I’m very lucky and grateful to have a decent set of teeth, so the folks at Perfect Teeth make my biannual cleaning/check-ups a very pleasant experience. The staff at the Castle Rock location are very courteous and professional, and they seem to have very technologically up-to-date equipment (like their x-ray read outs), which I appreciate. I can’t speak to personally having painful tooth/gum situations to deal with, however based on my experience with this location, I would fully recommend coming in for all your dental needs.

Amazing people! Amazing team! They include you in Helping in making decisions and make you feel like your part of the team as well. Im no good when it come to Dentists, I went in thinking they were going to come up with a bunch of things I needed to do so they could charge me the most they could. No thats not what happened. They fit everything I needed 8 fillings, composite reconstruction two extraction and a root canal minis the crown, into my insurance balance. They are incredibly incredible Dr. Letto and staff are amazing and one million!!!

Very friendly and professional. Got me in next day for a new patient cleaning and X-rays. Dr is personable and concerned with my teeth health. Low key on offering optional treatments (ie. Teeth whitening which I did indicate interest in). I felt very welcomed and taken care of by all staff members from the front office to the assistant to the hygienist to the dentist.

I cant even tell you in words how great these folks are--from Amy as their dental hygienist to Julie and Debbie helping us with complex billing while changing health insurance--absolutely amazing. Great luck with all of our kids wisdom teeth removals as well. Best in the business--highly refer!!

Beware! Stay away!They give you a lower estimate, to get you to agree, then they double the price when they bill you.They gave me an estimate to get a crown done. They assured me that I won’t pay that much more, than what the estimate shows. I kept insisting, to find out how close my payment will be and they kept assuring me that it won’t be that much different. I trusted them.When the bill came, WOW!, it was DOUBLED.I kept calling them, to find out why the price Doubled, and left a message, every day, for 3 weeks straight. NO replies.4th week, I used the “Perfect Teeth’s” web site, to send a message. I got the attention of a manager who, finally responded.The manager, pretty much, said. “You are responsible for the bill”.They don’t want to take responsibility for what they assured me or accountability for their action.

New staff this time, the initial polishing was done very sloppy, missed half of my teeth. The teeth cleaning was the most painful I have ever had. Dont know what happened to the previous staff, but bring them back. These new folks dont know or care about what they are doing. Just get then through quickly.I will probably change offices. Took 2 days for my mouth to heal.

They got us in same day...did an exam & not only referred us to an endodontist but when I explained how much trouble I was having finding a dentist that excepted Medicaid, they actually took the time to call & set us up with an appointment for the referred endodontist !!! Thank God there are still good people!!!

I cracked my front tooth while I was visiting my dad in sedalia and i looked horrible. I called perfect teeth and they made me appt for the very next day. I filled out my paper work on line before my appt. So I was taken right in and they began to fix my front tooth. They did a beautiful job. I cant even believe its my front teeth. I really cant say enough about perfect teeth but thats how my experience beginning with receptionist to dental assistant (who did an exceptional job) to the dentist . It was a perfect day. Thank u perfect teeth and I will see y soon. P.s. they also cut my cost down with the perfect teeth ins. To half of what it would have cost me without their help. Yeah it was a perfect experience .

The team at Perfect Teeth in Castle Rock are always so kind and conscientious of how comfortable they make you feel. I’ve had horrible teeth my whole life and have always been insecure of that, but the staff here never make you feel judged and empathize with their own dental experiences. Dr. Lito is a great dentist, also. I’m planning on getting my teeth replaced with implants and was planning on taking a dental tour to Mexico to get this work done. Dr. Lito sat down with me to go over the possible concerns of getting work done out of the country and what my options (and pricing) were to do the work in the US. It’s nice to feel cared for, especially at the dentist’s office. Every time I’ve been here, I’ve been afforded the same great care and attention. If you’re looking for a new dentist, I’d highly recommend these guys at Perfect Teeth. 5 stars across the board.

I wish I had found Perfect Teeth years ago! Everyone there is top-notch. Kind, courteous, professional and knowledgable. I appreciate that everything is explained upfront. From the procedure to the bill, no hidden up-charges. If you are like me, uninsured, their in-house plan is by far the best. Another plus, my teeth were cleaned by a dental hygienist, not a dental assistant, (which was not the case with any other in-house plan I have had and I mean no disrespect to dental assistants who clean teeth!)It was a bonus and pleasant surprise!Will I go back? Most definitely!Would I recommend a family member or friend? Definitely most definitely!!

Ive been going to the dentist regularly since I was young, and I can say that Ive never had such a thorough dental and oral exam. They really do have a team of happy and enthusiastic people. The lady at the front desk (sorry I forgot her name) was persistent at getting through to my insurance company to help me get switched over, and was very nice. They educated me about what they were doing, where, and why. I feel that I can now be a more knowledgeable and involved member of my dental team.

I love them, they are always nice and make going to the dentist easy. I always know the price up front. A reason why I switched from one of the upscale dentists, in lone tree that will be nameless, to here is because I was always surprised with a bill and felt like I was upsold things I didn’t need that weren’t covered by my insurance. I drive 64 miles round trip just to see Dr. Butch and his incredible team. I have been going there for 4 years and have had regular teeth cleaning, two new (Perfect) front crown, had the silver taken out of my teeth and new fillings put there. I have also had a bridge put in and could not have had a better experience. Thank to the hole team there at perfect teeth!

I broke my tooth, knew it needed to be pulled and called them that night. By the next morning I was scheduled for the next day to come in and have my tooth looked at. From the minute I walked in the office until I left I never felt more comfortable. They explained everything to me and put me at ease, for having a fear of the dentist this was amazing. Dr. Lake explained that the tooth did need to be removed and explained everything that needed to be done. Its been a week since Ive had no pain, and I went in for my Follow up today and everything is great. I can honestly say I have never felt so comfortable at a dentist office. Props to the office for their speediness but taken the time to explain and answer my millions of questions. Looking forward to my next visit. 😁

I have been going to perfect teeth in Castle Rock for many years. Everyone in the office are the most caring, friendly and professional people. They always make you feel comfortable and truly concerned with any problem you may have. I recently had crowns put on my front teeth and was not happy with the results. All the girls in the office were supportive and listened to my concerns and agreed with me. So I went back in and saw Dr. Matthew Lake who was new to the practice and he agreed with me and said the crowns needed to be redone. Julie called the owner of the lab and had him personally come to the office to do a custom color and remake the crowns. My new crowns are beautiful and look just like my natural front teeth. Everyone at perfect teeth made an extra effort to make things right and i could not be happier. I would highly recommend them and wouldnt think of going anywhere else. Thank you Dr. Lake and everyone at Perfect Teeth for being so wonderful !!!

I called at 1:15 and was being seen at 3:30 the same day. The staff and Dr. Lake were amazing. They took great care of me (and i have a dental phobia that is so bad) and I highly recommend them!!

I had my husband go here because they could accommodate his schedule and they got high ratings, however, the person who took his x rays did not seem very proficient at her job as she kept dropping the bite wings and had to keep re-taking the x-rays because the dentist couldnt get a good picture of the tooth in question which in turn caused our insurance to not cover what should have been fully covered! (X-rays and exams twice a year) Then they told my husband he had a cavity when he did not as we had to book him an appointment with another dentist that had a hygenist that worked with his schedule. That dentist did a thorough, complete job and said my husband did not have a cavity! Now I have a bill from Perfect Teeth. We will not be returning and I would be careful as this place seems like a cavity factory that is trying to get peoples money.

Dont look any further for a dentist. This is the place.I did a -really- bad job taking care of my teeth throughout my life. Nowadays, I try to do better, but still deal with the consequences of those decisions constantly. So tooth pain is not new to me, Ive danced this dance many times before...That being said, I have a tooth with a cavity thats exposed the nerve below. I went in with a -VERRRRY- limited budget....its just after Christmas. I was hoping at the very least I might be able to afford an exam, see if I have an infection and if it can be treated with some antibiotics.They got me in immediately, while doing some looking into the tooth, is started to hurt worse than anything Ive EVER experienced before. They stopped immediately, helped numb it and waited until I was good to go to continue.Matt Lake was my dentist at the time, wonderful dentist! Absolute professional!Definition of professionalism, wildly considerate and incredibly skilled. You guys helped me so much today, thank you thank you thank you!

Super throughout job. I saw a dental assistant, a hygienist and a dentist all in one visit. The team there took 18 different x-rays and explained every procedure they were doing.

Not a fan of having to go to the Dentist. But if you want a healty mouth and colgate smile you have to keep up with the maintenance. The Dr and staff here are AMAZING!!! I set an appointment and believe it or not will be in the chair at my scheduled time. Never have to wait. Amazing!! Had a tooth pulled and a bridge done. I went here for some emergency dental work just before Christmas. My last dentest was unable to get me numb for dental work and they were able to, they were great with letting me know what they wanted to do and how much it would cost. Very friendly and helpful. Will deffinently go back when needed.

Went to this location due to an emergency. Dr Lake was so wonderful, he explained everything completely, he was very gentle, caring, patient, I no longer have a fear of a dentist, Im so happy I found him!

Every six months a new dentist works at this location. I had to have expensive deep cleaning performed every three months. I then went to Mirage and I was told regular six month cleanings was all I needed. In addition, their billing system is screwy - my first bill would be a warning before going to collection. Avoid this place and go to Mirage Dental.

Everyone here was extremely happy, friendly, and helpful here. Was probably the best experience Ive had in a dentist.

Our insurance coverage led to a provider change and I couldn’t be more pleased. From scheduling our new patient appts, through my cleaning and care, to the follow up- everyone on staff was kind, welcoming and professional.

I didnt really need fillings yet, but decided to get them anyway. The fillings were done poorly and also ended up needing two root canals after, along with new fillings and crowns, because it was just too close to the root. While their specialty office in Denver does root canals very well, I did not find the following treatment suitable for a variety of reasons, and cannot recommend. Some of the office staff is rude. Thanks for mentioning my name in your response, Julie. I really appreciate that, too. I was in too much pain and didnt have your $1200 yet so had to go somewhere else. Its maybe two stars but I dont see how others rate over four, so one star it is. Ive found this place has quite the reputation with other local dentists.

I have had some teeth issues bothering me for some time now. I made a call to perfect teeth and they were able to get me in on the same day. Of course I have NO insurance and I told them that. Well the exam was FREE they took several x rays and decided that I needed 2 teeth pulled all free by the way. They came at me with a total of like $450 dollars. I cant afford that but im in pain. Tried the care credit got denied. So I told the staff at perfect teeth I have to do something. They said we can set you up with a payment plan. I had no choice I had to do it. Well Dr. Lake which by the way awesome man numbed the heck out of me and proceeded to pull the 2 teeth. 20 min later they were out and I felt nothing during the whole thing and the staff made sure of that. But because I sat there and let them do their job and got it done quick I asked what the price would be now. After talking with Dr. Lake he decided that they were both simple extractions which of course lowered my bill significantly. I walked in prepared to walk out still in pain cause most dentists are in it for the money not the patiant. I recommend perfect teeth all the way the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable in what they are doing. Thanks Dr. Lake and the staff there at perfect teeth had a wonderdul nights sleep finally and didnt even wake up in pain. Thats a number one spot in my book.
