I am admittedly not a fan of Dentists. I had a dental emergency and was referred by a friend. It was an amazing experience and not only will I return, but will refer everyone I know. The Dentist is kind, patient, informative and a true professional. Staff is amazing! Thank you, and for the first time in my life and am happy to say that I cant wait to see you again!

This is an excellent medical practice! Staff are friendly, prompt, efficient and very professional, from the front desk, to hygienists and doctors. Dental hygienists have soft touch, and are caring. All are very knowledgeable and if they cannot answer a question they will find the answer! Highly recommended!

My husband and I have been so impressed by the dental care we have received at Castle Rock Family Dental. Dr Brody, Lisa, and all the others in the office have consistently provided excellent care and service. And today they went above and beyond when one of my old crowns fell out and were getting ready to fly to visit family. Everyone was so kind and responsive and made sure I got in quickly and the crown reinstalled in no time at all. We are so grateful for the wonderful care and the professionalism we’ve experienced.

This place is the best place to take your kids or anyone who is hesitant to go to the dentist! Dr. Brody and his team are great! The staff is kind and they tell you everything they are doing and they teach as they go. At one point, Dr. Brody told me how many cavities my son had by holding up his hand because he didnt want my son to get too upset. I blew it because I was so surprised that I exclaimed the number. 😂 My only warning would be to be patient, now that people are getting back out there, you may have to wait a bit post-pandemic to get your appts. Once youre in the system, regular appointments and follow up are all normal lengths of wait time. Im going to go and floss now . . .

My hygienist was changed and this was no communicated to me until I was in the chair to have my cleaning and I asked. Felt the employee bringing me back was a bit stern. She flossed and polished my teeth prior to hygienist doing her part. I questioned to workflow, and I was told it did not matter the order, interesting the hygienist had to refloss all my teeth and do touch up polish, so it did matter and had tohave it done twice. They stated I could request the hygienist in my chart, I was I already have and that did not work. Then on check out, the staff questioned how I was notified for this appointment, I was like, how I always have been. She made me feel like I was apart of their poor communication. She stated they were to call me and let me know but that did not happen. The over all feeling was not pleasant, theydid not own their poor communication and I so how played apart in my dissatisfaction. Dr Brody and Lisa are amazing people but the office staff Experience has been less then disirable .

We have moved seven times in the last 17 years all around the world and I have visited dentists every six months the whole time. Castle Rock Family Dental has been the absolute best service I’ve encountered… and I’ve had some good experiences in the past. This is also the first time I’ve sought dental work without dental insurance and their office has been very accommodating and forthright with charges before treatment. I highly recommend these guys.

I have been there the other day for a cleaning. Excellent experience. Staff is super nice and friendly, the quality of their service is exceptional, the offices feel calming and very clean. I am so glad that I found Dr Brody’s practice and I am a big fan.

Dr. Scott Brody, Castle Rock Family Dental, is a focused professional and a skilled dentist. I had extensive dental work that extended for almost a year and I am VERY pleased with Dr. Brodys work. Staff was always friendly, courteous, considerate and kind and always worked with me to change an appointment (which, in my experience, is not always the easiest thing that staff do AND they do it WELL). Once during that period, I broke a multi-tooth temporary cap on a weekend! I called Dr. Brodys and he made a special trip to his practice on a SUNDAY, built a new cap (which I thought was amazing!), fitted it carefully and I was actually able to enjoy a fine meal that evening with my wife! Dr. Brody (a man of few words) was always smiling and genuine. I strongly recommend Castle Rock Family Dental as the Dental place to go to.

Love these people!! I had an issue with the start date of my insurance so Sherry found someone to swap me with until I had insurance. Unbelievably helpful!! Dr. Brody is an artist! I grind my teeth, and have done it for so long, that roots were showing and on the bottom, you could actually see the nub (not correct word) of the teeth. He filled all front teeth - 6 on the top and 6 on the bottom and they all look like my natural teeth! I promise, you would not be able to tell! Five star service and Dr. Brody is the best!

From the minute I walked into the office, I could feel the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Because of past experiences, I am extremely nervous about going to the dentist. However, Lindsey was very gentle while cleaning my teeth and Dr. Brody was really comforting and informative. I dont remember everyones names, but all of them work together to make a great caring team. I have definitely found my dental team and I highly recommend them to all!

My wife Kathleen and I have been deeply impressed by the Castle Rock Family Dental facility. Dr Brody is an expert dentist. He has state-of-the-art equipment, and he uses that equipment with extraordinary skill. He takes the time to explain each step of each procedure. Every procedure has been utterly painless. He has also assembled a superb staff of assistants, each of whom is highly trained and extremely friendly. In my 72 years, I have been treated in numerous dental offices, and none has been in the same league as CRFD.

Dr. Brody and his staff are amazing - would never go anywhere else! We had a tooth emergency last week one day before a wedding and they were able to fit us in the next day with less than 12 hrs notice. We knew they were busy, but they were so accommodating and provided top notch service.

They also have a great billing department, who has informed us about our insurance coverage ahead of any procedures. They bill the insurance accurately and effectively. This is the best Dental office in the whole world!!! I wish that I could go more than twice per year. I wish I could just hang out in their office all day long, but I have to work so I can save up my money to go have my teeth cleaned. I am going to spend my next vacation in the wonderful waiting room where they have free water, pop, coffee, and snacks.

The wire in my permanent retainer came loose over the weekend. I left a message late Sunday. Before Dr. Brodys office opened on Monday morning, I had already received a call and was scheduled that Monday morning at 10:20am. Got there, was greeted and walked directly back, and saw Dr. Brody within 5 minutes. This is amazing customer service; an awesome and wonderful staff, and Dr. Brody himself.

Talk about a friendly staff! Lindsey is beautiful, funny and shows off her smile better than an advertisement could hope to accomplish. Her work ethic and attitude speak for themselves. Shes an absolute pleasure. And Nicole is amazing too. Shes so friendly and easy to talk to. She relates to you and keeps the conversation going. No awkward moments to be found. Everyone is kind and funny. The whole atmosphere in this place is uplifting and comfortable. They want to work with you personally and care about how you feel about your smile and arent trying to take you for all your worth, unlike other dentists (cough cough Perfect Teeth Dentistry). I come regularly for cleanings and its the best experience Ive had at any dentist. Have no fear! No one likes having shots and minor surgeries like fillings and crowns done in their mouth, but they are neccesary for our health. These are the best dental professionals I have ever used and they are very gentle and skilled in their practice. They explain everything that is going to happen, what you can expect to feel and check constantly on your comfort. The offices are new, very clean, and the equipment and technology is the best. Above and beyond in every way! I was driving to Colorado from Oklahoma for my best friends wedding when I noticed a cracked tooth. I was worried about my tooth for wedding pictures etc. I called Castle Rock Family Dental and they were able to get me in immediately and fixed my tooth right away. It was fast, painless, and my tooth looks perfect! The office is beautiful. They offer refreshments, snacks, and even have massage dental chairs. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for the best dental experience and treatment.

My last visit was the best I have ever had. Dr. Body and his team have always taken great care of me whether I am having a simple check up or major procedure. This last visit I had preliminary work for a crown and a filling performed. I have had both of these procedures done in the past; however, I have never had it done with such little pain. Dr. Brody really outdid himself this time. I cannot believe how pain free I am. I have had tremendous anxiety issues regarding dental work in the past, and I can honestly say I am not fearful when coming to Castle Rock Family Dental. I am not a hugger but I couldnt help myself from giving Dr. Brodys assistant a hug when the procedure was over. I feel great and am extremely pleased with the work done, pain management, and overall experience. I look forward to seeing the team in a couple of weeks to get my permanent crown installed. They use state of the art equipment and my deep cleaning was smooth and practically pain free. He has the best prices Ive found for Invisalign and I cant wait to start my treatment next week! This is the first place where I have actually enjoyed coming to the dentist. The staff is amazing. They gave me tips to help keep my teeth and gums healthy so that subsequent visits arent as painful. Now my teeth cleanings are more like mouth massages than the bleeding nightmare they were before. Now I dont have to fear my next appointment but rather am looking forward to it.

We are new to Castle Rock and needed a dentist. We received a Welcome to the neighborhood letter from Castle Rock Family Dental and decided to try them out. We are so happy we did. We are new to the Castle Rock area and just had our first visit for an exam and cleaning for both our kids (ages 12 and 15). We were able to schedule an appointment within a week of calling, and everything went very smoothly. My kids felt welcome and comfortable, and the staff was professional and courteous.

Its always nerve wracking finding a new dentist! I found Castle Rock Family Dental on Yelp an Im so glad I did! I was greeted by the friendly front desk staff and the office is beautiful. There was a fire going in the fireplace, a coffee bar, and comfy couches and chairs. The dental assistant brought me back to do x rays and pictures, she was very warm and friendly and I enjoyed talking with her!(I I wish I remembered her name) Next I had my cleaning with Lindsey. She did a great job and was very careful around my sensitive areas and kept me laughing the whole time! I then had my checkup with Dr. Brody. He did a very thorough job of checking everything out and addressing all of my concerns, he didnt rush and took the time to get to know me a little before he got started. I would highly recommend Dr. Brody and his team!

Castle Rock Family Dental is the best dental office that I have been to! I had not been to a dentists office in a very long time and I was very nervous to go as I knew I would have some dental issues. The staff was very professional and Dr. Brody was very informative as he explained what steps we needed to take in the future for improved dental hygiene. I even saw Dr. Brody out in public a few months later and he remembered my name. I had only been there once and he knew exactly who I was. Very impressive. The staff and owner are fantastic as always. However, my visit was extended much longer than anticipated. I arrived early, but I was taken back a little late. They took me to one room and the equipment (light) didnt work, so they moved me to another. The polishing head was broke, so they had to get a new one. Scott had other patients to see, because he could wish me well. Having said that, my teeth were clean, I had no cavities, and they front desk took care of me in short order with some other requests I had. I normally have wonderful visits and would highly recommend this office to anyone!

Having owned a Dental Laboratory for over 25 years in Arizona, Ive dealt with a lot of dentists (over 100) and their staff. I was afraid when I moved from Arizona that I would not find a competent dentist. Well...this office exceded my expectations. From the front office all the way to the back of the building, the professionalism and knowledge let know I was at the right place. I talked with every employee as well as Dr. Brody and no one tried to sell me anything I didnt need. To the contrary, any problems are to be watched and see what future action might need to be taken. If anyone is looking for an excellentdentist with a great staff, look no further.I know after seeing in person what goes on inside of a patients mouth that a dentist can be a frightening thing. Here I can rest assured that the right thing is going on where I cant see.

We both, (Husband and I) have been patients of Dr. Brody for almost 11 years now.His professionalism, detail work, compassionate heart, great personality, the most warming staff and the beautiful, comfortable, well designed office, has given us, the out-best experience of excellence we could had ever asked for.

Just moved to the area. It was hard to find a new dentist but, soon realized that finding a quality staff was just as if not more important. One particular dental assistant was amazing. She was the pinnacle of professionalism and customer courtesy. Thank you Danni and Staff. Ill be back soon.

10 stars!! I am a new patient of Dr. Brody and felt from the moment I got there, to the time I left after my appointment, I had exceptional treatment. Very thorough, courteous and explained everything in detail that I need. Very impressed with my care.

Dr. Brody’s staff were very helpful in getting me another appointment quickly when I had to cancel one already made. Lindsey was great and very helpful answering questions and making suggestions as to my oral health!

This was my first time visiting Castle Rock Family Dental. I was impressed with the spa feeling of the waiting room. Every one there was very nice. I was also impressed with the technology they had. I have never seen my teeth on the screen so clearly. Dr. Brody was very knowledgeable and I learned all kinds of things about my mouth I never knew! I was a checking this practice out for my family, my kids will be visiting Castle Rock Family Dental in the next 2 weeks.

I want to start out by saying that I am very apprehensive about getting my teeth cleaned our in general visiting the dentist. Lindsay however put all of my fears to rest, she took very good care of me. I felt nothing but relaxation and actually had a good time talking with her and the entire staff.
