This place is a joke!!!! I went in for a routine cleaning last year (mind you I went to a previous dentist living in Australia and they didn’t say I needed any of the upcoming work) and they came back to claim I needed about 6 different procedures completed. Per their suggestions, I then had these procedures completed with the most recent back in March as a filling that needed to be “replaced”. Mind you, for me the tooth they replaced the filling on didnt have pain or wasnt an issue, I just had them do the work per their expertise. I now, 7 months later am having excruciating pain in that tooth and called to get it checked out. They now want to charge me again to see the doctor to get this tooth looked at telling me it’s been 7 months. So you’re telling me work shouldn’t last more than 7 months???? WHAT??? To say Im furious is an understatement and if I could deter 1 person from going to this con-artist I hope I save you the pain!!!

Front staff and hygenists are AMAZING!! Hubby had a great first appointment with them too. He had some issues going forward with the dentist about his crown replacement.

We love this dentist, they are friendly and make you feel like family. Theyve been incredibly patient with me throughout a rough recovery from a root canal and have come in to see me even on their day off. From the front staff (Devon at the front desk is a doll) to the hygienists to both dentists, they really are top notch 👌 best dentist in Castle Rock!

These people are The best! Genuinely professional, nice, thoughtful, and go out of their way to accommodate us. We moved an hour away with my teenage son still in braces, and sorry to say circumstances would come up which caused us to be late for our appointments 8/10 times. They’ve always taken care of him. Any other office would have felt the stress of his tardiness and rescheduled us.

The receptionist helped me fill out my forms, the other lady contacted my insurance and got it squared away...with no payment and she found our new ID # and printed a copy that tells us about pricing for other procedures. The hygienist did an excellent job and even got tartar off a back tooth that my last dentist didnt. Both Dentists came in and welcomed me and went over my x-rays. Love this place and the professionals that work there.

I have enjoyed my experience at Castle Valley Dental. The staff is always so polite, and they truly respect their patience. I am the type of person that doesnt buy in to all of the cosmetic improvements that some dentists push. Here, at Castle Valley, they dont push you in to things like that. They offer it, but they dont push it on you like others do. I am happy to be a patient of theres for the last few years now.

I was having discomfort with a tooth and didn’t have a dentist in town. They were able to get me in that day and was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dentist office. The staff were so friendly and personable. After just one visit, you could tell they are passionate and truly care about their patients.

Love the experience. Most of all I love the difference I see in my teeth as I get the care of my braces taken care of every 30 days. I have no complaints at all. They never over book and I never wait more than about 10 min - 15min before I am attended to.

We just brought our 3yr old down for a first dental appointment. This was more of an orientation than an actual cleaning. The staff went out of their way to make everything comfortable and fun so the next real appointments are less of a shock. It was very much appreciated.

CONFESSION: I havent (or I guess I should say hadnt!) been to the dentist in 6 years! I finally went because I have good insurance, and this place was great! My teeth are still perfect (never had a cavity!), so I cant speak to any major dental work, but for a good routine cleaning I found this office to be friendly, immaculately clean, and professional. Dr. Jamin Hauser was very personable and answered all of my questions. I deducted a star for two reasons: first, because their text reminder came only 1 hour before my appointment and I think it would be most helpful if it came 24 hours before, and second there was a lot of pressure to make my next appointment and warnings that I wouldnt be able to get in if I didnt do this before leaving. I dont know why that would be?! Im sure they do this because of people like me who are bad about getting their teeth cleaned in general, but I really didnt like it.

Every person that I encountered in the office was kind and professional. They explained everything to my understanding. Totally stress free environment. Great experience!

This is by far the best dental office I have been to. They were fantastic from the initial greeting to the x-rays, to the cleaning and the check up by Dr. Houser. Talk about a team that knows their way around the inside of a mouth. I was informed that I needed to wear a night guard to reduce my grinding and viola I am now wearing a night guard when I sleep. Definitely recommend over anyone in the area, hands down best dental experience!!!

Not professional. I would love to be able to rate this Dentist highly as the office staff is occasionally friendly, however I have had so many problems with this dentist office that I felt it necessary to alert other people. In the couple of years (off and on) I have seen them they have had more hygienists than I can count. Their staff has the highest turn over Ive ever seen in a medical office. The front desk staff is always different and each time I go in (twice a year) I have to completely update and fill out paper work all over again. So frustrating. They are not good at keeping records. Three out of the four times I have been in recently they havent had me in the appointment book and I was sent home; I wrote it down each time when I was in the office so I know I had scheduled the appointment. Last month I called to schedule an appointment and they never called me back and then called a week later and said I had missed an appointment that day. This could have been avoided with a phone call back to me. The disorganization in the office is beyond believable. The dentist does adequate work but Im not convinced it is worth the hassle. At one point I had work done with a new dentist simply because the rates at this office were so high. My new dentists office is so much more efficient and the atmosphere is much nicer there. I have only continued with this office because I am on a special program that I prepaid for, and I want to utilize it. Once its over, I am permanently changing.

I grew up with an amazing dentist; however, when I moved away from my hometown I struggled to find another dentist who equals what I had. For many years I went to many dentists until I found Dr. Houser and his team at Castle Valley Dental. They have always been honest, kind & amazing, the same thing I grew up with. I have once again found a wonderful dentist who I know has my best interest at heart.

I appreciate the 7am appointment time. I’ve gotten right in and out by 8am every appointment. Everyone is friendly and efficient, and they don’t push up sells you don’t need.

Lost my business because they charged me $50.00 for my son missing an appointment he didnt know about. When I called, they didnt make it right then sent my son a collection notice. Plenty of compassionate dentists around dedicated to customer service, Ill find one of them.

I am a newer client of CVD. Two days ago Dr. Jamin Houser put on a temp crown to replace an old broken one. I am a veterinarian, and tonight during a very intimate and crucial moment with a patient my entire tooth dislodged from my mouth. Initially I was very upset, and assumed that Dr. Jamin had done too much prep work and caused the fracture. I will do what most reviewers do not do and admit that I was less than kind and understanding to his on call assistant, Emily, who was the consummate professional through each of our after hours calls. I was also completely wrong. I would not have been as nice to me as Emily was. Dr. Jamin met me after hours at 10pm. He did an absolutely amazing job fixing the tooth that broke, through no fault of his own, but was probably the original crown prep or just years of neglect. Regardless of the cause, he came up with a late night solution that was better than the original...and I am forever grateful. I didn’t deserve the gold star treatment that I received, but they gave it anyway. This is a family owned practice, not a big corporate conglomerate - and I am happy to support them. This is our family dentist for life. Absolutely the best quality medicine and the most wonderful people I’ve ever encountered. I’m honored to remain a patient of theirs, though I may not deserve it. Replaced a crown. They were great

First off, there are quite a few dental offices in and around Castle Rock- can be an overwhelming search. Nonetheless, Im glad we picked Castle Valley for our family. Its right in downtown, in a small plaza. It can be sometimes hard to find just off the road, but luckily the speed limit is slow enough (35mph) to figure it out without disrupting traffic.Dont let the exterior fool you. Their office/waiting are is very cozy; reception staff is very kind and efficient. They have colorful lounge type chairs for patients. There is a wide screen HDTV there too for little ones to watch animations.The patient rooms are semi-private - as with all dentists. The space is very well maintained and clean. They have state of the art radiography technology and also clear camera equipment for close-up dental pics for patients to see. When laying flat for procedures, you can view the Flatscreen TVs running documentaries from Netflix- which is a good distraction.Now the staff- Hygienist/assistants and Drs themselves are very kind and informative. I was impressed with their professionalism and efficiency.I would definitely recommend them to anyone new to the area or thinking about switching dentists.

Relatively new to the Denver area, I hadnt found a dentist that I was overly impressed with until now. I broke my front crown and needed a temp urgently! Jamin and the team at Castle Valley Dental did a phenomenal job of getting me in right away, building a great temporary crown on the spot, and now a new beautiful permanent front tooth. It looks and feels great. I highly recommend their dental services and appreciate their professionalism. Thank you!!!

I most of the staff there and the dentists are very cordial and they provide good service. However, when it comes to emergencies needs theyve fallen flat. In the past year weve had 4 occasions where we needed urgent attention to address issues with veneers, crowns and a crown that was damaged by the dentist. In each and every case it has take 5 or more days for us to be seen. In two of the cases we had to endure pain and a crown so jagged I had to stuff cotton balls in my mouth for 4 days to prevent it from cutting my tongue.Today, a Thursday morning, is the last straw. My wife needed attention for a veneer on her front tooth and none of the dentists are in, rather theyre practicing in another office in Colorado Springs. Next chance to be seen is in 5 days.They also cannot or will not recommend any other dentist in Castle Rock for urgent care.I sorry, but this group just isnt capable of providing the level of service that my family needs.

There was a substitute, nice guy, but only 20 minutes was spent in actual cleaning for a one hour appointment.

Very professional staff with modern amenities and dental practices. They do a great job assessing your dental needs and priorizting the work needs to get done. Just had a crown replaced $300appx and everything went very well. They offer 7% off your bill if you pay in advance, which I did. After everything was done I received bill for $15 in the mail. I feel a little nickel and dimed on that move. Was hoping they would be true to the cost estimate. It doesnt seem appropriate to tack on a little more after they have been paid and the work was within the scope of what was agreed to. Just my opinion and I overall like them as my dentist and will keep going there

Dr. Houser and his staff are awesome. I have had a couple of occasions to need emergency work done, and Dr. Houser was always flexible to fit me in with my travel schedule. He even met me at his office on a Sunday evening to fix a broken veneer. They have the most modern equipment and capabilities. Ive had both regular dentistry and cosmetic work done and the results have been fantastic. I highly recommend them!
