You wont find a better dentist anywhere, trust me. I have been going to Dr. Nikas for 25+ years. A very sweet, caring person and, as a dentist, highly skilled and conscientious. It is really a good feeling to know that when you go to get your teeth cleaned or need any procedure performed, it is done perfectly. Office staff is also very personable and engaging. Give her a try and youll never go anywhere else!

Dr.Nikas and her staff are so friendly & welcoming. I had to have two cavities filled & Dr.Nikas walked me through the whole thing & made me feel comfortable throughout the whole procedure, and her front desk ladies always accommodate my crazy schedule & gets me in me fast!

After years of great service, Im sorry to say, Ill never be back. My health status regarding COVID was questioned multiple times when booking and confirming my appointment however, when I asked if the dentist and hygienist were vaccinated, I was told they refused to answer that question. When I pushed back, the receptionist refused to discuss it and abruptly ended the call. If you care that your HEALTHcare workers are vaccinated, this is likely not the place to go to stay safe.

Been going to Dr. Laucher ever since I moved to Carmel, in 2015. From the front desk staff, to Dr. Laucher and Dr. Nikas, and her staff, the entire experience is truly great and relaxing! She is an excellent dentist and a very caring person, she knows how to provide great dental care, educate you about your teeth , as well as look after your needs very well. Very friendly, conversational, remembers all her patients. Look forward to going to the dentist each time. The hygienists look after you in detail, and everyone from the front desk staff to the hygienists to the dentists remember you well, and are very welcoming and sweet. I can guarantee you if you have an issue with your teeth she will work the hardest to fix it. All dentists should be just like this!

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Nikas for over 10 years. Shes the best dentist Ive ever had, and truly a blessing. I actually thanked God for bringing her into my life, and continue to do so. Shes that much of a wonderful dentist and person. Shes compassionate, knowledgeable, caring and very highly skilled. Dr. Nikas has been my dentist for 6+ years and I highly recommend her. Shes professional and skilled. Procedures are comfortable. She uses a high-quality anesthetic along with a special needle that doesnt hurt during administration. Most dentists dont prioritize patient comfort enough to spend the extra time and money on that special needle. She provides flexibility on service recommendations instead of making me feel like every procedure is urgent and must be done now, and to top it all off shes a friendly, good person. Again, highly recommend!

This was my first time back to the dentist and i have to say that everything was well organized. I was there with my daughter for routine cleaning. We were in and out in an hour. it felt very safe

Always a great experience here from the front desk to the toothbrush bag. Dr. Laucher is personable, helpful and has a great memory. I always feel like Im getting one on one care. Ive had multiple hygienists (Bianca, Lindsey, Julie) and theyve all been womderful. Attentive, informative and pleasant to go to. They have updated tools and it doesnt feel like a dungeon. I dont have kids but Ive suggested Hazel Dell Dentistry to my friends with kids just from my experiences.

Dr. Nikas is AMAZING! She is highly skilled and knowledgable plus she wants what is best for you not just your money. I dont think they make many people anymore like Dr Nikas. Dr Nikas and staff are always easy to work with, effortless experience and scheduling is easy and if you have a more immediate problem quick to get you in. Have been going to office for about 5-6 years and never had any issues. Takes pride in work, and with facility and procedures know that Dr. Nikas is following the latest and greatest procedures and leveraging latest technology. I have been having issues with my teeth for many years. When I moved here from Chicago I visited Dr. Nikas and she put a plan together to fix my issues i was having with my lower teeth. I now have no pain, they look better and all done at a cost much cheaper than other dentists that never solved any of my problems. I highly recommend her.

Our family of 6 has been cared for by Dr. Nikas and her staff for 16 years! She takes the time to ensure were receiving the best care now in order to prevent dental issues in the future. She and her team are thorough and do a good job of explaining the why behind treatments and the how to good dental hygiene. The office staff is AWESOME; they are always friendly and detail oriented. Dr. Nikas practice is the true definition of cosmetic dentistry. She is a dental-artist and has improved the function and appearance of my teeth for many years. Because she is highly-skilled and uses the best materials her outcomes are outstanding. She also attempts to find the perfect balance between solutions and costs and is very conscious of customer finances. Her creativity and independence from high-volume dental factories allows her to find alternative solutions which can be more durable and less expensive than cookie-cutter industrial solutions. She is responsive to unexpected problems and will see patients on an emergency basis. She has tended to my familys dental needs for the past 10 years and we expect that she will continue for the next 10. She is a good choice for dental care.

Update June 2020. Dr. Nikas is amazing, last year she said she was worried about possible decay under two old crowns that were probably 20-25 years old. X-rays did not confirm the decay, but she had a bad feeling about the two crowns. One was replaced late last year, and the other was replaced June 2020. SHE WAS RIGHT. Decay under both crowns, and she save both teeth with her knowledge and experience. The office staff is very accommodating too , they squeezed me in before a possible insurance change. Best Dentist office EVER.

I have seen Dr Nikas for eight years. She has done excellent work, not just for my dentistry but integrating it with my other health issues. She is also always looking for improved technology. One example: needles designed to ease the pain killer into the gum the entire time it is in, making the shot far more tolerable and less painful. And, I think, more effective. They have also been happy to work with our odd schedules

My family has been going here since 2002 and could not be happier! Dr. Nikas takes the time to completely understand your dental issues and always suggests the least invasive solution to start. Shes very thorough, will work with you on your insurance, and takes the time to really know you. My father was once having pain, and his dentist recommended a root canal. I asked him to see Dr. Nikas first. She filed down a couple of teeth that were out of alignment and solved the issue that day. No more pain, and no root canal! Her office staff is very nice and efficient. I love getting the email reminders for my appointments. Could not recommend more highly!

I cant say enough about the quality of care I have received from Dr. Nikas. I have been seeing Dr. Nikas for many years and have never felt even a small amount of pain. During my most recent visit, Dr. Nikas completed the work for an implant/crown and it fit perfectly! She is masterful at her craft. If it were possible to give more than 5 stars, I certainly would! She is a 10+.

My family and I have been going to Hazel Dell Dentistry since we moved to Carmel three years ago. I like that each station has a personal TV with Netflix, although most cleaning visits do not take long. The team is very friendly and I appreciate how Joy helped our family onboard quickly and easily.
