I was very dissatisfied with the experience I received from Clocktowers dentist, Austin Davis. This was my first filling done and looking back at what happened today I feel very uncomfortable. As soon as I walked through the doors for the appointment, I was instantly numbed, injected, and drilled on. There was practically ZERO information given to me prior to the procedure. I firmly believe it is a doctors responsibility to fully inform a patient on a medical procedure beforehand. I felt very rushed into it. There was no notice given to me on what medications I would be injected with, what the potential risks would be, what material of the filling would be put in my mouth, how long the filling would last or what aftercare/recovery would look like. I was not told if I would have any sort of follow up xray or not. After the procedure was finished, I had an excruciating headache and my neck and face felt so painful and unmovable, which was something I was completely unaware could happen since I was also not told what recovery would look/feel like. At this point I do not intend on renewing my yearly plan with this company. This has shown me why people are hesitant to go to dentists. People want a dentist that makes them feel safe and comfortable, not one like Austin Davis who didnt take 2 minutes to explain anything but immediately starts drilling.

This is by far the BEST dental office I have ever been to! The doctors and staff are a great team and you can tell they care about their patients and do top notch dentistry! Thanks Dr. Jon for getting me out of pain.

The staff and dentist at klochtar are phenomenal I have never had a bad dental hygienist very very good that dentists are carrying and compassionate would highly recommend this practice to anyone especially if youre a little hesitant to go to a dentist OK

My first crown and I LOVE IT! In and out in two hours. You need these people in your life. I now look forward to going to dentist! GO HERE!

This practice is very good and thorough. Everyone is super friendly and they do a fantastic job of showing and explaining whats going on with your teeth. Apparently I have deep molars which makes them susceptible to cavities (didnt have any yet) so they advised I get them filled, which I did. Becca did the fillings and its almost like theyre not even there! Dr Alex is great too!

Today I went to Clock Tower Family Dental for the third appointment in the last 4 days. Im one of those people that hates the dentist, and didnt go for about ten years. Well, that cant go on forever so I decided to bite the bullet and get caught up on things. Turns out I needed a thorough deep cleaning and several other things. I was not berated for my past decisions (had been at other dentists) and the entire staff I interacted with were extremely pleasant and professional. Ive now had two of three cleaning appointments and despite me being a huge pansy when it comes to pain, they were both a walk in the park. My hygienist Victoria is amazing (I told her I thought she was a Magician!) and puts up with all of my nervous chatter. More importantly, ZERO PAIN!!!! Ive now gone from hating the dentist with the fire of a thousand suns to looking forward to my next appointment. If you need a dentist and are afraid or dont want to go, you need to give Clock Tower a shot- I sincerely doubt you will be disappointed!

I was able to get a same day appointment booking online. And they accepted my insurance. I feel like everyone was so polite and kind and really took time to talk with me and they weren’t pushy about getting a lot of work done. I am pleasantly surprised because I hate the dentist but overall a great experience. Will be back.

I was truly impressed to find a Dentist that cares enough about me to provide services that will fit my budget. I have had very bad experiences with other Dentist, I was skeptical about trying again. Dr. Jon stepped right into some work started by another Dentist, that went out of business and left me with a procedere that is uncompleted. It’s been a little while since I have been to the dentist, for many reasons. Even with the changes of Covid I was welcomed with a friendly greeting and taken back for my appointment quickly. Sarah, the dental hygienist was very nice and made me feel like I had been coming to them for years. She explained everything that she was doing and my teeth felt great after a cleaning. After that I met with Dr. Jon and he was also very nice and professional. We talked about a plan to fix the couple areas I needed help with and was very accommodating. Highly recommend! They were able to get me in super quickly for a cleaning and exam that worked with my schedule. Everyone was very friendly and professional. They even made it work for me to get back in for the work I needed done in the same day (since they had a cancellation) and I was very grateful for that so I did not have to take another day off of work. I really appreciate their hard work and willingness to be so accommodating.

My family has been going to Clocktower for years and always have a great experience! They take their time with the cleaning and seem to be very thorough, yet so gentle. My last dentist quite literally left a bad taste in my my mouth. This one was much better and it lasted no longer than 40 minutes and I out as quickly as I came in. Quick and to the point, with little in the way of pain

I’ve been a patient here for over five years. My experience here has always been great. Unfortunately, I’ve required a bit of dental work over the years, but Clocktower has made this as good of an experience as you possibly can. Their work is quality and they are very ethical. Jeremy is friendly and always does great work.

I was seen in July of 2020 for a filling. The filling experience was great even though I had to pay out of pocket with two insurances. The first time they filed the claim they filed it without the primary EOB. I called them and let them know and they refiled it. Fast forward to December 11 2020. I was seen again for a cleaning. It was at this time that I spoke with someone in billing. I was told that I needed 2 crowns and each crown would be 321.00ish. I then asked if the previous over payment could be applied to it. The billing representative stated that would work, but she would need the secondary EOB from my July appointment to see how much was left over. I emailed her the EOB on that Friday and then called on Monday the 14th. I confirmed Clock Tower received the EOB, my appointment for December 18 20 and that I would use the over payment from the July date of service would be used for the crown on December 18 2020. On December 18 2020 I show up at the office with the remainder of the 321.00ish in cash to pay for the crown. I then informed of the front desk representative of the previous arrangement that was made twice only to find out that on December 15 2020 the overpayment was sent back to me causing me to be approx 150.00 short at the time of service.In all fairness I will say that my previous appointments were great. This particular one I was pretty unhappy.

Sarah is the best hygienist I have ever had! She is always thorough and informative before, during and after my visit. She always goes above and beyond to make sure I have a great experience. Our entire family was going to this dentist. I had regular cleanings every three months. I guess my wife had an issue during one of her visits and ended up writing a review unbeknownst to me. The dentist made a comment that made her feel like he was looking down at her or something like that. They called me 2 days before my appointment and told me they needed to reschedule me, they never called back and a week or two later I learned about her review. Very poor way to handle a negative review from a customer. You would think that most businesses would at least call the person who wrote the review and find out what happened. Nothing from them. Guess they have enough business to not need ours. Im actually glad because I ended up going to Red Hawk dental and Dr. Ochoa is amazing. Night and day difference with how he treats his patients.

Having my teeth cleaned by Sarah is the best. Currently, they are taking a lot of precautions re COVID-19. Having an air filter in the room was an added bonus and I felt quite comfortable during the whole experience.

Everyone in the office is nice and welcoming. The cleanings are quick and painless. The in-house insurance is a lifesaver, since I’m in grad school and do not have dental insurance. I highly recommend this practice for reliable, affordable dental care!

Small touches like TVs to watch while youre in the chair make the experience more enjoyable and the time goes by faster. Dr. John went through my Xrays with me to explain what his recommendations were in a way that I could understand. Paperwork was quick. Glad I made the switch and would recommend to others in Castle Rock area.

I randomly came across this dentist. I was amazed by their staff and how friendly everyone was and how they seemed to really care. Our world is so fast paced and it seems like doctors especially are always quick to push you out the door so they can see the next patient. But, I was amazed how no one seemed rushed and legitimately took the time to listen to my concerns and were friendly doing it. In addition, they offered ways to help me along the process with the work I need done financially. In fact, it was so bizarre it almost put me to tears... Happy tears. This was definitely an experience with some awesome people. Walking out of there just feels refreshing in so many ways. Not only good business, but genuine good people!

As someone that hates and fears going to the dentist I can highly recommend this dentist. I had not been to the dentist in 15 years and went in when a tooth broke. They did an amazing job with cleaning and fixing the broken tooth. Didnt lecture or feel like I just left the mechanic. Gave me several options for treatment and what would work best with my insurance.

When my son was 2 and went to the dentist for the first time he was really nervous. They made it a great experience for him each time and now he’s five and loves going to see them. He genuinely enjoys his check-ups and it has helped with his dental hygiene at home. I have always had a great experience with the hygienists- they are all personable and skilled. This dental group is fantastic! I was able to get an emergency dental appointment within 2 hours of calling. I had a severe toothache. I am also terrified of dentists due to past experiences, but they were so gentle and soothing. The dentist actually took a lot of time talking to me and explaining everything in great detail. The were very accommodating in every aspect. I highly recommend going to them. In fact, this will be my new dentist and I have already scheduled my next appointment for a routine cleaning.

Ive had several dentist in the last couple years due to moving around a lot, so was not looking forward to trying to find another one that meets my standards as Ive had lots of dental work in the past, but was thoroughly impressed with my cleaning and the knowledge of the hygienist. When my regular dentist was closed on a Friday I did some research to find a highly rated dentist to see me same day for a painful tooth. Dr. Cardon was amazing! Catie was also very friendly!! The Doctor did a thorough check up and let me know that I had injured my tooth but it should recover on its own. Thank you!!

She made my teenager feel completely at ease, and went above and beyond to explain the high technology procedure of making the crown onsite. She even let us in on the behind the scenes process. I have been going to Clocktower dental for over 10 years. Always a joy. Priced just right. Good cosmetic work as well. Did the anti-snoring mouthpiece. Couldn’t sleep without it now.

I cannot say enough good things about this place but then again Ive only been there once.I brought in a patient who was extremely scared of the dentist and their oral health. The staff and doctor went above and beyond to put him at ease.The receptionist had to do a lot of leg work to find our insurance, we brought in the wrong information but that didnt delay our care. I was so grateful to her for looking for it and printing it off.While waiting for by partner i chatted with staff including the receptionist who was so friendly. The waiting area was clean drinks were offered and they were very tolerable of my hyper son.Lastly I saw the practice fit a mother in for her cleaning that was due just because the daughter was there. This was unprovoked by the patient. The receptionist noticed there was a need and solved it.Great staff and amazing doctors.

The staff was extremely efficient and took care of me immediately. Every procedure was carefully explained and they were very thorough. When I met with Dr. Cardon my treatment options were explained succinctly and I felt like I knew exactly what I was getting, and what work I needed to get done. I LOVE this Dentist(DR John) is awsome!!!!I waited 10 years to go to the dentist after a bad experience in Calif. the staff and Dr John were so nice and understanding,I did need the deep cleaning of my gums which I did ,they were so nice and gentle with the whole visits Then I have had a cap on my front tooth I have hated for 12 years looked horrible where I did not smile much did not match my other teeth at all But Dr John to the rescue I was explained what I could do to replace and fix that ugly tooth along with a couple more upper teeth to make my smile much better No pressure i decided to do some work to make my mouth look better not only is my mouth healthier and looks better i feel better and will be smiling a lot more from now on.I would recommend Clock Tower dental to anyone and the Bonus is,it never was painful for any part of my dental work I am one Happy Patient Thank You so much again Dr John and the wonderful staff

This was my first visit. I reviewed a number of dentists in Castle Rock and their hours. Clock Tower had the hours I needed. They made me feel right at home from the second I walked in. Everyone was very professional and they are simply nice people. The one thing I liked is that they are all about preventative care, in other words, they didnt push any extra dental work on me, rather they simply explained what the current situation was and stated that if anything needed further attention, theyd let me know immediately and that they would watch things that we discussed this session. I liked that a lot. They even had a prepared bill review so that we would know exactly what we would pay should we decide to get any work done by the end of the year. I never felt any pressure from anyone, simply a concern to treat me well and keep my teeth looking their best. It was a really nice visit.I will be back.

My husband’s employer switched insurance and we didn’t double check. We assumed and went in for cleaning. Afterwards the office found out that they are not covered in network, and graciously waived the charges. We truly appreciate their offer and will try to switch coverage next year and go back to their practice. Great office, doctors, and staff.
