It was a great experience! My boyfriend had a broken tooth and we called as a new client and they saw us same day! They were very nice and informed and helped us get scheduled with a specialist. They also asked if I wanted to come back with him, which was very nice.

Dr. Wilson and her team are great. I can personally attest that if getting shots in your mouth is why you don’t like going to the dentist, give Dr Wilson a try she doesn’t use the old fashioned syringe, and every time I get an injection it really isn’t uncomfortable. I don’t even sweat going to the dentist. Image Dental is “Awesome”

EVERY visit has been a great experience! My boyfriend and bonus daughter also see Jody Wilson and the rest of the incredibly helpful and NICE staff at Image Dental. They have gone out of their way in every way and I hear them assist their other patients the same way. Sure - we laugh a lot, but I also know what is happening every step of the process.The oral surgeon recommended for my implant was amazing and I didnt have to arrange anything, the staff at ID did it all. Sure, Covid delayed the timing a bit, but everyone stayed in contact and I felt well cared for! Dr Wilson insisted [in a very nice manner] I make a trip to the lab to have my front tooth, implant personally colored to match my other teeth and WOW! am I glad she did! Dr. Wilson has been caring for our handicapped brother for about 2 years and has always done an excellent and compassionate job. We have 3 dentists and one hygienist in our family but all of them are out-of-state, however Dr. Wilson has no problem conferring with them and discussing recommendations. The excellent customer service provided by the staff at Image Dental impressed me from the start! Finding the right doctor in general can be frustrating as Ive experienced quite a few to come across rushed, ultimately making you feel as though you are just a number. But that is certainly not the case here! The staff has consistently been kind and friendly towards me, caring to get to know me and provide quality care. During one visit, Dr. Jody had received homemade dog treats she purchased from a fundraiser, and before I left, she made sure to give me some since she remembered I also have a dog. I went in to have some major work done replacing old filled cavities with new ones, I was very nervous but Dr. Wilson was awesome. No one particularly likes going to the dentist, especially me. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and with a smile! The office was exceptionally clean and well organized. When I went back for my cleaning, i was delighted to find that my hygienist was just as amazing and personable as the rest of the staff! She asked about my family and even made me feel so comfortable, I forgot that i was in a chair because i felt as if i was speaking to a friend. Having a bad experience at a new dentist years ago always makes me nervous switching, however I was pleasantly surprised with how much time and attention the entire staff put into my visit! Been going to Image Dental for 12+ years. Yesterday had a crown fall off unexpectedly (after 8 years!) and called Image right away, left a voicemail on Sunday evening when it happened (not a dental emergency, no pain either). Got a call at 7:45 am Monday morning asking me when I was available. Was out of their office by 9am with my crown back in place! Very good service.
