Dr.Helton and her team are amazing! They make sure you’re comfortable and understand everything that is going on and what to expect. I got 4 fillings done and they did a wonderful job :)

I have been going here since I was 9 years old! I’m 21 now and have always had amazing experiences with Dentistry on 116th! They have the kindest staff, they are very accommodating, and are people you can trust with your beautiful smile!! Recently I had an incident where my bottom permanent retainer bar came out (was put in by the orthodontist years ago) and they were able to help me fix it with short notice. I greatly appreciate all they’ve done to keep my teeth healthy and that they’ve been helping myself, my 4 siblings, and my parents for such a long time. They use to even get all 5 kids in my family all within a couple hours to make it easier on my parents which was so kind! Thank you to the best dentists ever!

This place stands out among the rest for me for two main reasons. Really it also stands out among my own personal list of places I visit for routine care. Been going since 2016 with no plans of ever leaving.#1 Dr. Helton and staff are simply the friendliest and most inviting group of people that have ever given me care. You just feel happy to be there - weird to say if youre getting a cavity filled. But theyre just so so kind. It starts with Julie and continues throughout the office.#2 I witnessed some dedication and attention to detail by Dr. Helton (and staff really) during an early cavity fill in the first couple visits. My nerves are heightened on one side - takes extra numbing in order to block. The team was patient learning this with me the first time, AND then remembered this years later when I needed something fixed on that side. Really appreciated that - think it speaks to the overall approach to the care provided by the practice.

Dr. Helton and staff are INCREDIBLE. They are so kind, patient, and will take the time to walk through all your questions. I once had to wait an additional 10 minutes and was given a Starbucks gift card for the hassle. They are truly thoughtful, and I could not ask for a better dentist for my family.

The entire experience is personal and first class from beginning to end. Ive been going there for ages and I love it. Im still going even though Ive switched jobs and its out of network - its cheap. I recommend them to everyone.

I had my new patient appointment today at dentistry on 116. I was honestly dreading it as I do with any other dentist appointment because they’re awkward and I always have to wait forever to be seen. Instead, the staff were very efficient and extremely nice. I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable I became as the appointment went on. Alana was the assistant that worked on me and she was excellent.. very nice, thoroughly explained everything she was doing, and was able to answer all of my questions. Not once did I feel my appointment was rushed - I was even able to get my cleaning done in the same appointment! Super awesome!! Dr Helton is very knowledgeable and personable too. You can tell her and her staff really care about the patients that come in. Overall, great experience and I can’t wait to go back!

After moving from Carmel, I choose to drive 25 mins from Fishers because I just can’t bring myself to switch because the staff is just fantastic. Julie at the front desk is always there with a warm welcome. Dr.Helton is so personable and caring. Ashley R is my hygienist and she is absolutely fantastic. She makes my appointments enjoyable. Can’t say anything negative. They’re all great.

I love Dentistry at 116. Dr. Helton and Atlanta are the best dentistry professionals Ive worked with in 17 years. The office staff is always polite, very accommodating, and prompt. They always have smiles on their faces. The office itself is clean, and theyve done a number of upgrades for Covid. Dr. Helton has always been honest with me, worked with me when it was needed, and thoroughly answers all my questions. Likewise, Atlanta has been super helpful for cleanings and is gentle...unlike hygienists in my past experiences elsewhere. Also, Im kind of an oddball and have issues getting numb for procedures, and this office is pretty much the only place thats been able to manage my pain during procedures, so that is a HUGE win in my book! If youre in the area and need a dentist, ABSOLUTELY go to Dentistry on 116!

I was in yesterday to get a crown re-attached and had been dealing with pain on the lower right rear tooth for over a month. After discussing options with Dr. Helton and with her expert advice, we chose to re-attach the crown as she thought that the pain might have been associated to the fact the crown was loosening. Well by 5pm I was able to eat again without pain!!! I am so happy and thank you for seeing me on such short notice!!!

I had been going here for a few years, and Dr Helton wanted to pull 8 of my teeth. Once, she sent me to an oral surgeon to have a tooth pulled immediately, and after his evaluation he told me the tooth was in fact NOT in need to be pulled.My family and I always felt belittled because of the condition of our teeth. They looked at us in disgust. Rude staff.I have very sensitive teeth, as I have recently discovered at my dentist, I require more Novacaine and sometimes even Articaine to numb my teeth. The only thing Dr Helton would use on me was two shots of Novacaine - oh, if I was in anymore pain? Gotta pay extra for Nitrous Oxide (laughing gas) ...Fast forward to a few years later, I have been going to another dentist office, they have completely restored all of my teeth! Oh, and by the way, none of my teeth have been pulled. Never have felt uncomfortable at all at my new dentist office. One of the best decisions of my life leaving this office, saved a lot of teeth and money. Now I can smile.

I have been going to Dentistry in 116th for over a decade and they are amazing. As I step through the office door I am given a warm welcome. They do everything possible to make the visit positive and pain free. You have professionals who see you each time along with Dr Helton. They know your history and truly listen to your concerns. They explain everything they are doing, and ask how you are faring during any procedure such as cleaning. I feel relaxed and in good hands. Trust is important in health care and this practice offers that, stability, quality and experience. I can tell that the staff are treated well and care about the patients. It feels like a family. My late husband had an issue with gagging ( condition ran in his family), and they did everything they could to mitigate the problem until they found something that worked! I actually look forward to going to the dentist which is not something I can say for non-dental health care visits. They have worked with me to get to the point that I have good dental health. I am very grateful and highly recommend Dentistry in 116th!
