Even during the COVID-19 epidemic, this office has successfully been able to carry-on business in a way that doesn’t make me nervous about my physical well-being. The staff is very kind and Dr. Bacon has never fail to keep a smile on her face even in the midst of this crisis.

I became a patient twenty years ago when I needed to find a dentist for an emergency root canal. Dr. Bacon treated me immediately and I have been a patient ever since. The friendly staff have always been the most professional I have ever encountered. They treat me like family. I enjoy going to the dentist because of Dr. Bacon and her staff.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bacon and Carmel Dental Care since the early 1990s. All of my children have grown up using their services as well. We are all extremely happy with the care they have given us through the years. The are very professional and provide their services in a very friendly and pleasant atmosphere.

Dr. Bacon is hands down the best dentist. I really dont enjoy going to the dentist, but she and her staff make me feel comfortable and relaxed while I am there. They are so personable and genuinely care about all of their patients. I HIGHLY recommend them!!

Words to describe my experience with the staff, including front office and Dr. Bacon: condescending, rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to do simple procedures. Found a great dentist, Dr. Held, who does his own work and is actually pleasant to be around. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a dentist.

I would have not even clicked a star if I didnt have to in order to send this. I would not recommend this group. i am disabled from a birth defect and in a wheelchair and have had cancer twice in my lungs and a bone marrow transplant and I had never had a problem until I had to be put on oxygen. The day before my appointment the receptioinist calls and says they didnt feel comfortable with me coming there anymore with my wheelchair and my oxygen because of room. Its funny that it was big enough for years until I got a portable oxygen tank that sits on the back of my chair...so they basically told me to cancel my appointment for the next day and find another dentist that specializes in people like me and has more room...so anyways if you are disabled and or have oxygen or a wheelchair dont even bother either. That is all.

Ive never been to a dentist that as knowledgeable, professional and as nice as these guys are. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.
