I’ve been seeing Dr Chad for almost 15 years because he listens, explains things very well, and his prescriptions have always been spot-on. I always feel like he’s entirely focused on me when I’m in the exam room, and the visits never seem rushed. I’m also confident that he’s up on the newest technology so he can provide the best care possible. His office staff is always friendly, efficient, and professional, no matter which office I’ve visited. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend altitude eye care in castle rock. Dr Goetz was awesome!!! He worked with me and made it possible for me to be able to wear contacts. My vision is so much better with it than glasses. He also worked with my daughter who is 6 yrs old. He was very patient and very knowledgeable. My experience at Altitude Eye was fantastic. The doctor listened to my concerns. I was provided a sheet about the prices for contacts. I was not aware how inexpensive they were getting them through Altitude. I had to verify the price three times to be sure I was reading it right.

Great experience at Altitude Eye Care. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The receptionist informed me what my share of the bill would be up front, and there were no surprises.The tech did not need to dilate my eyes due to their new machinery, which was really nice.I have had significant vision issues since birth, which presents a challenge to any eye doctor. The Altitude optometrist, Dr. Goetz, was able to identify a prescription that improved my vision significantly. And he did so without increasing the strength of the prescription but rather with a more precise astigmatism measurement. He explained everything really well and gave me 2 sensitivities of RX— one with 0.25 differences (the standard) and one with more precise measurements down to 0.01, which was better than any RX I’ve ever had. He shared the photos of my eyes, which most doctors do not do, and explained what he was looking for in the images. He was honest with me that I am not a good candidate for contacts.The frame sales woman was great, too. They have 1,400 frames and a special lower cost area, which is nice.Most highly recommend Altitude Eye Care!

Everyone was very helpful and I was in and out quickly for my eye appointment. I had to reschedule for an earlier appointment and the process was simple and easy. They even scheduled my next annual checkup after I was done. The only problem I had was with the network reception; there was none. It made getting my digital insurance cards a little difficult, but it should be an easy fix to set up a small guest network on top of their staff one.

Was able to get a same day appointment which was great, no problems with any of the exams and at the end i found out i got tested with some of the newest technology around right now so i ended up with two prescriptions because the machine uses different numbers then previously used for prescriptions. He also showed me pictures of what he saw when looking in my eye which Ive never got to see. All around a good experience.

Dr Goetz is a great eye Dr., they got me in very quickly and his staff are very friendly and professional, went back after a few weeks after getting my glasses to inquire about wearing contacts, I walked in, without an appointment and they were able to see me within 15 minutes. The young ladies whom have helped me choose my glasses were very patient and helpful., been going to lens crafter at park meadows mall for few years now, and they have expanded to castle rock, which is even more convenient since I work down the street from there new location!
