I am a relatively new patient of Dr Rickoff. Ive been to a few local offices over these (many) years, and I have been so impressed by this doctor and her staff. They are very kind and are genuinely concerned about providing top notch care. Im so glad I found them! If you are looking for a GREAT dentist, look no further.

Dr. Rickoff and her staff were SO wonderful with my children (20 months and 3 years). Both of my kids were comfortable enough to receive a full cleaning and exam with absolutely no tears. Dr. Rickoffs office is meticulously clean with an air purifier at each chair, properly worn masks by the staff, and enhanced screening at the door. I feel so lucky to have found a dentist that makes oral hygiene a breeze for my children!

Dr. Rickoff and her team are INCREDIBLE! They take the time to get to know their clients personally. Everyone is kind and the staff is well organized. My entire family goes to Rickoff and we love it!

I recently moved out of the area, but because my experience with her and her team has always been so positive, I choose to make the drive and continue being a patient.

Dr. Rickoff is awesome! I had a filling from a previous dentist fall out today. I called right away and she got me in! She did an awesome job. Plus they close at 2 on Friday and stayed late to fix my tooth! I highly recommend her!!

I am new to the Indianapolis area so I was nervous to book a dentist appointment. Once I made the phone call to schedule my appointment here, Rikki was so sweet and very informative about my insurance questions. As soon as I walked into the doors for my appointment the staff was very friendly and so nice! My dental hygienist Tonna (I hope I am spelling her name correctly) was AMAZING! She made me feel so comfortable and was very easy to talk to. Not only that she was very informative and helpful. I have very sensitive teeth and she was always making sure I was comfortable. They have great technology and showed me everything that was going on and very well educated me on my teeth and what I could be doing better on. It was truly amazing. Dr. Olivia Benson was also very helpful in checking my teeth as well! Truly, such an amazing experience at this dentist. I left the office in such a great mood and so educated! Thank you all so much, I plan on coming back and being a regular patient! 😁

Dr. Rickoff & staff are just wonderful! Walking in with major anxiety issues about going to the dentist, they were all about making me comfortable. They gave me a blanket, explained things thoroughly, and helped greatly to make me feel at ease. I cant say enough good things about the people, from Lisa who answers the phone, to Nicole the hygienist, to Dr. Rickoff herself, a very kind, compassionate, and caring staff! Highly recommend!

Dr. Rickoff and her team are top notch. Having moved a lot and seeing a lot of different dentists every 6 months, she takes the cake! I will not leave her office! Dental work has never been my favorite, but the team at Rickoff dentistry has made my appointments much better than what I have experienced elsewhere. The entire staff is great, and Dr. Rickoff is a very good, gentle dentist who explains things well and is fun!

Dr. Rickoff and her staff were so welcoming and kind from the minute I inquired about an appointment. I am pregnant and was having really bad bleeding in my gums. The hygienist was very gentle and paid extra close attention to my needs. Dr. Rickoff also put a temporary fix on a cracked sealant that she will fix after baby comes. It was the most pleasant dental experience I have ever had!

Great office for the whole family. My daughter had her first visit to the Dentist. At two years old, I wasnt sure how the appointment would go, but she was taken amazing care of from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. I would recommend this office to anyone who wants great dental care for the whole family.

I recently moved back to this area and had a bad experience with another local dentistry. I found Rickoff Dentistry online and I couldn’t be be happier with my experience. Everyone was extremely helpful and personable. Dr. Rickoff is probably one of the nicest and most gentle dentist I’ve ever had. She and her staff are knowledgeable and very down to earth. I’m so happy that I found this place and plan on being a long term patient.

Dr. Jaclyn Rickoff was wonderful! I HIGHLY recommend her. Her office was easy to find in Carmel, staff was super helpful and she went over and beyond on a few tough cavities that I had. I had no pain the next day, and she did a great job walking me through the entire process. I have taken my young boys in to see her as well. They usually dont do well at the dentist but she made them relaxed and the entire check-up was very stress-free. (4 years and 2 years) Thank you Dr. Rickoff. We will be back in 6 months!
