Best eye doctor I have ever been too! He is nice and will give you the best care and options for you! He’s patient and a good cheerleader when I was trying on my new pair of Sclera contacts! I can’t thank him enough for how he’s helping me!

Stress free appointment. Easy parking, no wait and they looked up my insurance coverage (thank you!). The Dr called me back immediately and there was no leaving the room to run to another patent. I loved Carmel Eyecare! I was happy to use them this year as they are an in network provider for my insurance. It was very easy to schedule and appointment, they got me in right away. They were very upfront about their fees and had a copy of my insurance benefits for my review when I walked in the door. I knew exactly what to expect. Dr. Clark was very patient (considering I had my 2 young children with me) and knowledgeable. He took his time in making sure my eye rx was correct and explaining things to me. Overall it was a great experience!

The entire staff here is so wonderful and friendly. I have been going here for two years and I really appreciate how efficient yet thorough they are. Dr. Matthew is also very personable. Everyone here goes the extra mile to do a good job.

It’s a rarity these days to find a doctor that listens to you, takes time to answer your questions and makes you feel like a priority instead of just another patient. Dr. Clark spent more time with me in a single appointment than my family doctor has in three visits combined. The office has modern technology — no need for dilation! Who wants to walk around for six hours feeling like someone put tiny little weights in your eyes? Plus the office staff is fantastic and is so helpful with finding just the right frames. (And they have a great selection!)

This office is on it! Very minimal waiting around, the staff and optometrist are all friendly and accommodating. My five-year-old son just had an appointment there as well, and it was a great experience for his first eye doctor visit.

I love the location and the staff. However despite what their recording says, their new hours have not changed to better serve the community. In fact it is very inconvenient and I am forced to go elsewhere, which is a shame.If you really wanted to serve your community better, your hours would consist of Saturday availability and after 6 p.m. . I should not have to leave work early and lose money to visit you.

Was an old patient back in days of Whitman 20/20. I really like all the changes Carmel Eye Care has made....office is clean and stylish, staff is friendly and I especially liked the doctor - very personable. He didnt rush but was efficient.

Dr. Clark was awesome. I had my first visit and was a little nervous going to a new optometrist. However he helped me understand where I am today and helped me find solutions for my trouble spots in my vision. I am very much looking forward to being a continued patient.

I really liked the staff. I did need this eye exam bad and I can see 20/20 now. Thank goodness. I did have to pay almost $80.00 for my eye exam and I have vision insurance. Not sure what the point of having insurance is but thats my problem I guess. I did get the Ray Ban glasses which I love and should have in a week or so. I was told the Ray Ban glasses were the McDonalds of glasses, which is good to know.

After trying several Optomitrists in the area, Carmel 20/20 was the best I have had, not only in Indiana, but is any of the 7 other states I have lived in. They take time, care about getting it right, not just getting it done.

My visión has changed dramatically in the last 5 years. I have 3 pair of glasses done here, and I still have problems with my distant vision. There must be something wrong with the equipment, because they keep telling me there are minor changes. I will try a different eye Doctor this year. Nice people dough!

New patient experience was great! The staff was super friendly and were also nice to my bored, squirrelly 4 year olds. He was very calm and relaxed during the exam, which he did all without assistants. I felt my previous prescription was off (previous doctor) and Dr. Clark made the appropriate adjustments. What for my yearly exam doctor was nice but was expensive compared to other places. My insurace was billed $165 for just the exam for glasses and not for contacts. When it came to contacts i was billed $75 for contact lens evaluation and mangment. Im not really sure why they wouldnt bill my insurance when i asked she said they only coved a small percent but then insurance said diffrent. I would stay away seems like some shady billing. I did get a refund on the contact lens evaluation and mangment but now i have no prescription for contacts.
