! Manager Brian was fantastic and made sure we were well taken care of. In general the staff here was excellent and very helpful. I recommend these guys to anyone looking for eye care.

Fantastic and helpful staff, took their time not rushing which can be particularly difficult with picky kids getting their first pair of glasses. Being a long time visitor of optometrist can say this was a great visit and I was surprised on how exceptionally the helpful the staff was.

I had ordered contacts in person and when paying for them I was assured it would be a year supply and was given a price. I was asked if I wanted them shipped to my house or to store. I live in Parker so I requested them to be shipped to my house. About three weeks passed and I hadnt been called or notified about my contact order so I call vision works. I was told that my contact order was accidentally sent to the store and not my house with a little chuckle. So they ask if I want them to mail them to me or go pick up. I requested if they can be mailed out. So they advised me that they would arrive within 3-5 days. My order arrived and I was excited to try them on as it is my first time ordering contacts. I put one of them on and I went blind. I couldnt see. I check the prescription box and called the store. I come to find out I was sent prescription that was several times more than my prescription. So they ask for me to please drive in person to the store to take that prescription back and go pick up my box that was accidentally sent to some else. I go in to the store the next day to pick up my prescription and I was only given a 9 month supply not a 12 month supply. As per the person attending me that was all that was ordered and that I needed to ensure my order was correct in future orders. Mind you this was my first contact order ever. I was very upset as how the situation was handled and the lack of customer service skills that are used in the store. I did express I would never go to the store again and thats when they tried to give me another box. By that time it was too late as a paying customer and the issues I encountered I will never consider going back to that store.

We have been going to Visionworks for years, and have been very happy with their service. Last year they were great at their Castle Rock location, however this year when we picked up our glasses the manager was very rude to us. He informed us we needed an appointment to pick up our glasses, however, we were never informed of this change or received that information. He told us he would “shove” us in. They basically handed us our glasses and were going to send us on our way. They have never treated us like this before. We understand there is a pandemic right now, but how are we supposed to know changes and procedures if no one tells us. We will definitely not go back to the store.

The eye doctor Alexia was rude and condescending. She also rushed the appointment and sent me on my way with a prescription I don’t think was right. I feel like I cannot see well and that I was prescribed expensive contacts. Everything about the appointment felt rushed and I was very frustrated with the treatment I received. I hate going to the eye doctor already and now I will never go to any vision works, especially not in castle rock again.

Bought a new pair of glasses and lenses in February 2020. Even with careful as instructed care the lenses are now so scratched they are virtually worthless. Did not feel listened to at all by the salesperson. Company des not stand behind their product.

Absolutely Awful. Remarkably bad, like embarrassingly bad. I had a 1:15 appt, they even called me same day to confirm my timely arrival. I arrived at 1:05. and at 2:20 I walked out without having received an eye exam. During the hour and fifteen minutes I was there 3 clients came in after me and were taken care of before me. Do Not Waste Your Time with this location.

We have family of five. The Castle Rock store is very welcoming us! We enjoyed there with all the people, very well prepared for customers during this pandemic. The store is ensuring us to wear masks, taking customer temperature, taking our names, consistently sanitizing chair, door handle and tables. Also, the store will give us a tray to try the glasses so that they can sanitize them before putting glasses back. I like the way they divide pen used/clean to ensure our safely. In addition, the store is providing the hand sanitizer to the customers :) Another huge huge plus, Alexia Bounkhong is such a wonderful doctor! We love her sincere honest comments and helps and all of us will definitely go back to the store even we live in Aurora! What a wonderful store.

Wonderful experience from start to finish! From when I walked in (early, I may add, but they got me right in, very nice of them!) to the initial diagnostics, to choosing the right glasses, the staff is awesome. Dr. Bounkhong was so friendly and knowledgeable - thank you so much for making this such a quick and easy process. Would highly recommend!

They removed my first review somehow. Guess they dont like the negative publicity. In stead of fixing it they brush it under the rug. They responded asking to reach out to get it fixed but never follow up with me after emailing them. Heres the review they removed.Not great. I was in there a week and a half ago getting a new eye exam because I broke my glasses, which of course is great timing. In order to get new glasses I needed to get a new eye exam. The soonest I found was with Vision works. Admittedly they were kind, and got me in quickly; however, that doesnt make up for the almost two weeks Ive spent dealing with this. I got my prescription and went to Warby Parker to get new glasses (they rock for glasses) . After receiving my glasses they were giving me crazy headaches and felt like I was constantly crossed eyed. Ive been wearing glasses for over 10 years now and never had this issue. I went back to Warby Parker to confirm the glasses were made properly, which they were. I decided maybe it was a bad prescription. I called and ask to get in but they didnt have anyone available for over a week. With timing for work I couldnt make it in. I work 10-7 and theyre open 11-6 and they didnt have anyone on my days off. All they said was to call them when I can make it in to get rechecked, knowing my prescription is incorrect. Not being able to go without glasses for, who knows how long, I decided to go elsewhere. I went to LensCrafters, go here seriously, and they did another exam. Sure enough they were a different prescription. I went back to Warby Parker and got new glasses and they are perfect. When I called Vision Works to ask for a refund for the incorrect prescriptionaand not being able to see me in a timely manner, they said, Thats their (doctors) money so we cant refund you. Its my money and I paid for an incorrect service! As I explained to them, my wife and I just had our first child and dropped down to single income and every penny counts right now.

My right eye had been bothering me for a few days. Of course it came to a head on a Saturday. Thankfully VisionWorks was open. They were fully booked but got me in. Dr. Bounkhong saw me right away, was very caring and a great communicator. Brian is a top notch office manager. What a great experience!
