Today was my first visit here. I’m very happy! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Mori, my hygienist was very helpful. She did ax excellent job on my cleaning, and answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. I feel confident in this place! After many bad experiences with dentists I feel like I’m in good hands. I definitely recommend!

Quite simply the best skill, care and attention I have ever received in the last 30 yrs living in the USA and having lived on both sides of the Atlantic in what is now almost 55 yrs.Recently moved to the area within the last 14 months, my family and I are continually blown away (and extremely grateful) as to how high they have raised the bar from all our previous experiences.More than happy to give 5 stars!!

Ive been a patient here for nearly a decade. In addition to always providing excellent dental care, the entire staff is incredibly kind and helpful, from the office workers to the hygienists and assistants to the dentists themselves.

Every employee greeted me with a smiling face, and I wouldnt want to go anywhere else for my dental needs! If I could give this place a 6 star rating, I would!

By far the best dental office. My hygienist was friendly and very knowledgeable. She was thorough and I learned a lot in the short time I was with her! She was smart as a whip and knew more about me by looking at my teeth than I did! The dentist was also wonderful. As an added perk, they have TVs right above the dental chair and you can watch TV while getting your teeth cleaned! I absolutely will be back and 110% recommend them.

Absolutely outstanding. All of the staff are amazing—we have seen both Dr. Hovda and Dr. Olga and both are so friendly, kind, and incredibly competent. The hygienists are so gentle that I can literally not feel anything during cleanings. The office is lovely and beautifully decorated, very calming, and has great amenities like TVs in the patient rooms and a beverage station in the waiting room. There’s also a nice little nook for younger children to wait with books and a fun dollhouse. The front desk staff is wonderful and it’s so easy to make or reschedule appointments—I can’t recommend this office enough!!

Best dental team in Indiana!! I highly recommend this team for any tooth care needs. My daughter had a tooth knocked out and they saw us same day and worked with us and other local providers to get her taken care of. I am blown away by how kind, caring, knowledgeable, and professional their team was. Couldn’t recommend them more!!!

Great place. Took my son here who is only 2 and the hygienist was very diligent in explaining everything to my son before doing it. It was his second visit to a dentist and he loved it. Especially the toys he got at the end. Both Dr. Olga and Jenny were great! Highly recommend both of them.

One of the worst experience Ive had! I went for a basic cleaning. During the cleaning, the dental hygienist was causing extensive pain to the point I said ouch stop but she didnt. I had to physically pull her hand from my mouth at which point she says you could have really hurt yourself. Also there was so much blood coming from my gums and mascara all over my face from the tears because of the pain I was in. Then the dentist came in and said I had 8 cavities that needed to be filled and 3 spots we had to watch.Now Ive been routinely going to the dentist for years. I havent had a cavity in over 8 years. Today I went and got a second opinion before allowing them to drill on my teeth, and guess what the new dentist told me... I only have 1 spot we need to watch and no cavities.But if apparences matter to you, the office was very pretty.

Best dentist ever. I love their office atmosphere. My son and I have been going there for 8 yrs. She makes young kids feel very comfortable. We go every 6 months.

Carmel Dental Group is by far the best dentist I have ever been too. Everyone there truly makes the experience of going to the dentist enjoyable. Dr. Honda is wonderful and actually cares about her patients. The staff in enjoyable to talk to and go out of their way to make your visit pleasant. Carmel Dental Group has a standard of professionalism that is off the charts. I will recommend them to everyone! I trust their skills and I appreciate their awesome communication. Also, they helped me to work out a payment plan that worked for me. WONDERFUL place!!

If you are apprehensive to get proper dental work or are ashamed of your teeth, this is the dentist to come to. They have never once made me feel ashamed and it is obvious my comfort is their number 1 priority. This is the friendliest staff Ive ever had the pleasure of encountering. I love coming in and chatting about things because they all remember you and take a genuine interest in you as a person. Their care is also exceptional and Dr. Hovda is very knowledgeable and professional while remaining friendly and warm.Obviously I have a ton of great things to say about them. I have been coming to Dr. Hovda for a few years now and have always been fantastically impressed by her and the hygienists. They are gentle, friendly, and the overall best dentist office I’ve had the privilege of visiting. The facility is emasculate and I couldn’t recommend the people and office any more!

I am very happy with the service and care I have received from the staff. I have a lot of anxiety about getting work done on my teeth but everyone makes you feel so comfortable and they take time to listen. Mori does not only take the time to listen but is very empathetic. Always knowing that they are looking out for my best interest when I get my cleaning. Appreciate all the dental hygienists who clean my teeth before Dr. Hovda comes in to check my teeth. Dr. Hovda and her team are without any question in my mind the best dental practice I have ever experienced. Dr. Hovda was great - both very professional and very friendly. It is clear that Dr. Hovda sets a very high standard of professionalism for herself and her practice. Based on my experience the entire office lives up to that high standard. The front desk is very welcoming and pleasant; my appointment started right on time, my hygienist was very professional - friendly and personable, but not too chatting, very focused on her work and explaining everything she was doing, and very very thorough; the office layout is such that there is privacy and I am not overhearing the dental procedures of the person next door. I would have to struggle to find anything at all to be even the least bit critical of. I only wish that all my other doctors ran their practices this way. Dr. Hovda should give lessons to other doctors on how to run medical practices and offices!

Olga and team are extremely professional, caring, thorough, and experts in their field. Mori is my hygienist and she is wonderful! But the whole staff is top rate and each experience is a pleasure. Also they have a very sophisticated TV above the chair scenario so you can watch movies or tv the whole time you are having a procedure which makes it go so much faster!! Love them!

Comfortable environment, Friendly Staff, overall great experience. My kids love going to the dentist! Dr. Hovda does not push products or procedures like most dental offices. You will not be disappointed here!

We relocated to the area in April. And in relocating we moved away from our dentist of 15 years. Our daughter recommended Dr. Hovda and the Carmel Dental Group. We are very pleased. From the moment you engage the people in the front office and then meet your Hygienist and Dr Hovda you are treated both professionally and warmly. Were very glad we found the Carmel Dental Group.

Dr. Cami Hovda and her entire staff at Carmel Dental Group are wonderful. It is so convenient to be seen at a practice that can make my toddler, preteens, and the adults all happy. The practice goes the extra mile by sending cheerful notes to my kids after a visit, and Dr. Hovda herself calls in the evening to check about us if more extensive dental work was done. The practice is willing to work around schedules, deal with insurance issues, and truly listen to feedback or special requests. Even though I have numerous dentists much closer to home, driving a bit farther for the attention to detail is so worth the extra time. I refer all my friends to Carmel Dental Group!

Awesome experience. I have been a patient of Dr. Hovda for 12 years. She has been very helpful on various items that I have had to deal with due to my issue. Her staff is very nice and professional. The atmosphere is very calming. They all make you feel right at home. The cost are very comparable with other dentist and they are willing to work with you and your budget. I have not ever had a dentist that has had all these in one place until I found Carmel Dental Group and Dr. Hovda. I would highly recommend her and her staff to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a great dentist office! Dr. Hovda is such a caring and gentle dentist. She gives me the best possible care I could ask for. Her staff is welcoming and always smiling. They put me right at ease every time I have an appointment. I have always been terrified of going to the dentist, but I can say Dr. Hovda, and her staff has made it fun to be there for appointments now!! I know that is hard to believe, that going to the dentist could be fun, but it truly is !! I have had extensive dental work done by Dr. Hovda, and a surgeon that I was referred to by her, and my experience could have been no better. My teeth and smile are beautiful due to the exemplary care I receive!!

Going to Carmel Dental Group is unlike your traditional dental visit. When you walk in you are greeted with a warm hello and promptly taken care of. One of the wonderful dental hygienist will give you a full exam while you watch a drop down flat screen t.v. if you choose to. Soon after that, Dr Hovda will come in and have a conversation with you. Here you feel like you are talking to an honest group of friends and not doctors who are judging you. After living in many cities throughout the last 10 years and seeing many dentists Dr Hovda and her staff are by far the best we have had the pleasure of seeing regularly.

Horrible. Always upcharging without informing so when I receive bill even after I indicate that I DO NOT want any services insurance doesnt cover, she still performs services outside of covered charge an then bills me for that amount in full. ALSO, charges finance charge even if you set up a payment plan. Highly disappointed, will NEVER recommend this practice.
