Everyone I met there was very pleasant and polite. The equipment to collect and display images to me helped significantly in understanding the proposed procedures. The explanation of benefits and costs was as clear as Id had from anywhere in the past. Exceptionally pleased with my visit and will definitely refer my wife and anyone who mentioned they need a dentist in the area.

My husband and I moved here from Colorado Springs. Castle Rock Modern Dentistry was referred to me by my previous dentist. The staff here is amazing! They’re friendly from the time you walk in and work very hard at making you feel at ease, during your entire visits. I mean who doesn’t love to laugh, especially when you’re at the dentist? He addressed my questions and concerns with patience, and when I received the pricing for my filling, it was very reasonable. The filling was done quickly and, to my disbelief, with no discomfort. Ive had a decent amount of poor dental work done (at a different office) in the last year, and this team has been so helpful in correcting and treating my previous bad dentistry. They also have done excellent work on the new issues that have sprung up in the last few months!They walked me through every step of the procedure(s) I needed, and worked to find a solution that was best for me while maintaining the integrity of my teeth. They also offer same-day services for fillings, onlays/inlays, and crowns, which is a huge deal to me – no more temporary dentistry while you wait for something to be made somewhere else, only to HOPE it works out when its ready.I feel like the whole team at Castle Rock Modern Dentistry has their patients best interests at heart, and for something as important as dentistry, its very reassuring to know that Im in good hands!

Dr Harward is so easygoing and really great at what he does. I have previously had very negative experiences with dental work, but he has proven that quality dentists are out there! If you are a person who has a lot of nerves/anxiety surrounding the dentist, then this is the place for you! They did all they could to make me feel comfortable and relaxed as I had around 3 hours worth of dental work done this morning. Dr. Harward and his assistant, Andrice, were very calming and even had me laughing throughout the work.In addition, when discussing my treatment options, Dr. Harward was very thorough going over the pricing and longevity of different plans.All of the staff from front desk, to x-rays to hygienists were incredibly friendly.If I could give them 10 stars I would!

Dr. Hayward is a great dentist. He takes time to explain procedures before any work is done. He has seen me in an emergency situation and treated me the same day. Andrice is extremely friendly and constantly checking on the clients to make sure they are comfortable. I was constantly updated on wait times, what to expect during my appointment, and after care. These two have made me a loyal client of their dental clinic.

Very friendly and competent staff that ensured my comfort was their top priority. I have avoided dentist offices for the last several years, after repeated negative experiences, and I can tell you I had zero jitters upon entering their door as its a very warm and welcoming place. Everyone was very patient, kind, supportive, and knowledgeable. I cant explain it but they make you feel like youre the most important person to them when youre sitting in that chair. I have experienced Anxiety in Ohio, Florida, and now have finally found a Dentist who understands and has sympathy for making me feel totally comfortable and pain free for each Appointment here in Castle Rock, Co. He is calm, answers all of my questions and concerns in a respectful manner, and takes his time making sure that I know exactly what he is doing, in advance. His work is perfection and he is honest, sincere, and demonstrates KINDNESS over and above! His Assistant, Andrice, was also very kind, funny, interested in my well-being, and took extra precautions to make sure that I had a positive experience. My daughter, Aubry, goes here and they are absolutely wonderful with her. Being 7, the dentist can be scary but they were so kind and not judge mental at all that she hadn’t been to the dentist since before quarantine.

Dentists these days are such scam artists. I went in for a routine cleaning and they started recommending all kinds of other stuff. They did show me that one tooth needed to have an old filling removed and do a crown but they wanted to extract a tooth next to it saying it would make it ‘easier’ to get to. I asked if it was necessary or was it just to make it easier for them. I couldn’t get a straight answer. They quoted me $2600 (AFTER insurance) for the project. I decided to shop around dentists and found another MUCH better solution. Lone Tree Modern Dentist confirmed I needed a crown but even laughed when I told them about the extraction and said it wasn’t necessary. They did the crown for $760. Expensive, sure, but far better than $2600! If I stayed at this scam dentist, I’d come out minus one tooth and $2000.

Ill be honest, I was so embarrassed and terrified about getting work done after 10 years of no maintenance. This entire office is AMAZING. From the front office, to the assistants to the xray lady to the cleaner lady with the calming voice and then last but not least, TO DR. HOUSE BEING IN THA HOUSE. They make you feel like a real person with fears and concerns, but alleviate those like a leaf in the wind. Especially with COVID, I have never WANTED to go to the dentist until I came here. They are safe, great and what they do and real, genuine, down to Earth individuals that just want you to feel comfortable and welcome to come address your dental health. Please come visit them and give them a chance to become a part of your family, its worth it. Side Note: They wont think you are weird if you accidentally lick their fingers while doing work on you! Lol.

I am a dental assistant for Dr. Linda at this office, and this is the best job I have ever had. It’s such a good feeling to have when I walk into work every day, knowing that I’ve got a strong team that works great together. Dr. Linda is an incredible doctor, I’m so proud to work for her. Her and the other assistant I work with, Nadine, makes work enjoyable, but it’s also great knowing we’re helping all the kiddoes with their teeth and making sure they enjoy coming to the dentist. I have the misfortune of having had several dental concerns over the past year. I have seen Dr. Harward and Ashley (hygienist) the most frequently along with the front office staff and they are all amazing! I love the convenience of one stop shopping for all dental needs as I have also been treated by a periodontist Dr. Hong at this location. This clinic far surpasses my prior dental clinics. They are extremely sensitive to pain management and patient care. I will never go elsewhere! Thank you to the entire team!!

Our family of 6 have been clients here for a few years. The ladies at the front desk are super sweet. I really like my kids dentist. I agree with other reviewers though that it feels like there is always a sales pitch. They tried convincing me that $350 to get a deep cleaning done was better than my original $700 quote from old insurance, but the $350 was for only the bottom row, the $700 was for my whole mouth. I see that as the same price. I also received a bill in the mail a couple of years ago that I couldnt understand what it was for. I called for an explanation and they said not to worry about it, that they would write it off. It just seemed fishy. They wouldnt tell me what it was for. I do think that they do take very good care of your mouth. They know what they are doing. I have never experienced pain or anything. Sometimes it just feels like a money making scam. We are considering moving dentists.

We had the most awful experience with our childs Ortho at Castle Rock Modern Dentistry! Beware and do your research, their office isnt worth the time or money! Trust me. From the lack of knowledge and respect from the doctor, to the rude office manager, it doesnt get much worse! We pulled our daughter and got a second opinion and are finally at a real office. I hope others dont make the same mistake we did!

I have been going to Dr. Harwood for about 3 years now. He is very professional and makes sure the best treatment is done. He doesnt suggest treatments that dont need to be done. I have had cleanings all the way to a implant done at the office and feel that the whole office has my best interest always 1st. I would recommend this office from children to grandparents. The office crew is always friendly and attentive to your needs.

As Dr. Harward’s patient since he opened the practice and his Lead Dental assistant I can attest for his quality of work and great knowledge for dentistry. He has never been pushy and he is always understanding about personal budget situations. I am so glad I can support him as an employee and that I know the treatment done on me was precise.

This is a one of kind office! Dr. Harward is very knowledgeable and puts me at ease. I know he has my best interest in mind at all times. The staff is the same way!!! My whole family of 4 comes here for our dentistry! I just recently had my cleaning and was able to get a couple of fillings done all in the same visit!! Ive never been able to do that anywhere else! Ive always had to make multiple appointments to get everything done at my past dentist offices. The hygienist, Ashley, was very thorough and gave me options Ive never been given before for my oral health. Dr. Harward completed my fillings with precision with no adjustments needed. That is hard to do because I am very particular. They have everything you need under one roof! How convenient!! These days, that is priceless! I highly recommend this office for your entire family!

We moved to Castle Rock four years ago. Found this credible dentist and team. Dr. Harward is attentive and excellent in his care. He points out options but is never pushy. They are always glad to work with you in financing the care and I HIGHLYHIGHLY rec them to anyone.

Front Desk Staff is only friendly when they dont have to work. Manager of the officer never follows through with anything she says shell do. Love the orthodontist am trying to hang in there to finish my daughters braces but have taken my business for everything routine else where for me and my family. We have been patients for a number of years but I refuse to give businesses my money that refuse to be kind and at the least do their jobs. Staff changes has really hurt the business. Used to really like this place.

I have never wanted to go to a dentist more in my life than I did when I started working for Dr. Harward. I havent seen many dentist in my life due to anxiety of going. However when I met Dr. Harward I knew at that moment I wanted to work for him as well as be a patient. He is kind and compassionate. He takes his time and listens to you. He is very trust worthy and takes care of his patients. The staff is amazing. They are sweet and kind averted people. I love being here, its the best dentist office Ive been to and the best job Ive ever had.

The staff is amazing!

I was told I could get nitrous oxide during a root canal and get a temporary crown in the same day and pre-paid for everything. On the day of my appointment I was told by the endodontists assistant that they did not use nitrous oxide. After getting the root canal without the nitrous oxide Id paid for, I was told I would have to make another appointment to get a temporary crown. I refused and could tell that the staff wanted to start their weekend early (it was 3pm on a Friday) and that I was getting in the way. I left with my $40 nitrous fee refunded, a temporary crown and a migraine caused by all the pain and anxiety. I wont be returning.

Dr harwood is great. Brie at the front office is completely rude. I went with silver fillings over the composite because it was 10 times cheaper, and that pissed her off. She didn’t even give me the option, I had to bring it up to her. She was not courteous or professional in my opinion. But that’s what I get for having the cheap insurance plan. Dr Harwood is great though.

Would never go anywhere else again. Taking very good care of their clients is a understatement, going above and beyond is what they do for you.Not greedy and honest also defines them.I and my family is in the best of hands and even if your budget is tite and you need help, they are acomodating and kind.Rare to find these days, anywhere and where it is hard to trust people these days you do not need to worry about that when you go them, you know you are in good hands.Wonderful owner and team.Bad experiences in the past elsewhere, is in the past...Give them a try, I highly reccomend them.

If you have time restrictions or work not the place for your child’s Orthedontics!! My daughter will now be in braces more than a year past quoted time. You have to work around their time frames and book past expected time and dates just to get an appointment that suits your work needs e.g anything past 4pm total joke of a business

This dentist practice is horribly ran by the dentists and thier administration. I had a billing issue where they billed me twice and it took tons of calls and over 3 weeks to get the issue resolved. Due to this poor service I have chosen to find a diffrent dentist that can handle thier business with respect and ethics to the customer. I will never be back to this organization and heed my warning that dealing with this dentist office is a horrible experience!! Also the patient care experience leaves alot to be desired!!

I had told the office I suffered from major dental anxiety and it sure didnt seem to have been taken into consideration. I went in for a cleaning and instead was told all of these things that were wrong, and poked and prodded and no cleaning was done. I had xrays done and was told I needed all kinds of dental work. On top of that, I was placed in a childrens room and across the hall was a child screaming bloody murder. I was even more uncomfortable, I honestly wish I had just left. Felt more like a sales pitch of service than a dentist visit.Another review said they felt like a car rolling off the assembly line... I couldnt agree more!I was contacted by the office manager, Michael, who offered me a free cleaning because of my experience. Funny thing is, my dental insurance covers 100% of cleanings two times a year.

I used to think the “Professional Dentist” consisted of an office with slightly higher than average prices, modern art & architecture, exotic fish tanks, and a tall, silver-haired, 50-something year old smiley-guy who loves sports and repeats the same jokes on every visit.Dr. Harward has completely shifted my expectations. Now, a “Professional Dentist” means cross-specialty exchange of opinions & strategies, the latest in modern dental equipment, same-day procedures, and normal/competitive prices.6 months ago, I went to another dentist. My situation wasn’t too expensive, but it was a little complicated (I was in an accident, I had failing root canals, and I have a slightly abnormal bone structure on the back of my palate). This dentist was a good acquaintance of my wife and a very honest guy. He looked at some of the other dental work that Dr. Harward had done for me years earlier and he was very impressed. He told me to take a picture of his x-rays with my cell phone and to send them to Dr. Harward—to have Dr. Harward do my dental work. So, I did.Dr. Harward had all of the latest equipment to do precision, high quality dentistry for every type of problem. He also has several specialists all working together in his office.What impressed me the most about Dr. Harward’s office was listening to the conversations between dentists (of varying specialties) who would walk in and talk to one another, sharing opinions and techniques, and giving feedback on one another’s work. I was surprised at how often someone would come in and ask Dr. Harward (the general practitioner) questions about patients in other rooms while he was working on me. Dr. Harward didn’t just show mastery over what he was doing to me, he also showed mastery over his ability to manage the quality of work that was going on in every chair in that office.Rather than having to make 2 to 3 visits somewhere else, I had probably 4 procedures done in a single morning from Dr. Harward and his Periodontist. It was awesome, and the prices were no different than everywhere else. I think their child dentist has a really great reputation too.Anyway, the other dentist’s referral and opinion of Dr. Harwards work, the modern equipment in his office, and the way that his dentists all work together, all really made it clear that this place is absolutely top-tier among today’s best offices.

I’m 3 days postpartum with a 36 week baby, who had a lip and tongue tie. The lactation consultants at the hospital didn’t screen for either issue because it’s not part of their training. I knew about tongue and lip ties from friends who had babies with issues, which led to issues with breastfeeding, newborn weight loss, etc. One of my friends used Doctor Murzyn-Dantzer for her sons lip and tongue tie revisions, so I made a phone call this morning. The front office staff was amazing and spoke with the doctor and got us in within two hours. Being 3 days postpartum, the kindness of the front office staff was very encouraging. Not only was Doctor Murzyn-Dantzer incredibly warm, she was thorough in her examination and explanation of what was going on. The procedure was quick, and my husband was able to hold our newborn for the duration. I did some breastfeeding immediately after the procedure and I had instant relief of painful nursing, and my son could open his mouth wide for more effective nursing. I can’t speak highly enough about our experience :)

WARNING: They gave the High Pressure Sales Pitch to my 88 year old father. It was very uncomfortable for him and this is an unethical approach to take with an elderly client.Heres the short story: Dad went in complaining of tooth pain and he suspected an old crown was the culprit. Dr. Harward quoted him for replacement of the crown, (Pretty high price, $1738) but then strongly recommended a hygenic treatment that would include flouride varnish, laser antibacterial treatment etc, to take place over three visits, at a total cost of $2793 !!!!Then the pressure started. Lets start this process today. No time to discuss or get other quotes or opinions. The Dentist gave Dad the hard sell, the hygenist gave him the hard sell. Even the receptionist chimed in You really need to do this. Fortunately Dad is mentally sharp enough to tell when hes getting what he calls The used car salesman approach, and he rejected all their attempts to get him to commit. He did make an appointment which shut them up long enough for him to leave, but we cancelled that the next day.Seriously Dr. H, if someone needs the work thats one thing, but the high pressure sales routine on someone whos almost 90 years old is a very shady practice, I dont care what youre selling! Would you like someone to treat your elderly folks that way? I bet youd be just as unhappy as we are.

I felt I was at a used car dealership rather than a dentist office.I go to the dentist every 6 months. Was at the same dentist office for over 20 years and never had this experience.I was told I needed a ton of fillings and a couple crowns. I knew I needed one filling because it had just fallen out. So I had him replace the feeling which took him less than a half an hour to put in.My kids were told they needed a few fillings.My husband was told he needed a few fillings.Not only did he pitch to have every single feeling done right away he also told me I needed to get the upgraded crowns, even though they cost a lot more, because they will last and the ones that or the cheapest wouldnt last more than a couple years.Part of the filling he put in fell out less than 6 months later.We went to a different dentist. None of us needed fillings where he said. But now I need one where the filling fell out.Very very shady business. Scary he will just drill away someones teeth to make a buck.
