I lost a crown a few days before we were scheduled to leave for the Thanksgiving holiday. I called to make an appointment ASAP and the wonderful admin assistant was able to get me in the same day! My visit was quick, they took two x-rays, determined the same crown could be cemented back-in, cleaned it up, placed it, filed it and I was in my way less than 45 minutes later. Dr. Pete was phenomenal as was the dental assistant!! Can’t thank them enough!

My dental experience with the office was great. They were careful to ask questions and take my temperature to be sure I was okay to have the work done. Dr. Peet explained the process clearly and carefully. The procedure actually was not Nearly as painful as he said it could be. The assistsnt kept me calm and encouraged me constantly. Originally recommended by a family member, I’ve been going to Generations in Dentistry for close to 15 years. They’re worth me driving almost a half hour to get to. The hygienists are pleasant and thorough, they take the time to educate you about improving your dental care routine (we can always use Some improvement) and the doctors are always patient and attentive and don’t make you wait long between your cleaning and exam. Highly recommend their services.

I was supposed to have just a check up on a cavity today but when the dentist came in he immediately said we are doing a filling today on a tooth that they never even told me has a cavity. They also weren’t going to do any work to the tooth that is actually sensitive. I was brought back 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, the dentist came in and numbed my mouth, then I sat there waiting for an hour. I just decided to leave and I will find a new dentist. I told the receptionist I was leaving and her response was just “oh okay sorry,” not even an attempt to find out if the dentist would be coming back in soon. Absolutely horrific patient care.

Dr Doug Peet, is the absolute best dentist. He has been my dentist for years, his work is excellent.... he does not settlefor anything less. I tried another dentist when I moved toGreenwood. I always have an excellent experience at Generations (I’ve been going for 20yrs) from the scheduling to cleaning, to any urgent issues that come up from time to time. During Covid, my visit was safe and all precautions were taken. Their facility is very clean, and only a couple patients were allowed in the building at once. Thank you for your great work!

Felt well cared for during my visit. Check-in procedures were very COVID-19 safe. Hygienist was very good. Less thorough polishing this time due to pandemic constraints but otherwise positive.

We’re able to get me in right at time of arrival for teeth cleaning. Cleaning was quick and painless. Dentist followed soon after and checked me. Overall, as good of a time the dentist can be.

An Emergency visit due to a tooth crack which caused throbbing toothache for several days. Not only Dr. Pete diagnosed the correct tooth to be worked on but also he was able to repair it on the same day’s visit.
