Horrible place no one speaks english can not read instructions. do not have qualified staff on duty during the weekend or at night. have reported to the authorities

Was just called about a Dietary Aid job and the Person was rude and short with me and practically hung up after hearing my voice.

This facility is one of the best in Indiana. There is a family atmosphere. Joyce is an amazing administrator and goes out of her way to accommodate resident needs. Beautiful Medicaid waiver building. Private apartments, housekeeping, laundry, garden areas, activities, outings and around the clock nursing care. Small enough that you are not a number there!

Poor management. Many chiefs&no indians. Cna&cook runs dietary dept. Only 2 Dietary aids that only works 2 days put of 2 wks. Rude,Unprofessional serious staff issues.Residents are great.

This is the most horrific place in the world. My name is chrystal Jenkins, and as my sister lay dying her belongings were piliaged through by someone that was not family. Administration has not even called to offer condolences nor an apology for the incident.

My mother was there. They did an awesome job at the beginning. The nurses always talked to me and called me if they had a concern. I moved out of state and my brother that lived out of town took over. A new director also took over. My mother had money and food stolen from her room and her entire wallet with her ID and other important things and pictures. Joyce tried to help, but they didnt do anything about it. We are pretty sure it was someone who worked for the company because my mothers door was locked. Very unhappy with them.

No
