Just went in to have an eye exam with Dr. Christopher. I was was delighted with the overall experience and knowledge he has. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. I will continue to go here for additional eye care in the future.

Our visit was first class. We were greeted by a lady (I failed to note her first name) who invited us to look at frames, supplying a container to place the frames we touched. Next, Sheri helped with numerous trips to get other frames for trial. Once decided, Sheri worked through insurance and presented a deal we could not refuse. Finally, the first lady and Sheri worked together to replace a screw on my current glasses, which will make the next 14 or so days much better!

The eye doctor was very nice to me she makes me comfortable during my eye exam.. I highly recommended this place and they are so friendly.

Aside from a certain frame not being in stock, which is no ones fault, things could not have gone more smoothly! Debby was AMAZING! My favorite thing was that she offered us all the options upfront, and then quoted prices based on that, rather than continuously adding more and more things. We were able to see the *full* price initially, rather than that number going up and up. She is a real credit to the company and to this store, in particular!

We had an excellent experience getting my 10 year old fitted for glasses and our technician even helped convince my son that sports glasses would be a Good thing to get given his soccer playing and basketball playing can get rough sometime.

Warning! Please make sure they tell you if they are out of network! They did not mention it during three times of verifying insurance. It looks like I overpaid by $230 and my husband by $200. They did apologize after the fourth time of verifying a family member’s insurance and saw it was out of network, but no money was refunded. I will say the staff was nice and the exam was thorough. I believe it is an ethical issue to inform the customers, so they can make an informed decision. Rethink if you have VSP insurance!

Very thorough, personable, took her time with me, made sure I understood everything, and treated me with the highest quality of care (I didn’t feel like I was “just another patient”). The staff was outstanding as well: very professional and so happy to help me with all of my needs without being pushy. Super impressed with this office and my experience here. They are taking above and beyond COVID precautions. Highly recommend!

Super friendly staff, the doctor was professional and very kind. I’m always a bit nervous about going to doctors, especially new ones but my experience here was absolutely amazing! They make sure you understand what they’re looking for, what the charges are, how insurance covers everything and they do their best to save you money! Absolutely will continue going back!

We visit this Lenscrafters for all of our eyeglasses needs. We have been customers for several years 10+. We always get excellent service. Sherry and Andrew are the best.

Absolutely terrible service! Ordered Glasses from them and took two weeks+ to arrive and when it arrived, it didnt last one week and it broke. I went back to them to try and fix it and they told me it was going to cost double the price I already paid, which is ridiculous! On top of everything, insurance only covers glasses once a year, so now I am stuck with my broken glasses, or spend double the price to fix something they should have fixed before. I will never go back to them again and will take my business else where. What a complete disappointment. Save your money and effort and go else where.

1-hour turnaround for 2 pairs of kids glasses -- on a busy Saturday -- with 1 new pair and 1 pair changing lenses, and Sheri was even able to look up my insurance without my card... 5 stars!

The absolute worst service that we’ve ever had! Ordered glasses from them over two weeks ago and was told we would receive them in 2 weeks. Last week was told that they ordered the wrong ones, today was told that they still hadn’t ordered the correct ones and that the GM said they couldn’t order them for 3 more days because they were doing inventory!! We told them from the beginning that we really needed them rushed because my wife works in a hospital and her glasses were broken and cannot see without them! Never again will we order from them! Ridiculous!

So a year ago I went to get my eyes checked at a grocery store and I regret that. I still had headaches almost everyday after the glasses there. fast forward a year and I come here. I get my eyes checked and find out the reason that I have headaches so much is because all that time I didnt know that Im near sighted and far sighted. he said I could get two pairs (readers and distance) or some bi-focals. I wasnt ready to embrace my Inner Benjamin franklin quite yet so I got two pairs. The optometrist encouraged me to take my time figuring out my options, and the sales staff helped me to find the best prices! The helped me find every deal and sale they had in the store and saved me 200$. Nothing but good things for this store.

Terrible service, terrible communication.They don’t care about the costumer or even their products. I ordered my glasses from them and it got broken after a week later without dropping it or doing anything to it and They refuse to fix, I can’t trust them or tell anyone to trust them. Poor quality and too expensive for nothing. Save your money.

I highly recommend the entire staff. Sheri, Chris, and Dr. Faygin, all took care of my elderly father. They were understanding, worked well with him to have an eye exam, and to pick out glasses to wear. He needed glasses immediately, since he lost his previous pair. The lenses that we purchased were two weeks out, so they made special provision to get a short-term lens in and glass, in about40 minutes.

We have been getting our glasses from the LensCrafters in Westfield, IN for several years. Sherry and her employees have always taken great care of us.

I called to get my prescription because I am moving. Andrew said no because it was expired. Expired or not, my records are mine. I called back and said I would get an attorney, and they said they needed a fax number (also not required according to the Federal Trade Commission). I went into the store and picked it up, but Andrew wrote EXPIRED all over it. Ultimately, they are a lawsuit waiting to happen and they have been reported to the Federal Trade Commission as of today. I am MORE than happy to shop for glasses and be seen by ethical practitioners elsewhere. Dr. JJ Abrams is AMAZING at Abrams Eye Care!

Two weeks ago I stopped by the Lenscrafters store in Village Park Plaza an hour after the store had closed. The lights were still on and I didnt realize the store was closed until I tried the door and it was locked. I went back to my car and planned to stop back the next day during business hours. But one of the Lenscrafters employees by the name of Sherry Settles came out of the store and asked if she could help me. I told her I needed to have some minor repair done to my glasses and she said she could do it right then. So I waited by my car for a couple of minutes while she went back into the store and fixed my glasses. She came back out and we stood on the sidewalk while she adjusted them a little so they fit well. I have never had such excellent customer service. You just dont see that kind of customer service anymore. It was way beyond the call of duty and her employers need to know what a great employee they have in Sherry Settles.

I went to this Lens crafters and threw the doctors there a curve ball with my awful vision. The doctors there were able to find a set of contacts for me, and my vision is better now than it has ever been. Would highly recommend the team over there!

I purchased a year supply of contacts after being told by the staff that I was eligible for a rebate based on the quantity break. However, after making the purchase and receiving my contacts, I was informed that I was not eligible for a rebate due to a stipulation. I wouldve not purchased the year supply with the latter information. Nothing was done to correct the situation, poor communication and customer service.

Asked about my insurance covered eye exam. They tried to charge me $79. Went to Visionworks and the exam was covered 100%. WATCH OUT.
