Not a great experience. Lots of lip service. They couldn’t find resources to fill committed time frames, and no follow up to reset expectations.(sorry VM for a 92yr old is not sufficient). They also had secondary phone numbers for myself and my sister but never attempted to call. No one showed up.They also charged for a Holiday visit, but never showed up. In fairness when the charge was questioned they reversed the charge.Live and learn.
