I recently started coming to this dentist and I really liked it, it is very clean, very well organized, the staff is amazing and I received very good attention, also I didn’t have to wait to long to get an appointment. I will definitely be coming back for further appointments. I even had my husband make an appointment for a filling and they took him in right away. Way to go dentistry at happy canyon!!!!

The hygienist here did not get vaccinated and now refuses to disclose her vaccination status. This is fully within her rights, but it is also within the customers right to take their business to a dentist that cares about the health of his/her patients. Many people are losing their jobs because of their political desire to fight this vaccine and I am firing this dentist.

I came in completely shot in the dark looking for a new dentist. I had recently chipped my front tooth pretty badly. I reached out and they were able to schedule me in same day which is awesome. After a pretty quick set of X-rays and examination, they promptly fixed my tooth up same visit. It looks perfect; I can’t even tell that it was ever chipped. Great dentistry. Super friendly staff. And great customer service!

Being new to the area and needing to find a dentist, I Googled and read reviews. Dr. Haws and his team were nearby, which was nice, but the great reviews were what made me opt for Dentistry at Happy Canyon. I just got home from my first appointment and I want to say, I am impressed! The rave reviews are well deserved. Dr. Haws, Stacia and Debbie are all very good at what they do, very professional as well as very personable and compassionate. And - they go above and beyond like I’ve never seen at any dentist’s office (and rarely any place of business)! No one loves going to the dentist, but these folks will quickly make you comfortable and confident in their abilities. I feel lucky to have found a dental office I will stick with so soon after settling in Castle Rock.

I love this place! My family and myself have gone here for years, even been through a change in dentist and can honestly say I loved the last one but the new doc is even better. The hygienist is so meticulous and really cares about her patients needs.

Our 17 year old was incredibly nervous about having her wisdom teeth taken out. Dr. Haws & his entire staff was so gentle and caring and really took their time making her as comfortable as possible. I’m so grateful to have my children in such sweet care. Thank you all!

I have an irrational fear of dental offices and dentistry work in general. I went in to be seen for a tooth ache today and I canMt say enough good things about Lizzy, the dental assistant. She was calm, reassured me, validated my feelings and made her portion of my appointment a relatively calm one. I wanted to be sure to take the time to give her a shout out. She is good at what she does!

Such a great dental experience! I have really sensitive teeth and dread the dentist as a result. My hygienist Kimmy was the best I’ve ever had; she was careful but thorough and so knowledgeable. She and the dentist recommended some things to me I had never considered and educated me on various aspects of my mouth health and overall health that I really appreciated. I’ll absolutely be back and refer everyone I know!

I was very impressed by the staff and office when I visited yesterday. I have a lengthy and sort of complicated dental history, and I felt my concerns were taken into consideration as the hygienist and dentist were visiting with me, and when my treatment plan was presented.I was a little concerned about how treatment costs would compare at this office to others, given the location and how nice the office is. I was happy that the treatments I was offered were fairly priced given the level of professionalism presented.I look forward to having my needed dental work done by this team.

I don’t even know where to start, Dr. Haws and Stacia have been tuning me up, I’ve had quite I bit done in the past few weeks and got a ways to go, but down to the root canal, and going in to have an emergency pull on a back molar, it’s all been pretty easy, zero pain, and they are so nice! I had my mouth wedged open for quite a while on one visit, Dr. Haws gave me a jaw massage when I told him it was getting uncomfortable, I mean... who else would do that?! Stacia is super sweet, and good at making sure everything is set properly before leaving. I hope I stick around the area for a while and get all my work done with these guys.

I began coming to Dentistry at Happy Canyon in 2017, but most recently Ive needed several invasive procedures, and I really couldnt be happier with my experience with this practice. Going to the dentist can be stressful and/or scary, even if its just for a cleaning. However, I have had consistently great experiences, even while aggressively working through an extensive care plan, including root canals (yes, canals plural), crowns, and fillings. Because of this, I have to say, this office is truly exceptional. Its been very difficult to find a provider I am comfortable with since my family dentist retired in 2016, so again, I feel super lucky to have found them - especially considering all I did was search dentist offices on Google in my vicinity that accept my insurance! Thanks for everything!

Dr Haws was amazing. I came in for a root canal and he took the time to make sure it was done right sitting and working on me for 3 hours. Tooth feels great and he did an amazing job. If you are looking for a dentist I would recommend Dr Haws.

I had such a good experience here. I’ve been coming here on and off for years- and this office gets better every time! The hygienist I had (Kimmie) was SO friendly, thorough, and took time to really get to know me and the type of cleaning I was looking for. She was sweet and easy to talk to. I’m terrified of the dentist. My fear has prevented me from seeking much needed oral care. I honestly think that ended today at Dentistry At Happy Canyon. I’ve never had such excellent care during a dental visit.I didn’t pass out, and I didn’t jump up and run, (yes, I’ve done these things in the past) instead I had a comprehensive visit, and I can’t wait to start treatment.

I cannot say enough nice things about this practice. I hadnt been to a dentist in over 2 decades and had severe anxiety about it. They have been supportive and nonjudmental from the start. Debbie was so kind when I first called to make an appointment and told me the process for getting some medication to help with my anxiety. At my first appointment they went over what needed to be done to get my oral health on track and they were supportive about making it happen in a way that kept me comfortable. Today I had my deep clean and all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed under conscious sedation. It was a great experience and I know if I had been with them when I was younger I wouldnt have developed the fear of the dentist I did. I will be recommending this practice to everyone I can.

Went for my first appointment today. The office staff are very nice and friendly. The office was immaculate. I did receive some tough news to swallow at the office, but they were so sweet about it and are doing everything they can to get my oral health back on track.Also I just love Kimmie! Shes the hygienist, shes amazing!

Staff very nice and knowledgeable. They take time to explain how to keep teeth healthy. Only complaint is that it takes 6 wks to get appt and I only know my work schedule 3-4 weeks in advance so I often have to reschedule my original 6 mo appt. They do have a cancellation list so I can usually get in before 6 weeks.

Had my first visit today and it was very thorough, professional and friendly. My hygienist, Laura, gave me the best dental cleaning Ive had in a long time, while ensuring that I was comfortable throughout. I had a long discussion with the dentist who came up with 3 choices of treatment and at no time did I feel under pressure to make a quick decision- unusual in a healthcare business these days.

Dr Haws is the best dentist I’ve seen in 20 years and I’m 26 yrs old. I have had countless dental problems and procedures since I was a child and seen several dentists in the past two decades. I was shaking I was so scared when I went in yesterday to get one of my molars removed. Dr Haws and the staff were extremely gentle, kind, and very patient with me. It was a completely painless and timely procedure. I will be seeing him for the remainder of my dentistry needs. I highly recommend this dentistry office.

The dentist was very helpful and good but I was wrongfully charged for a missed appointment that I was not even unaware of. They said they Texted and Emailed me and none of my information was correct that they even had in their system yet Debbie at the front desk knowingly still charged me even after changing the Information in her system. They scheduled me for a cleaning that I was completely unaware of and charged me $50 for it. I do not recommend going to them and be careful if you decide to, they could easily do the same to you without your knowledge. I will not be returning to a money hungry business that is that unprofessional.

Im a local small business owner who, in spite of working hard, am on medicaid (and have been for a couple years while my family and I make ends meet). I have a college degree, a wife, and two small kids. However, I felt like a second class citizen in the hands of this dentist. My first visit was fine; I hadnt seen a dentist in quite awhile (~5 years) and had some cavities and old fillings that needed to be replaced. My second visit was awful; the dentist used far too much anesthesia and my eye lid was numb, as was the whole left side of my face for well over 4 hours; the young dental hygienist must have been new or possibly still in training, because I had my mouth cramped open for over an hour for 2 fillings and a replacement, and my teeth still werent setting properly, after biting the blue wax paper, grinding, and repeating over and over. When I got out my teeth were so sharp I was cutting my tongue on them. There was also a huge gap between my teeth that food constantly got stuck in. Having to push it out repeatedly cut my tongue. I complained about this on the 3rd visit, where I once again got the dreaded overdose of anesthetic, and the same beginner hygienist, and shoddy work from the dentist, whom attempted to fill the gap on the prior botched job. After he left, the woman continued to destroy the bottom half of my mouth on the same side, leaving them sharp as ever, and now a new gap on the bottom for food to get stuck in and for me to cut my tongue on. Lastly, as she was pulling the rubber dam out from being wedged between my rear teeth, I heard/felt a pop, and then heard an, Oops, from the hygienist. Looks like part of one of your old fillings attached to your tooth cracked and came out with the dam. The dentist came in, took one look at it, and said, and I quote, Oh, your insurance isnt going to cover that. They then did a thin filling to cover the old cavity, advised me it might last a couple months, and said, basically, good luck with that.As I said, I suspect the dentist put the new person on me because I had medicaid, then, when my tooth broke due to their service, scooted me out the door as fast as possible and claimed they werent at fault. I dont have enough time or money to take this jerk to small claims court. Hes obviously in it for the money (or perhaps the women, as my wife, a thin pretty blonde, had a completely different experience! Imagine!) I feel this review will do nicely to show his true character. I have now purchased my own dental insurance just because of this incident, and I will never again, under any circumstances, set foot in this practice or allow this man to get a dime more of my benefits. I hope he goes out of business and has to move to Kansas.

I have taken my son there twice so far. He loved his cleaning. the hygienist is soon nice! She was great at talking to him about brushing and flossing. He was so happy he is still talking about getting his teeth cleaned. We had to go back because my son had a lose baby tooth that was bothering him. Dr. Rayl eased his mind and my lil guy was very happy. All the staff was very friendly. We will be returning. Very happy we found this dental office.

I have a super high anxiety when it comes to the dentist. My words cannot express what a wonderful place this is and I definitely cannot give this staff the praise it deserves. Our teeth cleanings with Pam are great too! Angel the assistant to Dr. Rayl makes you feel so comfortable. Kathy,the office manager,makes our treatment programs affordable as well. We could not be happier with our end results and we are very pleased with all that Dr. Rayl and his staff has done for us. Both my husband and I laughed because we actually enjoy going to the dentist because of how much they care about our teeth!
