We recently purchased prescription sunglasses here for my husband. He is very particular about the style of sunglass frames he likes and they had exactly what he wanted. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. We would recommend this location to others and look forward to returning ourselves!

She also made the ordering process seamless and we were in and out in a timely manner. Sondra, Jason, and Dr Hall are amazing! Mrs Sondra is so caring and motherly like. Mr. Jason wants to make sure you look the best in your glasses. He’ll give you the yay or nay for sure. Dr Hall had me in and out and goodness is she soo freaking nice! I loved everything about my visit.

I cannot believe how great the service was at Target Optical. My appointment and eyewear purchases took less than an hour. I also was not pressured in to making any unnecessary purchases and the opticians were very knowledgeable about how my vision insurance would cover my costs. Sondra, Jason and Cindy have great customer service and I would definitely go back to them. I also cannot believe how cheap my Acuve Oasys contacts were! I’ve been using 1-800-DiscountContacts for years and target was way cheaper than them! Definitely the way to go.

All of the staff are friendly and helpful, but I have to specifically point out Cindy who went out of her way to help me with a delayed shipping of my new contacts due to them not being in stock from the distributor. (No fault of Targets) Cindy gave me a trial prescription to hold me over until I could receive my contacts which to my surprise came expedited two days later. The distributor shorted me several boxes. WhenI called, Cindy happened to be working and she called the vendor to order them. I received them within several days. She followed up with a phone call to me to make sure I received everything. To top it off she gave me the free trial contacts she ordered just in case my delayed order would not come in time. Customer service in the world today seems to be lacking more and more, so when someone treats me like I matter, and go out of their way to make things right, I feel it is my obligation to pay it forward. Honestly, the BEST optometrist in the area! Everyone who works here from the doctors to the salespeople are just phenomenal!

Wow I’ve never had such an enjoyable eye exam! Dr. Hall was possibly the nicest doctor I’ve ever had! So friendly and helpful! The rest of the staff was also superb, Brad specifically was very helpful and kind. I never thought I would recommend and eye doctor so strongly, but Dr. Hall is really the best!

I’ve been getting probably 10 phone calls and 10 text messages a day for three months because my information was compromised in whatever scheduling system they’re using. Not an exaggeration. All addressed to “Kimberly”. They sent me a letter in the mail basically saying, “All of your information was obtained by hackers. Sorry about your luck.”They also failed to let me know that they were out of network with my insurance, so I’d be paying a premium for my contacts/glasses. This place is a mess.

First, I am not the kind of person who writes bad reviews after a bad experience but this was ridiculous. Only coming in to grab my prescription.Waited 10 minutes to talk to an assistant Wasnt even greeted or acknowledged until another patient came in asking if I had been talk to yet. The assistant with dark hair was about to take care of another guest before I, the person who had been there a while. Maybe it was a bad day, maybe she doesnt like her job or something else is going on. Just simply be kind to people!

I have been a patient of Target for 5 almost going on 6 years and never had a problem until I had to deal with Brooke starting this last year. I have had to deal with her a few times and every time has not been pleasant. She seems like shes always in a rush, never pleasant on the phone, seems irritated when asking her questions. Today I called to see if my new insurance was accepted and it seemed like it would exhaust her beyond if she had to look it up. She just simply said she didnt think it was accepted. I asked if she knew 100% because she seemed very unsure with her answer. At that time she said I guess I can check, I told her forget it and let her know my awful experience with her. She apologized which I didnt accept because it wasnt genuine and once again felt rushed off the phone. I will never go to this center again which is incredibly unfortunate because the optometrists has always been so great to work with. Hopefully someone reads this and takes it serious, if not Im sure more people will drop off. There is a lack of professionalism Ive noticed this last year at this center. Best of luck to Target and Brooke- maybe take a vacation and lighten up. If you dont like working at Target Optical which is incredibly clear I suggest finding something you would find joy in. I was in a great mood today until I had to speak with you. Good luck all!

Cindy has been very helpful with our replacement process. She is that above and beyond employee that really cares about the customer!

Everybody is great at Dr. Halls office. Super efficient, quick exam time, and they are looking out for my best interest when it came to my benefits. They completed the available rebate for me and got the best price up front using all of my availble benefits for the year so that nothing would be lost or wasted. Really appreciate all the ladies and Dr. did. They even shipped my contacts directly to my house and it took less than 5 days to get to me. Best experience Ive had with eye docs and we will continue to come back to this location for my entire family.

Had a good first experience on my visit there. Dr. McClaughlin was friendly and thorough. The employees were also helpful. It went smoothly. The selection of glasses is not huge but okay. Should get my glasses in 7-10 days.

I just ordered new contacts and can see great with my trials of multi-focal lens for presbyopia. It can be kind of tricky to get lens that work for distance, computer work, reading and driving at night but after a couple tries I now have succeeded with the help of Dr. Kim Hall. It was worth the drive for me.

Dr. Hall was the most genuine, caring doctor Ive ever seen.

I called the target optical at the carmel-west location this morning. i have no eye insurance so was seeing how much just lenses were for a pair of frames i already have. the girl was nice let me know they start around $60 and i could come in and have them look and give me a price there. i asked if an appointment was needed and she said no. i then drove my 30 min drive to target just for this reason. i walk in, kind of busy.. a girl (( olderish gray short hair with glasses )) looks at me and asked quickly if i needed help.. she seemed rushed, i said i did have a question about the lenses, explained my situation to her.. she again seemed rushed saying depends on me prescription .. i pulled out my prescription she the rushed behind the desk to check the price and told me how much it would be .. then shockingly .. i was dismissed. the phone started ringing and she proceeded to pick it up literally as im staring at her about to begin to ask another question. i laughed and walked out. that lady just lost a frequent target shopper and business at the target optical center. so rude and i am so upset. i was hoping to give target my business and allow them to help me but she literally could have cared less. thanks.
