I had the absolutely best experience at this eye center this afternoon. I called yesterday to book an appt for a contact lense exam. I was able to get in less than 24 hours later. The gentleman who talked with me on the phone helped me check what my insurance would and would not cover. The information was printed on a page and was ready for me when I arrived. The paperwork was minimal, the pre-testing was easy and the optometrist was very knowledgeable. I felt that they were excellent in terms of COVID precautions. I’ve always been a fan of the vision center at Walmart but this one is the best!

First off the Doctor here is amazing and couldn’t be happier with her. I giving this place 2 stars because the associate workers, or worker I should say, didn’t catch her name because she never got up from her chair, was horrible. She has short hair. I’ve been going here for many years and it was the first time seeing her. When I went in to order new contacts i asked for a temporary pair because the ones i had fell out and I’m blind as a bat. She just sat there and shook her head no and said she can’t do that because they close in 5 mins. So now I can’t see until my new contacts come in. Don’t go to that lady. Doctor here is amazing but their associates don’t care about you.

We have always had a good experience here. Both our kids have been fit taught how to use their contacts. Dr and staff do a nice job.

Opticians awesome! Service to get glasses horrendous. Waiting 35 mins for someone to acknowledge me. And they screwed up glasses again(2nd time this has occurred), but hey who needs to see. And due to their screw-up they wanted me to pay more for their error. Mistakes happen but each time I ordered my last 2 pair of glasses? Highly considering taking my family of 5 and finding another vision center.

Horrible. Inconsistent availability, to many steps to order contacts. Id go somewhere else. Basically refused to give me my contact prescription and my trial pair of contacts unless certain i will order from them

The Doctor was very thorough and professional. The prices were quite affordable.Great experience overall.

Called to ask if they have ray ban wayfares and a price for what i want done to them. A lady named Lee answered, and reluctant to answer any questions and refused to even check if any of the ray bans they had were wayfares. Thats Wal-Mart for you. Would be nice if they at least tried to help their customers.

It is Walmart. To busy, took forever, but the Dr. was nice and was thorough.

My doctor was fantastic, but the experience with the staff was the worst customer service Ive ever ran into.
