My mother has been a resident at Magnolia Springs for 5 months. With over thirty years of experience as a former nurse, employee health leader, infectious disease educator and post-retirement vaccination and hospital volunteer, she was well-informed and incredibly discriminating when it came to making a decision about where she would make her future home in assisted living. After interacting with the amazing Ellen Dial and team at Magnolia followed by a tour of their beautiful facility, she knew as did we, this was the only place for her.As with all children when arriving at this stage with our parents, we only wanted the best for her. While it was difficult meeting other residents at first due to her transition during the pandemic, we respected their strict guidelines because we knew it was the best way to protect all residents. Even with these challenges, Magnolia rose to the challenge.Mom is so very happy now - with the incredibly friendly and helpful staff, her community of friends, wonderful food, resident activities & services, ability to practice her faith with others and morning walks around the pond. I look forward to every video call with her because shes almost always smiling and happy and its genuine....priceless! Were delighted we made the best decision for mom and grateful to Ellen and the entire team at Magnolia.

I toured Magnolia Springs looking for a place for my father. I found the facility very clean and inviting, with friendly staff who engaged and interacted with the residents. I thought the pricing was in line with what they offered. The decor had a sort of Florida feel with soft colors. Very nice.

My time at M.S. was from 8/6/19 to 4/30/20. I came to your facility in need of nourishment, physical therapy, and rest. I was so pleased with the results and the total care of your system. I was on list to receive a liver transplant from many years of entertaining clients , friends, and business associates. i.e. drinking alcohol an a daily basis. I was monitered closely to make sure I was taking up to 8 medications/day. Dr. supervision, weekly blood draws. The chefs were great, food and hospitality were stellar. I now walk 2.5 miles/day, play golf nearby at The Bridgewater Club, (where I live on the golf course), and am on a high protein diet and dont need to take prescription drugs. So, my story is a bit different than your normal clientele looking for an assisted living facility. I would highly recommend M.S. for quality 24 hour care and living to be as independent as possible. Ive got a new found appreciation for life and with diet and exercise and being alcohol free I feel better than Ive felt in 15 years. Thanks so much to Magnolia Springs staff for restoring my life !

My mother has been a resident of MSB a little over two years. She has been very happy there. The community is a warm and welcoming one with wonderful, attentive staff. There are caretakers who my mother is especially fond of and trusts. I have always had peace of mind that she is safe and well cared for. I am most grateful for the way MSB operated, and continues to operate, during the Covid-19 pandemic. Its apparent that the well-being of each resident has been of paramount importance. Definitely, two thumbs up!

Ellen Dial was amazing to work with, I received so much information and help with my elderly father. It didnt work out for him, (man, I wish it could!)What a place!!! Thanks so much, Ellen!!! You need a raise, a company car and a jelly of the month club!!!

My Mom and her companion moved into Magnolia Springs in September 2018. My mom chose Magnolia springs after visiting several options in the Carmel area. Her decision was based on the homey feel of the facility, the food, and the caring nature of the staff. A huge bonus was how she was made to feel invited and welcomed into the community by the current residents.George and Beth (residents) have been a godsend, as my mom has suffered the loss of her 12 year companion and also her 15 year old pet dog. They look after her as if she was family. Amazing.The staff from top to bottom has been attentive and caring. The food is very much to my Moms liking, and she participates in many of the activities and almost all of the special events.My Mom is 94, and is still in pretty good mental health, but lifes day to day activities had become unmanageable. While at first she was reluctant to make the transition from her home (understandable) to assisted living, she now will tell everyone that this is her new home and it is the best place and best life she could enjoy. She probably has added years to her life with this move.I highly recommend Magnolia Springs Bridgewater for a quality lifestyle experience for your loved ones, and the piece of mind that comes with knowing that the care and environment is as good as it gets.

Magnolia Springs Bridgewater is the perfect place for my Mom. We visited several memory care facilities in Carmel, Indiana. Magnolia Springs was the only one that met our high expectations. The staff is very caring and attentive. The residents were very welcoming as well. The facility and amenities are first rate. This was a difficult transition for our family but the Magnolia Springs staff has worked with and supported us through every step of this journey. Mom is happy with her new home and that is what counts.

Magnolia Springs is a great place. My mother in-law is in Memory Care for 2 years and the staff has gone above and beyond to make her comfortable. They have many activities and work very hard to keep the Memory Care residents stimulated. Every staff member is very caring and encouraging. The food is very good.The rooms are spacious and ceilings are high. I highly recommend Mag Springs.

This place is the cleanest and nicest place for my mother in law. It smells great, always festive decorations, great food and kind and caring staff. The rooms are very big and you can find nice places to interact with your loved ones. Sally is so invested in helping us get things done and with any questions we have.

Caring, warm, and friendly. These are the first words that come to mind when I think of Magnolia Springs. My father lived in memory care here for nearly two years. We had a very good experience. The highest praise I can offer is that I had great peace of mind when my dad lived here, knowing he was in good hands in a safe place. It’s impossible to put a price on that peace of mind. Taking care of someone in memory care is very hard work, and the staff here tackled it with grace and dignity for all of the residents. Having a loved one live here is a decision you can feel good about.

Dear friends are residents at Magnolia Springs. One in assisted living and another in memory care. Friendly and attentive professional staff. Lovely decor in all areas of the facility. Very high end, not cheap but for those who can afford it, its wonderful.

Excellent facility with very professional leadership. The care givers are great. My mother is in memory care and she has done very well.

Great place! executive director Laura is top notch. the staff isnt perfect, but they genuinely care.

It is very clean and the food is good. It takes the aids a while to come into the room, but other than that, it is a great facility!!!
