This place is 5+ Stars. Its a beautiful and comfortable environment where everyone is friendly and makes you feel welcome. The doctors (the Reids) are amazing. They take the time to explain EVERYTHING. They have recruited Opticians with 20+ years experience. They didnt skimp on customer service and the price is comparable to other places in town. My daughter couldnt be happier with her new glasses. Keep up the great work!

Regrettably, their names escape me, but the optician and several other staff members went ABOVE and BEYOND to assist me. I have been going here for a few years now and have been very happy. Both Dr. Maia and Dr. Ryan are very professional and personable. They are patient when examining my children and have provided the best care for me and my families vision. With 4 children who all have different vision needs they haven’t missed a beat with providing the best options for all our needs, they answer all my questions and are both very easy to communicate with. Very nice clean and updated facility and technology with a big focus on your eye health. People are personable and kind. I needed to get new glasses and my optometrist was very knowledgeable and helpful with helping me look for frames within my budget and fit my face well.

The appointment was very thorough. I brought my 2 kids to get their eyes checked at the same time as my appointment and I was very impressed with how they took their time with each of us making sure our prescriptions were as accurate as possible.the office is very nice and clean, we didnt have a long wait and they fit us in even though I was running late that morning. There was some questions at the end, but the doctors called me and cleared everything up the same day.I will be returning for my next appointment in a couple of years.

Definitely would recommend this place. It was a mess getting my one year old to do anything once we got here. Everyone was so helpful and so nice trying to do anything to help get her eyes properly checked. The doctor even got on the floor to try to help my very upset one year old to calm down. I appreciate all the efforts and support. Hopefully next time will be better for everyone. I know that if you go here youll be in great hands and theyll definitely try their best with little ones too make sure the exam goes perfectly.

I had a great experience with The Meadows Family Eye Care. Working remotely during the pandemic has caused me to notice a lot of eye strain. I found myself enlarging documents on my computer screen so I could see them more easily. I called this office and they were able to see me within 48 hrs. Dr. Reid was easy to talk to and explained things in a way that made it easy for me to understand. The team up front helped me pick out some fun frames that offered the chance to customize colors. We had fun - masks and all. The office was clean and they had disinfecting procedures in place that allowed me to confidently try on frames without fear that someone else who might have been sick had tried them on before me. I’d recommend this eye care team without hesitation!

I used to live in Castle Rock and Met Dr. Ryan he was excellent and in fact since I have moved 45 miles to the north I drove all the way to Castle Rock to see him. He is a great eye doctor takes his time explains everything and recommends the best treatment. He is extremely honest and doesn’t recommend anything that isn’t necessary. We have been to a few other eye doctors and just didn’t feel like we were getting the customer service we wanted. Through a Google search I found this office and decided to make an appointment for my daughter and myself. Great first impression, was offered a drink by two staffers while I was waiting for my appointment time. On to the doctor - what a funny guy! We really liked that he had a personality, he talked a lot and asked us questions about us from what seemed as a way to get to know us and not just do an exam and give us the run down at the end. From there we sat with Todd to help us make decisions on eyeglasses. I appreciate that he considered what my insurance would cover and did his best to help guide me through it all and ended with a decision that fit by budget. He was patient as we took the time for my daughter to find the right pair, even obliged our request to have others in the office give their opinion of glasses my daughter picked up to help her with her decision. We had a great experience, mostly due to just the friendliness of the staff which is important to me.

At Dr. Reid’s office you are treated like family. The office staff is so nice and helpful. When selecting glasses, you are not SOLD too. Instead, they take the time to help you pick glass that are fitting and trendy without trying to sell you the top priced frames. They do not just throw everything in and make you bring the price down. As a matter of fact, I had to upgrade a feature I wanted and asked about. This has been a great experience.

As a new resident in the area I chose to try out The Meadows Family Eye Care. I couldnt be happier with my decision. Dr. Ryan Reid gave me a very thorough exam which resulted in a new prescription as well as help for my dry itchy eyes. The Oasis Eye Pads are the best. My new glasses and sunglasses arrived promptly, were fitted well, and were cost effective. The practice is also very cognizant of the threats surrounding COVID-19 and have taken extra precautions to ensure the safety of patients and staff. The 2 folks who helped me find just the right eye wear were very knowledgable and while my type of progressives is an older brand they didnt try to sell me on a new type. If it isnt broken...dont fix it they told me. I truly appreciated that.I will most certainly continue my eye care at this clinic.

My husband had a sliver of metal in his eye from a work accident. We called Meadows Family Eye with this emergancy and they got us in right away! The doctor had it out within 1 hour a of us calling. Amazing patient care. My husband was very nervous and he calmed him down right away. Made sure all other possible situations (other scratches and such) had not happened. We will be back for our family annual check ups. Patients for life!

Everyone here was welcoming to me on my first visit to this clinic. I had all of my questions answered, and didnt feel rushed at all.Fast forward to a year later, January 2021. Another wonderful visit. The front staff were all welcoming. Dr. Reid and his lab assistant answered all of my questions about the various tests and exam, and Riele went carefully through the new glasses selection process as well all of the insurance and various choices I had to make. Candice/Front desk was super thorough and helpful with tricky insurance and setting us up as a new client. Docs bedside manner was disappointing. I left confused after he answered my questions, even after asking to clarify again. I felt like he was more concerned with paying his bills than taking care of my sons eyes. My last doctor was much nicer and informative, but we moved. Alas.

Very friendly office and I was most impressed with Dr. Ryan Reid (his wife is also a doctor there). I havent had an eye exam in a long time and I was blown away with how much the technology has advanced. They have all of the latest testing equipment and I was able to see a 3D model of my eyes. It pretty cool! My exam was fast and thorough. Turned out I needed reading glasses and I was able to order them within minutes of my exam. Overall, a fast, friendly and efficient visit. I highly recommend this office for all of your vision needs.

The exam was thorough and had all of the newest technology, they dont use the air puff test for glaucoma which is great in my book... I hate that! Both times Ive gone in its been quick and Dr. Reid is very personable and my prescription has been perfect every time! He is super friendly and makes you feel right at home. They have a good selection of frames and I get my frames back in a week which is great. Its a small, cozy office and its easy to make an appointment fairly short notice given my schedule is not consistent. I have no complaints about this office or its staff and will definitely keep coming back!

My eye exam was great. Dr. Reid was friendly and explained everything, and showed me the images of my eyes pointing out where any abnormalities were or what others would look like. I needed glasses and the woman whom helped me find frames looked at my insurance benifits and helped me choose glasses and sunglasses that look great and fit my lifestyle. She made sure the frames I selected would be something I am fully comfortable in and steered me away from ones with nose pads as I am prone to placing my sunglasses on my head. Overall this was a great experience. I highly recommend if you are looking for an eye doctor in the area to come here.

My former optometrist stopped carrying my insurance. After seeing the high reviews Meadows Family Eye Care has, I thought Id give them a try. Im very pleased with the exam and the office staff. The only reason Im not giving 5 stars is because when I picked out prescription sunglasses, the gal who helped me choose neglected to make sure the ones I chose actually fit my face. When they came in and I wore them, they were swimming all over my face. I took them back and saw a different lady in the office who said that these were way too big for me. The arms (or temples) were way too long. I am exchanging them for a pair that fits much better, but to do so, I had to give up the 2-year warranty. I would have thought the first gal would have made sure of the fit the first time. ....After posting the prior review, Meadows Eye Care responded and are now going to extend the 2-year warranty. I changed my review to 5 stars. I am impressed with their customer care and taking ownership with my concerns.

OMG this is the most amazing medical office I have ever been to! Customer service is out of this world fantastic, Dr. Ryan Reid is not only an amazing eye doctor, hes incredibly knowledgeable in other areas of medicine. I have many medical issues and it can get pretty complicated being my doctor but Dr. Reid had it covered, no explanations, calls to my other doctors for info, no googling, he just knew exactly how to treat me. (even better, he talks to you like youre his mental equal. If you ask questions hes more than happy to explain things but he does not talk down to you like a lot of doctors tend to do) I am so thrilled with the service I received here. Not only is everyone smart, funny and extremely nice, but they really do treat you like family, they know you. I had been there once...almost a year ago!...prior to todays appointment, and right when I walk in Linda says Ah! You cut your hair! They asked about my husband, how my medical treatments were going, they remembered all the random details that I said to them nearly a year ago. They are all such amazing people. 10 out of 10... highly recommend this office...one of THE BEST doctors that I have ever been to with THE BEST office associates!

Everyone in this office is amazing. Their appointment times are convenient and they helped me find the perfect frames (including prescription sunglasses). I have never enjoyed getting an eye exam, but I am actually excited to see them every year!

From the first call through walking out the door with my new glasses, this office provided a smooth, professional and friendly experience. Dr Reid provided a thorough exam with a relaxed, but professional manner. Lorraine was most helpful and more than patient, as I selected my glasses. The selection of glasses is very good. All the office staff members are so very friendly helpful.

The doctor and the other associates here are all very helpful. The eye exam is always quick and easy. And they have a pretty good selection of frames. Its expensive.

I’m really impressed with this office. The woman at the front desk was super nice and helpful with my insurance information. Then I met with Dr. Ryan Reid. He took his time to listen to the issues I have had with my eyes since I had LASIK 10 years ago. He was honest and thorough in explaining what was going on with my eyes. At the end of the appointment, I met with Marissa for a glasses fitting and to talk about contacts. She explained what my insurance would and would not cover. All in all it was a great visit and I’m glad that I went.

Dr. Marianna Reid is amazing. She takes the time to answer all your questions, she is very thorough, kind and caring.

Friendly and upbeat staff! A lot of effort and energy put in to making sure you are taken care of! I came in for my first eye exam and was out within 30 minutes. I cant believe how bad my vision was! Got my new glasses within a week too. I would highly recommend Dr. Reid and his staff to all those looking for a place to get your eyes assessed.

The Doctors and staff here are excellent! Very attentive and great customer service. After my eye exam I had a funny bump on my eyelid. Dr Reid was able to identify an ingrown eyelash, which was removed with great care. I would highly recommend Meadows Family Eye Care to anyone.

Yesterday, I had my 2nd visit to the Meadows Family Eye Clinic and Im still amazed at how thorough and competent they are! Im a diabetic, so I have to be very careful about my eyes.At previous places, my eyes would need to be dilated and Id come out having to wear sunglasses - even in the house - because my pupils would be so large. At the Meadows Family Eye Care, theres no need for this because they use the latest technology that doesnt require it! Both Doctors show you the images they capture of your eyes and let you know if there is anything to worry about. They also explain things in common terms, rather than in scientific ones, to help you understand whats going on. By the way, I also want to mention that their Staff is extremely courteous and always a pleasure to deal with!My wife and I are thrilled with the service we get and have no plans to change Doctors. Kudos to everyone working in this practice!
